Overall, Quire has worked out great for our report prep. It’s helped us cut through a lot of the repetitive information that used to slow us down. It basically just cleans up the process and saves us a lot of hours every week.
Pros: Our company switched to Quire for our reporting and inspection workflow several years ago, and it's worked out well. The platform is easy to learn and easy to use. Utilizing Quire has saved our company so much time.
Cons: It’s already good, but adding a few more specific features would take the user experience to the next level. There’s still some room to make things even more seamless.

Pros: The customer service and technical support is lightyears beyond any other software I've used. I have always chatted with a live person, and never waited longer than 20-30 seconds. [sensitive content hidden] has consistently been able to provide every answer I've needed.
Cons: Not much, but since you require a minimum of one hundred characters just to fill out the form, here you go.

Quire has been a great addition to our Phase I ESA report workflow. The platform is intuitive, well-organized, and clearly built with environmental professionals in mind. It streamlines collaboration, improves consistency across reports, and saves time without sacrificing quality. The Quire team has also been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the transition process, making onboarding smooth and stress-free. Overall, Quire has made Phase I ESA report writing more efficient and easier to manage from start to finish!
Pros: Phase I ESA report writing became more efficient and easier to manage from start to finish. Love how quick it is to compile a report using Quire!
Cons: Sometimes if you are working "too fast", the page will crash, and you have to refresh. Everything saves right away so it's not like I lose hours of work. I might have to rewrite a word or two but really nothing too crazy. Otherwise love it!

The Chat is so great - fast and smart; I have used it several times and learned a lot and the chat agent resolves my problems
Pros: Leveled up our reports, helping us with internal consistency, and increasing our productivity; help section is very accessible
Cons: has a bit of a learning curve; and I wish we could collapse subsections so the navigation panel isn't so overwhelming

Pros: Quire makes writing reports simple. The template is very easy to use and the quire team is aleays updating it.
Cons: Quire can glitch out at times, leading to your writing being lot and having to start a section over.

So far, my experience with Quire has been great. It was very easy to learn how to do everything, and all the tools that I need are there.
Pros: I liked how easy it was to take site photos, and when I did it showed me where they were all located on a map.
Cons: I wish that when I took the site photos and looked at the map, I could directly put this into my figures.

It has been a great experience to work alongside Quire. The staff is very helpful, and the platform is easy to use.
Pros: The easy to use platform that boost productivity, and helpful staff. Staff is super friendly, polite, and very responsive.
Cons: The only drawback is wait time. Though the staff an experience is very helpful, the wait time to get another form installed is a drawback.

Pros: After a small learning curve everything just becomes fluent. Great software that makes report writing so easy. Quire saves me hours on reporting.
Cons: There is always going to be bumps in the road, it's part of the process. Quire's customer service is top level along with and the Client Success Managers are truly incredible!

Pretty good, team seems very nice to work with. Again, they are super responsive and if they cant address right away, they will follow-up with a email
Pros: I like the fact they are very responsive and usually can fix any issues right away to get back to work
Cons: They are not online 24/7 for assistance. Sometimes assistance is needed when you work late. This can avoid delays on issuing a report

Good overall. Occasionaly there is odd spacing in the PDF versions. I like the ability to click on the menu on the left to go to sections.
Pros: The track changes and comments to the left allow reviewers to comment and communicate with report writers within the program.
Cons: The component pricing library. I would like to see it be a document for review instead of just key word driven. Key words are not always used by every report writer. So it does not always provide the correct information. If it was just a document we could upload and the writers could view they could pick the information they need.

Pros: ease of saving - just jump to another section, and your edits are saved - instead of clicking another button
Cons: Occasionally, formatting issues crop up, but I am sure with more experience they will decrease as more learning happens

Very positive. Quire is miles ahead of previous attempts by the organizations that I work for to come up with their own PCA reporting formats.
Pros: Clear, concise, and very thorough format. Lots of flexibility in writing the report. The photo gallery is especially handy.
Cons: It seems like it takes a lot of time to change from the main body of the report to the Reports Tag and then back again. Just the only minor irritation that I can think of.

