Pros: It worked for a while until software changes, then it wouldn't work with our software for a long time.
Cons: I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Dental Intelligence, primarily due to a complete lack of responsiveness and unresolved billing issues. I’ve contacted their team multiple times regarding problems with my account and explicitly requested that the matter be escalated to a manager. Despite this, my emails have not been returned, and there has been no follow-up or ownership of the issues raised. More concerning is the contract situation. The contract provided to me has a blank renewal period, yet I’m being told it is valid and enforceable. In addition, I’ve been overcharged based on the terms of that same contract. These are not minor discrepancies and should have been straightforward to address if someone had engaged. I’m posting this review because direct communication has failed. I would prefer to resolve this privately and professionally, but at this point, public feedback seems to be the only way to get a response.

We are not a fan of Dental intelligence and would not recommend this to any dental office until they have fixed their issues or taken into consideration the issues that offices are having. The only thing we liked about Dental intelligence is the online forms we had and that it put the information straight into Dentrix, otherwise not worth the price we have been paying them.
Pros: There are very few things our office liked about Dental Intelligence, we did however like that payments did go into the ledger and we loved the online forms.

Cons: When submitting payments if you put it through a specific patient it will still just go under the Head of household file. To text a patient you can't create a new chat you would have to create a whole new person in dentrix or wait for an updated phone number which would take a while. You can't change an email in Dental intelligence you would also have to do that through dentrix and still would take a long time to transfer over, making some situations uncomfortable with the patient waiting for an email. The insurance eligibility does not work on very many company's so we would have to call the insurance even though we pay to have insurance eligibility.

Overall, my experience was positive again. It was nice of the team could have access to these numbers for them to review their own metrics and keep their own goals in mind.
Pros: The analytics portion was my favorite part about it. The reporting was very accurate easy way to access numbers without having to run a report in the practice management software.
Cons: I wouldn’t say that it’s the least thing that I like about it, but I wish there was a way for it to be real time, but I know that might not be feasible. I also didn’t like that there were separate platforms for analytics and then like patient engagement.

Great experience! We loved it while we had it, just had to downgrade to something better suited to our practice.
Pros: Dental Intel was easy to acess and we really liked the analytics feature!

We love Dental Intel and have loved using it in our practice!
Pros: Love how all analytics are in one place and the system integrates with our practice management system.
Cons: It is a little higher in cost, but investing in your practice and team is priceless. You truly oh for what you get and you won’t be disappointed!

Other than the refreshing situation, I love Dental Intel we have used it for close to 5 years now and so far it has only improved with time.
Pros: I love how much it can do for you in so many different areas of front office work. I also love that I can view claims and easily filter through what I need. The analytics are one of our Doctors favorites! We also use the morning huddle every day!!
Cons: The only complaint I have is that it only refreshes over night. So When you do stuff to change something, for instance when I close a claim in eaglesoft, it still shows as open in DI, until the next day.

So far our office has enjoyed it. I don't feel like we are using it to the best potential.
Pros: Ease of use. Detailed analytics that would. take our office a long time to figure out.
Cons: Two logins for the admin vs analytics. Have to specifically turn on the chat function.

Fair to good, Still not a fan of Vyne, need a degree in insurance for some aspects
Pros: very flexible filtering , patient chat, auto reminders. once reached, the high level trainers are very good and responsive.
Cons: Complicated product , training is difficult because it requires a high level of competent knowledge and use of Windows. Low level trainers did more harm than good.

Cons: Need to integrate a “search” feature – for example after an email blast I’ll add in reply “Easter” if you want to schedule an appointment.

Pros: The support is beyond amazing. The level of support you get from the premium support - Shout out to [sensitive content hidden] - and my personal rep for my corporation - shout out to [sensitive content hidden]. I have been working with Jodi for the past year and cannot say enough good things. The personalization and direct help we have gotten from her is amazing.
Cons: Set up is important. Make sure you get the settings needed for your PMS and proper training to your teams.

Absolute trash of a company. I’ve spoken to 3 people there including [sensitive content hidden] to cancel this account. We signed up for a two-year term but after switching softwares we can no longer use them. Nothing in our agreement says we can’t cancel before the term ends and yet they continue charging our card. We keep disputing and getting our funds back but no one there will listen and just stop charging our card. Do not trust this company. They are a knockoff of Dentrix Patient Engage and the records don't pull seamlessly. You’re better off with a software that fully integrates with Dentrix like Patient Engage or a software with more robust patient forms like Weave.

Pros: There are so many great features about Dental Intel so it's hard to pick just one. It is very user friendly, support is always great, the patient communication is the best and the electronic paperwork saves hours of work. The analytics you can get about your practice are amazing. You can really take a deep dive into your practice to find out where your strengths and weaknesses are!
Cons: I don't really have any cons about the practice that I can think of! I've really enjoyed the software!

Dental Intel has help our office by keeping our schedules filled, and we are currently booked out till October for Hygiene and August for Providers!
Pros: The recall is great and has lots of ways to filter from age, no apt made, last apt and more. They also have an online scheduling that keeps track of HYG past due, unscheduled TX, broken appointments and can pull from our ASAP list! Even if you do not want patients to be able to make their own apt (we do not) the rest of the information that DI can tack is so worth it, and to be able to pull from the ASAP list is a game changer! Plus, they offer so much more, really is the best engagement system we have used!
Cons: We do not use the Analytics. I am sure it is great!, however just something our office feels we do not need

Pros: Modento is very easy to start up and implement into our office systems. Modento is a great platform for helping with patient engagement.
Cons: Cost is the biggest con, as Modento is expensive. Older patients are hesitant to use this technology, questioning the safety and security of the platform when we ask them to complete forms using Modento.
