Pros: I like advanced features like barcode recognition, OCR, and AI-OCR to minimize manual effort. User friendly and easy to use
Cons: Complex setting and bit costly . initial setup process is challenging . Only initial setting otherwise no issue .

As per my experience PaperStream Capture Pro is one of the best and powerful document capture software which is solely designed for high volume scanning environments. It automates batch processing and reduces manual intervention. moreover it seamlessly connects with popular Content management Systems. Offers rapid customer support.
Pros: PaperStream Capture Pro offers accelerated workflows & advanced Image enhancement features. Moreover it supports barcode recognition & customizable indexing. it also ensures high accuracy in data extraction. Its has very user friendly interface and easy to use.
Cons: The only thing that i like least about PaperStream is: Pro version is little expensive. Lacks Intuitive control over duplex scanning.

Overall experience has been very good! Customers are open to it as a solid and reliable option that easily partners with CDW.
Pros: Cost / Licensing Model It’s subscription‑based (for Pro / Pro Premium), which adds annual cost. PaperStream Capture PRO Some users feel that for light use or small volume, the cost may not justify all of its advanced features. (There are free / lighter versions, but they are more limited.) Scanner / Device Compatibility Limitations Although it supports a wide variety of TWAIN‑compatible scanners, “there may be some limited functionality with TWAIN‑compatible devices.” For devices or scanners from other brands (non‑Fujitsu / Ricoh) you might run into driver issues or limited features. Performance / Hardware Requirements To get full speed and image quality, you need good hardware (CPU / RAM / disk) to support all of the post‑scan corrections, OCR, image cleanup, etc. If your setup is weaker, scan speeds may drop significantly

Great value for the money, we are making great progress towards a paperless office. I hope to buy a scanner for my clients to upload to a shared one drive.
Pros: Love the pair with my Ricoh Sccanner making scanning an exciting and rewarding experience in the quest to reduce paper clutter.
Cons: Choose your folder destination easily and name files before you save. Get the bundle and get an extended warranty with peace of mind.
