The ability to customize rewards and have a platform that is safe for customers to use and gain points and review in shop items is top notch.
Pros: Its ability to send customers reminder texts and birthday reminders. I have had several customers mention that they love that and feels like it is more personal.
Cons: We have not been able to integrate it with Shopify. For the price I believe that it should be 100% interactable with all the popular shopping applications.

Overall it’s been very good though the I would prefer it to be integrated with my POS system so I only have one tablet on the counter. But I’d recommend it as a solution.

Cons: The tablets are cheap and don’t last despite being in a perfect situation. I’ve had batteries expand and break the tablet

Great treatment, no matter the size of your business. It's great when you feel like you are treated like a top level customer.
Pros: Pesonalized loyalty program. If you can think it, they can most likely help impliment whatever loyalty plans you might like to use.
Cons: Website is a bit clunky and difficult to use. But account managers can help navigate those concerns.

It has been great, the customer service and technical support has been fantastic. It has not only added value to my company, but it truly works! We see a ton of people coming back from getting our automated text for birthdays, "miss You" texts ect. These were all things Tap Mango had suggested upon our initial integration and it really does bring people back in!
Pros: I love that I can continue to get Technical support when I want to add or make any changes to our loyalty program. They are always quick to help.
Cons: I wish it could have a little better integration with our POS system in the sense that we can have discounts on specific items ect.

Overall, Tapmango is great and I woul reffer to all my coustomers, family and freinds.
Pros: First of all, I love the Tapmango's staff. Everyone is super nice, always quick responce. When I need a help , they are alway there for us. Also the App is great. I never thoght small business like us can have our own app.
Cons: I wish Tapmango will offer us their own giftcard program or inteligate with company who offer more reasnable.

We love TapMango. Each process has built on the next for the most successful outcomes and the staff have all been amazingly helpful.
Pros: What I like most is the ease of use and the customer satisfaction it brings. Our customers love to build up their points and never miss a chance to sign in.
Cons: The only wish I have is that it could work with our companies POS, as it is custom to what we do.

It is a great experience overall and it has helped bring in customers to my business and also allows me to provide offers to customers who have not been in for awhile. However, I wish they wouldn't set a limit on how many sms messages and emails you could send without being charged after that limit.
Pros: I love the convenience, features, and the support is great
Cons: I really dislike the limit on sms and email messaging. I find that If you are successful at getting your customers to sign up to your loyalty program you will be penalized by paying more for sms messages and emails

It has been seamless process with all of the staff, the product is amazing and we even did the app which I am so excited about and able to promote to our clients. Price is very reasonable
Pros: All the different benefits and the staff is super helpful and professional
Cons: Nothing on their end, mostly on our franchise side of things with the integration

I give them a 6. Services is good, I feel customer service is good but once you have the service I feel like there is no more communication to improve or ideas. Once they have you they are good.

We love the rewards and so do our customers. We switched to TapMango from another service and will stay with it. It was a great decision for our company.
Pros: We love the text and email options!!! Customer support is also amazing!
Cons: We wish the emails had some more animated options for moving graphics and fun cute texts. Maybe they do and we need some help.

We were brand new business operating a sandwich store. The effective online ordering through our Clover point of sale system is very convenient and works well so far our customers love the rewards program and as we learn to enhance it, we believe the options are great and will greatly enhance our business.
Pros: Everyone I dealt with was very professional, informed and very helpful. In addition, the services and product meet our needs of our business. We are in the early stages, but so far we are very pleased.
Cons: Nothing I like the least at this point everything has been great

Amazing, it's very advanced and works very well despite the learning curve.
Pros: The rewards program can be super trailered. The filters to create lists to exactly target the loyalty members I want to send marketing to is fantastic. We also are able to create pretty advanced automation as well which saves a lot of time, but keeps us front of mind with customers!
Cons: Things are sometimes buried or not where you would expect. My wife doesn't like to use the system because it does take time to figure out where things are. Specifically, creating an email and sending seems to inception a lot. Also, when we need to update our menu with our Square integration, it works, but it does take 3-4 times of syncing/verifying to get everything looking exactly like we want.

Overall, Tapmango is a great service, but they need to improve their integration with certain POS systems, particular for online ordering to be 3D secure.
Pros: Customer Service is prompt and generally helpful.
Cons: There are some integration issues with the POS that create difficulties in running the business, particularly with chargebacks.

The service has been great to be honest. I have a rep that I can call whenever I want. They talk me through any issues I'm having or help me to create unique solutions, sometimes making it happen themselves without me having to do anything. The portal is easy to understand and can get fairly powerful once you have experience with it.
Pros: The portal is nice, easy to use and the email editor works well to create emails that are effective.
Cons: I'm honestly tired of paying so much for a rewards program but Tap Mango is on par with other rewards programs and from what I've experienced, it offers more.

Great onboard process, I would have liked more one to one training and more support when setting up. Shipping and setting up was delayed but that is to be expected with a company and team that is growing faster than they can keep up with. But I am sure they are spending extra time to get more support and staff to make this more smoother as time moves forward.
Pros: Advanced features, great POS integration, very advanced software development, and a team that tested each feature as a user to work out any bugs and make this software smooth and seamless to use for all types of users with novice to advance technology knowledge.
Cons: GUI and onboarding process could be better but all can be self learned on their great resource platform of zendesk with step by step articles and videos, though it is time consuming, a great platform takes time to learn if it has such advanced and superior features that can be tweaked to your liking and tori industry.
