We started using Appenate for daily reports and deliveries, but since using it we have realized that almost any paper process can be digitalized on appenate saving paper costs, and allowing field employees to fill out forms anywhere at any time allowing us to get reports the very same day we request them. The custom word and excel templates are amazing and allow simple form entry while still exporting to PDF's on the exact same paper forms that we are using. This is super helpful for forms that need to be submitted on a specific standard form that a client or anybody else requires while still making form entry super simple for our employees. There isn't a single form or paper process we have came across that we haven't been able to digitalize with Appenate. The number of forms is also unlimited so not having a cap or getting charged to create more forms is huge. The more forms you create the more savings and value you get.
Pros: super customizable. Can automate filing documents/forms via connectors as well as organizing them in any way you see fit (by date or month submitted, manufacturer, person that submitted, etc.) Eliminates and automates to some extent paper processes. Able to build databases/lists off of any form, can export to excel, sheets, etc. or have a sheet that is constantly updating in real time every time there is a new entry. The options and customization is endless. Cost is super competitive and some of the best pricing I've seen. No form limits. Straight forward drag and drop
Cons: Only cons would be the learning curve on building forms and using connectors, but any form building software will have the same con. It is just part of learning the tool. The new AI tool allows natural language to build forms by just telling it what you want now too, which makes the learning curve about as low as it could be. The support team is also amazing so any issues or problems you run into when building forms, or if you are just not sure how to build something out can be solved by sending an email or booking a call with support. Super quick response time and anything that I've ran into problems or wasn't sure how to build, was promptly solved by customer support. Not only will they get on and solve the issue but they will actually show you how they did what they did which allows you to learn so much faster, and the learning curve far easier. Support docs and formula cheat sheets are a massive help as well saving a lot of time.

I love how customizable the app is. We have several forms that can print however we like. Customers seem to like them too.
Pros: The app is very easy to use once you create your customer forms. You can easily update forms when necessary.
Cons: Updating customer, contact, and inventory lists could be simplified. It takes time to export and import lists when over a certain amount.

Forms On Fire has been a great fit for how we handle jobsite safety meeting attendance. We now have a standardized process, keep records organized automatically, and give customers clean proof of attendance without extra steps. We were all comfortable with it right away because it was simple and hard to mess up. No pushback from the field. Getting set up was actually pleasant. The onboarding folks worked with us to build out the whole setup quickly. The switch from our old process was smooth. We would recommend Forms On Fire to anyone dealing with the same kind of documentation and process needs. For context we complete approximately 200+ forms per month.
Pros: Forms On Fire has been a great fit for how we handle jobsite safety meeting attendance. We now have a standardized process, keep records organized automatically, and give customers clean proof of attendance without extra steps. Getting set up was actually pleasant. The onboarding folks worked with us to build out the whole setup quickly. The switch from our old process was smooth.
Cons: No real con, but adding/editing connected data could be easier. And connected data over 100 rows must be re-imported for any edit/addition/subtraction. No big deal but a bit of a pain.

We have been using it for years, it is essential in making us the fastest and most efficient on our industry.
Pros: Ease of use and customer support is un matched in developing inter connected systems for data entry.
Cons: Learning curve starts steep but once you get the hang of designing a form, there is no faster way to create word and excel documents.

Pros: The form creation gives a seamless and hassle-free experience, with predefined actions which simplify the entire process. The UI is very clear and user friendly, making it easy for users to create, update, and edit forms more effectively. Security is it's top priority, considering that all data entered is well protected. The application is easy to use on both iOS and Android devices. Customer support is available via chatbots and email, providing immediate assistance and resolving queries quickly. Latest version of mobile app gives better experience to users in speed and performance compared to the older ones.

A great tool that we have utilized in our internal workflows across the board. We have even started using it for internal staff management.
Pros: I like the ability to use it on several different devices in various locations. The ability to pull data from different points of our work allows us to monitor and make adjustments as needed
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve on learning how to use the software. Once you have a handle on it then it is a bit easier. Some of our forms have gotten quite complicated and we have a few FoF experts on our team now!