My company, AEI, has developed some really effective templates. There are things I wish I could improve, like hyphenating words, so I don't have to stop every time to do it. But that should be fixed by the person building the template and is not a failing of the software. Parcel is a very powerful report writing tool, but now Quire has exceeded it in ease-of-use.
Pros: I love Quire. I have been using it for almost 10 years and have written several hundred reports on it. I was trained on Parcel but migrated over to Quire many years ago. But Qiure is only as good as the templates that are put into it. If the templates are junk and not well thought out, the program will be difficult to use. But that's not Quire's fault. I especially appreciate Quire's constant efforts to improve the product. I don't use a lot of the enhancements, but I know they are there. I also really appreciate Quire's customer service. Like most report writers, I work at odd hours, and every single time I've had an issue with Quire, and there haven't been many, Quire has always responded quickly and gotten me working again. I can't even describe how valuable that is. I also really like how I can leave comments in every section of the report for my Reviewer.
Cons: Very little. Sometimes the program locks up or certain screens won't drop down, but that may be a problem with my computer and not with Quire.

Quire has become an indispensable tool for report writing. From the many templates that can be created to be tailored to our needs, to the ease of use in any browser, Quire has become my favorite platform in which to write reports.
Pros: I absolutely enjoy the ability to work from any device and have my work saved. The reports are easy to follow once our template has been set, so it becomes a huge time saver for every kind of report we need to write. It's also great to be able to collaborate with coworkers in a single report at the same time. Last, my experience with the support for the company has been nothing but great.
Cons: Tables and figure editing can be a bit tricky. I'm used to it by now, but it has certainly improved.

Quire has made my reporting much quicker, more organized, and streamlined. The support group works wonders whenever I have a formatting issue.
Pros: It makes me feel very organized when doing my report. I can clearly see what I’ve done and what’s left to be done. I enjoy being able to quickly navigate between report sections.
Cons: Currently, there are some nuances to the templates that are hard to understand. However, when I do have issues, a quick message to the support group usually solves all of my issues.

An excellent platform that allows for efficient and well organized report writing. Eliminates the tedious tasks so you’re able to focus on the meat of the report.
Pros: Easy to use interface! Report tags make it really simple to use and I’m able to put a report together so quickly.
Cons: Some search issues, occasional glitching within reports with regards to the text boxes not saving / generating correctly.

I've enjoyed learning it. It's very user friendly and streamlines the report writing process. Converting to PDF is a breeze.
Pros: It speeds up routine report writing and allows multiple people to work on the same report seamlessly.
Cons: Using Tables can be a bit cumbersome in my experience. It takes time to click into cells and format it properly.

Overall, this program has helped save time in report writing. Reports are more consistent looking, and content is more consistent.
Pros: Quire made report writing a lot easier. There are many features that allow the reports to be written in a consistent fashion.
Cons: Sometimes there are glitches or the edits do not always go through. However, the preview features helps a lot with identifying mistakes.

I use Quire every day to write Phase I's and Phase II's. It's super helpful and cuts down report writing time.
Pros: Quire is super easy to learn and very user friendly. I needed very little training to get started writing reports in the templates.
Cons: I would love to use the camera option in the app when I do site visits. However, the camera is too zoomed in for me to use.

Well, good, strong, smooth process. While some stuff takes time to receive, it’s a week at max. Information is strong. Would recommend connecting database result link to the further data and if possible some more preliminary data when reviewing/ordering data package.
Pros: Quality of data. The resources and data related to a property to make decisions is robust. Also the ease of ordering and selecting property liens.
Cons: Length of time to receive aerials and/or city directories. Mostly aerials but need both to push reports along for reviews. Would recommend connection from vapor tool databases to links that provide more info on cases.

Cons: The thing I find that I like the least about Quire is the Inability to search for projects or reports by address.

I started slow but now understand how to use the platform more fully. Anytime I had difficulties, I was able to access the support service quickly, and they were always able to find a solution to my issue.
Pros: Quire provides a clean, consistent reporting platform that can be customized for specific needs. We are able to provide professional, easy-to-read reports to our clients with minimal set up. Now that I know my way around the user interface, I can really get more out of it.
Cons: Personally it was the learning curve. Not really Quire's fault but more a product of working in a one-person office. Once I was able to collaborate with others on setting up and modifying reports, it became very clear, very quickly.

Great tool for writing technical reports. Overall easy to use in the field on tablet and on the desktop.
Pros: Ease of use in the field. Not needing a wi-fi connection at all times in the field and are able to upload once you do have wi-fi. Also love how photos are saved in app as well as the camera roll.
Cons: The latest app. The photo button on the iPad in the center instead of the right side makes taking photos of measurements very difficult. Also the first letter of each word on photo captions are not capitalized. Have to manually do it on every photo. It is capitalized when using speak to text.
