Our experience has been very positive. The platform is simple to use, and adds real value to the work we do both in terms of lead generation and following up with new leads.
Pros: The ability to get our product in front of potential customers. A short video demo allows us to demonstrate features and functionality that we can offer. Prospects can watch the video at a time that works for them and without pressure from a Sales Rep. It allows us to respond to new leads in a timely fashion and ensure our follow up is valuable.
Cons: The main menu can be confusing. I would prefer for it to be easier to see how to create demo boards, the feature I use the most.

Overall, a great tool and it is heavily utilized within our organization. Allows us to streamline content creation and ensure we nurture our leads.

Overall, it’s been a huge help in reducing the number of repetitive demos while still delivering a personalized, high-quality experience.
Pros: What I like most about Consensus is how incredibly user-friendly it is, both for myself and my customers. It makes it so easy to connect with prospects in a meaningful, on-demand way, without the back-and-forth of scheduling live demos. Consensus offers great, real-time insights into how customers are consuming my content, informing me on who to reach out to and when.
Cons: Nothing bad to say. The only challenge that I have, if any, is that my uploads are limited to a maximum of 2 hours, but I believe that is a company setting, not a consensus issue.

Overall it has been a positive addition to our pre-sales motion, helping us qualify interest and educate prospects before live discovery or demo sessions. It works best when the content library is well-maintained and mapped to specific buyer personas or use cases relevant to our target CFO and finance leader audience.
Pros: Consensus makes it easy to share tailored product demos which is a huge time-saver when prospects need to loop in additional stakeholders between discovery and formal demo stages. The engagement analytics showing who watched what and for how long give us genuinely useful signals to prioritise follow-up conversations.
Cons: The content management side can get messy quickly unless you build out a well-structured, maintained library.

I would recommend highly recommend Consensus. It's by far the best sales enablement tool I use. The screen recording tool works incredibly well, and the ability to have a library of demo videos to fall back on is well worth the investment
Pros: In sales, it's crucial that I can quickly respond to customer requests for product demos, but scheduling can sometimes get in the way of that happening. With Consensus, I'm able to send personalized, actionable content with just a few clicks.
Cons: I think it can sometimes be difficult to find the videos I'm looking for, but overall, I like the tool very much.

Pros: I love how it integrates with my Gmail and I can easily add in a consensus demo right in the email without having to bridge to the website. There is so much customization which I love and it takes the repetition out when sending out the same demo boards but customizing the receiver
Cons: Sometimes it doesn't always stay connected with Gmail so it's a hassle to reconnect. It's a learning curve at first when creating your own personal demo, but once you've done it for the first time, it gets easier.

It does take a little time and investment to understand how to record and publish videos, however the analytics it generates for viewing activity is invaluable.
Pros: Tracking (detail) of viewing activity of published videos and the ability to create a collection / playlists for the audience.
Cons: The user interface and workflow is not as intuitive as I would like it to be to publish ad-hoc videos.

Pros: Consensus is very easy to use. I can easily distribute my demo videos and receive analytics on who watched, how often, etc. It's extremely helpful to use!

We have enjoyed using Consensus and like seeing the leads and demo views come in from our buyers as we leverage it on our website and in sales plays.
Pros: Consensus is unmatched in its analytics and its ability to discover stakeholders in enterprise deals. We work with a niche buyer who has a complex buying group and Consensus helps us understand what each person is thinking.
Cons: I wish the analytics would have more options for viewing. Something like a dashboard would make reporting to executive leadership much easier.

Pros: Love that I know when a demo is watched or forwarded. Helps me timely calls and follow ups, and shows if a deal is still worth chasing.
Cons: I don't like the playback function for users. Kind of timeconsuming and changes a lot. With a tweak it would be fine

Consensus helps me deliver loads of information in a very easily digestible medium for my clients. In a matter of seconds I am able to pull together plenty of resources that are specific to my needs and send them over to my clients.
Pros: I love how seamless the platform is to integrate into my daily routine. It allows me to provide content in a multitude of ways to my clients who have been raving about how easy the information is to view and digest.
Cons: There really isn't anything that I do not like about Consensus. It is a very powerful tool that I use daily without issues.

Pros: I like how easy Consens makes it to add personalized demo experiences straight into email responses. I also like how you can track prospect responses to the things that matter to them most.
Cons: Sometimes the setup of a demoboard could have more clicks than desired, and would be great to be notified about specific areas of interest without having to log in and view.

