Pros: The Caplinked platform plays a vital role for our company to share important documents with our customers.

Cons: I cannot think of anything I do not like about Caplinked.

Pros: Relatively easy to navigate, upload documents, enable permissions.

Cons: Would be nice to make it easier to share one folder with different investors and for them to be able to see consecutive numbers folders according to different permissions

Pros: For the purpose of a virtual data room, CapLinked is great in providing tools to manage and control document access with ease. The platform is highly intuitive for almost all ages and should suffice for most small to medium-sized businesses.

Cons: The invitation process to add new members is not the best and can be a tad inconvenient at times.

Pros: The ease of use is one of the reasons why we like CapLinked. We work with many outside consultants and investors who need to access folders and files so finding a platform that they could all access without trouble and allows us to give access to different documents for different organizations was great. Sharing links is easy and the feature that shows you the detailed activities of each invitee is also very helpful.

Cons: The look and feel of the site. It could be a lot more crisp and modern.
