What is essential for me with Bynder is the fact that it centralizes and efficiently organizes creative content
Pros: The platform makes it easy to store and share files between teams. Asset management is structured and allows you to quickly find visuals or content related to different artists.
Cons: The cost can be high depending on the needs for each product, and it is normal since each feature has a price to pay

I am extremely happy not to have to deal with the old hard drives sitting at my desk taking up valuable space. We were storing documents and things on google drive and slack before we started using the portal, but now almost everything is in the portal. Therefore, I am rarely being asked for logos or other types of files on a daily basis (at least not most days). I can link multiple languages of pdfs together, therefore I will never lose the french version in the folder system. It just takes less stress out of my workday.
Pros: Facial recognition works amazingly well when finding people, which I didn't think would be possible. I also love that if I am having issues, I can contact staff via email and they won't send me off to those auto-links that are always popping up.
Cons: Every single time you update your software, you charge for it. Also, when I search for something specific (ie- a red backpack) the AI option is absolutely terrible.

A very clean organizational space for asset management that integrates well with our content management systems.
Pros: It offers great organization through tagging and categorizing, allowing for easy searching without the over-complication of folders and sub-folders.
Cons: Occasionally it will freeze while uploading large volumes of files - forcing the user to refresh the page and redo everything. This can be frustrating when working with large amounts of files.

Pros: The ability to categorize assets and add our own filters and taxonomy has made our digital asset management a breeze compared to our previous file structure.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say about the Bynder platform. We've run into issues with Bynder's integrations with other systems and sites, but those problems often lie with the other technologies and not Bynder itself. The Bynder support team is also quick to follow up and provide updates.

Very mid experience. We transitioned from WebDAM and most preferred if we could have stayed. The team at Bynder did not help us with the transition very well and ultimately it took a full year to get the DAM transferred. They cut us off of API access a week before our contract expired and tried to sell special services to get us to transfer files out. Fortunately we had already completed the transfer to our new DAM by then.
Pros: API was nice. Product technically was a DAM.
Cons: User experience was poor. Users really hated the flat structure of the database, they preferred working in folders. Finding resources using the metadata available wasn't great either. Their search engine failed us and was quirky.

Pros: Bynder offers a user-friendly interface and centralized asset management, making it easy for teams to store, organize, and access digital content. It enhances collaboration with tools like annotations, approval workflows, and version control while ensuring brand consistency through customizable templates and portals. Its cloud-based accessibility and integrations with platforms like Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce further streamline creative and marketing workflows.
Cons: Bynder can be costly, especially for smaller businesses, and advanced features come with a steep learning curve. Initial setup and customization can be time-consuming, and the platform may experience performance issues when handling large asset libraries. Additionally, its offline capabilities are limited, and some features, like search functionality and reporting customization, could use improvement.

Feature to define custom metadata fields fits our needs most appropriately. Elevate our digital asset management game with Bynder. Harness the power of its advanced features and experience the difference it makes for our organization.
Pros: Safeguard the important digital resources with the help of the highly effective security system offered by Bynder. Rely on Bynder to safeguard your assets and offer an assurance that your valuable content is safe with us.
Cons: It should be noted that in the asset comparison tool, there is no ability to view two files side by side. Here there is a drawback of video editing: it is rather restrictive, and where major changes have to be made, they have to be done outside the platform.

Bynder has significantly improved our team's ability to collaborate on marketing materials. With its comment and approval features, we can quickly resolve feedback and get campaigns launched on time.
Pros: Bynder enhances team collaboration, streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency. Its integrations with other tools make it a one-stop shop for marketing and design assets.
Cons: I am completely satisfied with this tool and have no issues to report.
Kim R. · Information Security Architect · Telecommunications · September 24, 2024
Pros: Overall, it is easy to learn how to navigate
Cons: Sometimes the search feature is complicated
Erin M. · Project Manager · Medical Devices · September 10, 2024
My overall experience with Bynder is positive.
Pros: I like the ease with which you can provide feedback on Bynder. Hitting Accept and Reject are easy to inform sender that the feedback has been given.
Cons: The right hand menu for multiple comments is a good way of seeing all your comments. However, if you have a file with multiple pages, then all the comments appear on the same right hand menu. Comments should be segregated by each page.
Sunita R. · Product Marketing Manager · Retail · August 16, 2024
Bynder has been exceptional in streamlining our digital asset organization.
Pros: I like its resourceful asset organization tools that simplify the process of locating assets whenever they are required. It has an intuitive interface which enables users at any technical level with DAM systems to use it comfortably and effectively.
Cons: It would be very beneficial if its search functionality was improved to make it simpler to locate specific assets.

For managing digital assets and optimising our creative workflows, Bynder has emerged as our creative hub. Version control is guaranteed and the disarray of multiple files is removed thanks to the platform's centralization of our digital assets.
Pros: Effective organisation, classification, and retrieval of digital assets are made simple by the user-friendly DAM system from Bynder. I like how by providing a centralised location for brand assets, Bynder enforces brand consistency.
Cons: Particularly in large digital asset libraries, improvements to the search functionality could further optimise asset retrieval.

Marcel S. · Manager · Marketing and Advertising · December 6, 2023
As a user of the platform, I'm very satisfied with the result, we have everything organized and catalogued just a click away. The platform is secure and solid.
Pros: Easy and intuitive to use. Presets upload Meta information Fast Good integration
Cons: The system for sharing assets with the external public should work out-of-box. There should be a security system to avoid using the upload preset incorrectly. Integration API