Pros: You can track which customers have seen the demo, get many analytics on their viewing behavours, its great to keep track of their engagements.
Cons: Its important to find a balance between all the data to track and the time to spend on generating a demo link. Ideally, I would want a demo link to autogenerate by simply putting the SFDC opp in Consensus

Great love the service- very easy to use and begin inserting videos into emails. Could also introduce the video to add personalisation
Pros: Ease of use being able to add thumbnail videos straight into my emails to customers. Could track when a prospect has view the video.

I love it! Like I said the content is very easy to manage and find. The sales team uses it on the daily to send videos to our customers. You can get as specific or broad.
Pros: I like how personal it can be. I can send demos and tours to each individual at the school and each of them can have a different experience catered to their specific needs.
Cons: I do not have any cons as of yet. It is a great concept and website. Everything is very easy to access and use.

Great! Consensus is straightforward and helpful when showing customers the product in an approachable way.
Pros: The tool itself, tracking and compiling demo videos, does what it says. Easy to get up to speed and start using.
Cons: Some of the functionality of the created demos, and looking at the sent demos all together. Not a fan of comparing teammates' analytics.

Overall the experience with consensus is good. being able to see real time updates weather a client has viewed your consensus is honestly fantastic. However, i think that there are too much clicking at the start before sending consensus through which can be a bit annoying if you are sending through to a lot of clients
Pros: I like consensus a lot because of the direct feedback and real time updates on clients. I can see who has viewed my consensus and can easily reach out back to them.
Cons: A lot of typing initially to put through client's information. i believe it can be shorten. For example, i need a demo name almost twice. i believe this can be reduced.

Overall, it has been a very good experience. It saves me time, helps educate prospects before our calls, and makes it easier to involve different stakeholders in the process. Once you get used to it, it becomes a strong support tool for sales conversations.
Pros: It is a very helpful way to share demos without needing to run everything live. I like that prospects can choose the parts that matter most to them, instead of watching a long generic demo. The insights are also useful, as I can see who has viewed the demo and what they focused on. This makes my follow up conversations more relevant and productive.
Cons: It takes a bit of time to learn how to set everything up properly. Some editing and formatting features could be more intuitive.

Consensus is a game changer tool! Can browse and manage content with ease. Within a few clicks can send media links/thumbnails to prospects and then keep tabs on the level of engagement through the analytic and reporting tools
Pros: I love how user friendly it is to navigate the platform and the reporting and analytics give users invaluable insight!
Cons: I am yet to face a problem using the platform that I have not been able to resolve but I guess it can always do with more/new features

Overall, I really enjoy using consensus and have used the platform since it's introduction to my previous role and crucially in my current as a Solution Consultant. It's been a key source in understanding the work created by my peers for my own education, as well as it's usefulness during the sales cycle and customer engagement in my previous role as an SDR.
Pros: I like how Consensus is universally an invaluable tool across self, colleagues and customers. Reviewing and watching back material, is equally informative to myself, as is, forward facing for the customer.
Cons: In Honestly, the only minor con to Consensus, was quickly addressed the use of Interactive tours, or chaptered sections.

Worth it. Needs some time investment at first but pays back. Since I started actively using it it takes me just a couple of minutes to sent out a recorded demo. And I can track it to see if my prospects actually have watched it, how much time they spent, which videos are popular etc. This enables me to improves my demo database even more. So far I have had many valuable qualified leads come in as a result of my use of consensus.
Pros: The time it saves me on a daily basis because I was able to dramatically reduce my number of demo’s. I also like the personal intro video feature.
Cons: I am quite a quick learner, self-thought, but it still took me longer then expected to get the grips of it. I needed customer support several times to be able to progress.

Great! It's been a really good tool so far. I've had mostly positive feedback from my customers about the content.
Pros: Great way to gauge prospect interest w/out wasting time on a demo. Analytics make it easy to track how many times they viewed it, etc. Easy software to use. The personalized message option gives the demoboard a personal touch for the prospect.
Cons: I've heard from some customers that there's too many questions before the prospect actually gets into the demo. Might prevent some customers from actually using it, before they give up and get frustrated.

It has been great! Customers respond really well to the quick video demos, and some of them ask for additional resources through Consensus to share with their teams.
Pros: I love how quickly I can engage a customer with our demos. Sometimes, writing out long drawn out emails or finding the right links to share with customers who are interested in a new solution can be really disengaging. The quick, targeted, 2-3 minute videos has increased my response rate from prospective customers and customers alike.
Cons: Previewing a demo can be challenging. There are a few clicks you have to go through just to watch the demo you select when creating a demoboard. It would also be nice to have a "default" set up for when you embed the demo into your email to cut down on the clicks, as well. For example, I usually do not include the personal video at the beginning, and always choose the thumbnail option. If I could set this up as the automatic option each time, that would be great!
