Pros: Adit is very convenient for texting patients about appointments and account balances. I love the I can download the app on my phone.
Cons: Confusing at first, but once I played around with it, it worked out fine. I recommend clicking every button to see what it's about

We’ve had a great experience working with Adit for our phone confirmation and texting system. It has made a huge difference in how we communicate with our patients—everything is faster, more organized, and much more efficient. Appointment confirmations and reminders run smoothly, which has really helped reduce no-shows. The platform is easy to use, and their customer support team is always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any office looking to improve communication and streamline their workflow.
Pros: I love the convenience of patient communication through calls, email, and specially texting. It helps me assist patients even when the office is closed if there is a need.
Cons: Nothing really, they are prompt to take care of any issues that may come up, especially in the beginning when we are learning the system.

Pros: Support access and payment processing was very easy to use. So happy my company decided to give them a try.
Cons: Insurance Verification, the basic was just that and our office did nto think the advanced would be any better. They would upload a breakdown with inaccurate or missing information.

I am deeply disappointed with them. We hired for insurance billing and it is a mess. Its like their staff have no clue what to do. Literally asking US questions that someone with NO Dental experience would be asking. Def Def NOT recommend for Insurance. Their Software is ok
Pros: The software system, phones, messaging works great. Their Insurance billing 0 of out 10 NOT recommended
Cons: We hired Adit to take care of our insurance billing and so far it has been a disaster! We are losing money, not recommended at all!!

I love this application. The help team is great. My account manager is awesome! Her name is [sensitive content hidden] and we love her.
Pros: It's such a well-rounded app! I love that I could take are of most patients' tasks via this app. Following up with patients is such a simple task with this app.
Cons: It can get complex to navigate sometimes. It has a learning curve that could be a little tedious, but once you get it. It is super easy.

My favorite part is the the Mobile app which allows team members to access patient information and address concerns anytime, anywhere. Having that level of accessibility 24/7 has been a game changer for both efficiency and patient care. IT support team are exceptional, responsive , knowledgeable & quick to resolve any issues. A great overall experience.
Pros: The software offers an impressive range of features that truly streamline daily operations. From comprehensive patient records and seamless communication tools to accurate production tracking, everything is thoughtfully integrated.
Cons: The new update has changed the layouts of the screen accessibility & we have to reboot multiple times on text feature to be able to have the box through which we can respond to patients.

Being able to contact for issues to be resolved or questions on how to do something has a pretty quick response.
Pros: Ease of communication with patients for texting even after hours is great for emergencies and someone needing to cancel appointment, etc.
Cons: Not being able to refresh patient information from eaglesoft software to adit quickly enough. It can take a while.

Pros: Great value, was less expensive and had more features than other softwares we looked at. Having everything in one software is so convenient. Customer service is good. Installation and training went very well.
Cons: Could be a little more user fiendly. I know the possibility of what I want is in the software, and I am pretty computer literate but sometimes it was a little difficult to figure out, but my onboarder was good at finding the answers when I asked.

They are very quick to respond. Any concerns are taken care of very quick, they handled all of the requests to, and from the previous company.
Pros: It was a very smooth transition. They have great customer service. Very easy to get a hold of. We have had nothing but good experiences.
Cons: We have not had any cons to date. Every thing that we have had questions about they are very quick to respond.

I love that Adit is secure and that we also can send payment requests through them and they send follow up texts to the patients
Pros: I love that Adit allows us to communicate via text with our patients. I also love that their customer service is the best!
Cons: Adit's online scheduling system is not the best we always get patients just thrown anywhere and sometimes it makes it more work on us.

Overall it has been a really great experience. I switched from a different patient communication software and it was an excellent decision.
Pros: The price point is a really attractive feature. It makes it an amazing value when there is so much customization.
Cons: Every once in a while it can be a little difficult to get in touch with my account representative for questions.

Pros: Very reasonable cost and the customer service is very good, always trying to help solve an issue. Also it's very easy to use.

I have had a pleasant experience with Adit so far! I greatly enjoy the software and what it has done for our ability to connect with our patients!
Pros: I really enjoyed utilizing Adit a lot. The software makes call tracking and call texting seamless, which allows me to communicate with patients, even on the go.
Cons: I have not had any major issues with Adit at this point. The only challenge has been occasional outages, but this is usually do to the Internet, rather than the software

Excellent ...which is why we have been with them since 2022! Features are awesome by sending out a link after the patient appointment has been done asking for a review.
Pros: Value for the money is excellent! We have been approached by Weave and dental intelligence and nothing comes to close! Billing and payment is slick and easy! Great Job adit.
Cons: Recently they changed the style of how the dashboard was arranged and this was a little difficult to maneuver last minute! Other than that, no complaints.

Very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone, especially coming from one of their competitors Weave.
Pros: Very easy to use as a billing specialist in a medical practice. It lets us send out reminders automatically to patients to pay their bills.
Cons: The new update is busy and not as good as where it was before. There is too much going on all at once and now even at it's smallest it still takes up 80% of the screen.

Pros: I have been using Adit services for a number of years. They are very quick to respond to requests we make on our website, and often suggest ideas that can make our website stand out better and showcase our services. They offer many services at a fair price.
Cons: We have had some issues with setting up some of our online forms, with multiple forms being placed in different areas that are not all updated at one time when we request changes.

Overall, my experience with Adit has been great. I don't use that word often but this company has been great asset for our processes and growth.
Pros: Easy onboarding experience, the customer support was quick and efficient each time I have reached out. Easy intergration with my practice management system. And the features that are above the rest in the market.
Cons: Sometimes the phones systems are a little hard to the other person to hear us. This has since been resolved.

After running a dental office for over 30 years, I’ve worked with MANY software companies-and unfortunately, not all of those experiences have been positive. I would absolutely recommend Adit to any dental practice or physician looking to elevate their office systems and patient communication.
Pros: The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has truly streamlined our communication and dental office operations. Most importantly, the support is exceptional. Our rep is always proactive, checks in regularly, and provides outstanding customer service whenever we have questions or need assistance.
Cons: We did experience a minor issue at one point where there was a brief delay after answering a call before the caller could hear us. However, the issue was addressed and resolved quickly by their team with minimal disruption to our office.
