Pros: We deployed ActiveBacth Workload automation to execute Automated Endpoint Security Scans on our servers and network components to gain a complete view of the environment and endpoints that are secure or require an upgrade to limit the surface area for threat actors to attach. It is faster, more efficient, and decreases the risk of incorrectly scanning and reporting endpoints.

Cons: The integration with our security monitoring program was simple, although there were several problems that caused confusion and repeated calls to customer service. They can possibly simplify the integration and provide clear documentation to implement the integration.

Pros: The most important feature is the alerting mechanism which has helped us generate alerts and enabled us to actively work on the issues presented.

Cons: The cost price is too high as the features offered does not reach a wide variety of requirements

Pros: The use of software to complete some tasks and activities, without the need for human input

Cons: For users who are new to the platform, there might a visual representation of how long it takes to acquire new skills or knowledge

Pros: This automation tool works brilliant to schedule, monitor and view logs with minimal manual intervention.Job library is fantastic, can use different job steps basically mix match job steps from different built-in jobs which can solve complex tasks.User Friendly, easy drag and drop feature which helps best for new users.

Cons: The only downside is cost for annual license upgrade is higher, apart from that it provides solution to all the manual tasks.

Pros: ActiveBatch tool has been incredibly beneficial in elevating my testing efficiency to its highest level, thanks to its strong monitoring and scheduling features and this automatically re-runs failed tasks, this provides timely completion alerts, and also suits for various project types, saving me from the burden of learning new tools for the different assigned projects.

Cons: Barely touchable for start-up companies.

Pros: Active batch is convenient to control & supervise multi-platform integrations/technologies

Pros: ActiveBatch is a very fast and a efficient software to automate endpoint scans on our security infrastructure. We have implemented this in our project to perform endpoint scans on the servers and networks of our project in a 12 hour interval to provide us a status on the health as well update on the endpoint components. This was usually conducted by associates, but now automating this has helped us save a number of hours that can be used by the associates on critically important tasks and also automating it with AtciveBatch has reduced the scope of error.

Cons: The oncall support could be improved. There are several documentations and blogs to understand the integration related trouble shooting but still if the on call support can help in a more elaborate way would be very good.

Pros: Active batch has very flexible user interface . You actually can use it on any device. Loved the ability of the tool to centralize job scheduling and monitoring .Customer service is best in class . They do provide 24X7.

Cons: Though the documentation is available , they can make it somewhat detailed one so as to follow by anyone with no background .

Pros: The ability to manage workflows is intuitive once you know how things work. Being able to hit external endpoints or platforms (e.g. web API, Azure cloud functions, etc) is very handy and being able to control the timing is important for doing things during off-hours.

Cons: The learning curve is fairly intense, as there are many types of objects that do different things. I haven't found any great video tutorial series that cover the basics, but maybe there are some trainings available directly from AB. For our team it was imperative that we had some knowledge transfer from more senior members who know their way around the platform.

Pros: ActiveBatch values feedback from customers and uses it to continually improve its services. ActiveBatch take all customer concerns seriously and use them to make necessary changes to better serve their clients.

Cons: There is nothing like least liked about ActiveBatch i feel its perfectly fit for everyone.

Pros: Its an open-source platform to review about choosing a software and we have access to read the reviews of all customers just to plan before getting into it.It helps a lot in my day to day activities like automation of my workloads.Its user-friendly (easy-to-use) UI so any non IT person can easily get hands-on on this software.Its compatible with different organizations and Active Batch can easily integrate with other applications which makes it easy to access and automates all workloads in different platforms.Customer support team is excellent which makes us resolve our queries in short span of time

Cons: Cost is something which is a con if its for small organizations.Needs bit more detailed documentation and improvement in the UI part to make it more user-friendly.Comparing to other software, the reporting capabilities are bit less which should be improved better with IT experts.

Pros: ActiveBatch Workload Automation is a user friendly and easy to use tool with unified platform to integrate the entire the process at one go. The features such as pre defined job steps helps save time and effort required to identify and analyze the requirements and accordingly prepare a script. The job scheduler is another wow feature in the tool which helps allocate and monitor the tasks. Overall the tool helps the team to run the process in agile mode with all the teammates working at a single place.

Cons: ActiveBatch can provide installation support or quick installation video guide to help in easier installation

Pros: As a logistics company, activebatch is very useful in planning your daily activities, providing the purchase order for raw materials, track the activities from supplier side, easily generate the reports as required and plan for customer orderOther good feature are good display, has enormous options to work, under interface is excellent

Cons: The only cons i felt in this software is that, it should been a bit user friendly with detailed user manual how exactly different functions works, also by having a authorization for customization options to tweak the software as per our requirements

Pros: ActiveBatch is very stable by this we can minimize the failures and it improves the overall system performance

Cons: I feel it is bit pricey, If the cost is less then it can be accessible by everyone .Also the user manual can be more documented

Pros: Active Batch highly secured and end to end Encrypted, It Prevents un authorised access, It can perform quick actions on Problem workflows, It Is a Job Scheduler and Batch Scheduling too.

Cons: It Should be carry through third party vendors, More Social Marketing is Required to Explore and enhance the Application

Pros: it's an automation tool that helps the administrator to schedule, monitor and view the logs without or with very less manual intervention.

Cons: The cost is the only factor that i would like to highlight. However, it is worth it.

Pros: What i liked the most is that its graphic design, transfer many confidential files through FPP server, which has data theft proof protection, authentication for every process carried out and the most important thing is handling production, inventory, materials, alert notification for any expiry materials to be used as earliest and work order planning and closing details

Cons: I would like to get some customization where we ourself can customize some of the functions as perour requirements and use it

Pros: Easy compared ro other softwares I have used. Helps in delivering on time. Manages activities and monitors our woroad.

Cons: Some options are not much clear to use on the application.

Pros: This Software has best capability to providing the solutions in real-time where we can monitor and schedule the jobs as per the requirement. This software can be integrate with many platforms like oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.. into a single platform which required by the organization.We can easily perform the complex scenarios without coding and scripting with the help of drag and drop.By using this software we can reuse the jobs which are already present and can be used for organization requirements due to this maintenance can be reduced.

Cons: As of now I don't have any cons but my suggestions towards this program is to reduce the price to afford for small scale industries for accuracy.Some times we find difficulty to download the report as per needed format.

Pros: As a QA engineer monitoring logs in production environment was on of the tedious task. This was time consuming and required lots of manual efforts, but using “ActiveBatch Workload” it minimised the downtime and maximised the productivity.

Cons: Setting-up the software was hard this could be made still more easier.At times the email alerts won’t work properly there should be a proper documentation for the email workflow.The new version looks good but with lots of lag and often crashes unlike the older versions. Exporting the documents in jpg format was bit difficult.Customer Service could be better.

Pros: In our organisation we have implemented activebatch into our end to end automation, we have utilized the real time analytics and alerting feature a lot which gave us more insights ahead and able to fix the issue before the clients report it.

Cons: The documentation and initial setup was bit fuzzy it could be been more details and few more video tutorials would have reduced our time a lot.

Pros: Its supports on multiple platforms like Windows, Linux and Unix. So easy to run the application and managing the application on different platforms.Easy to continuous integration and continuous deployment. easy to add the job steps by dragging and dropping as it is graphical workflow.Its support to configure for live monitoring, sending notification and alerts on exact conditions.Easy to debug and troubleshoot.

Cons: Need some scripting knowledge, Need to spend some more time to understand all the features.Incremental in performance for huge size applications.Expecting for more Documation.
