Pros: Simple, easy to use and has all the main features I need for a day to day VDR. It has the granular permissions, user reports needed, it's easy to set up individual VDRs, export and delete them.

Cons: The only one thing I find a bit clunky with Digify is how you reorganise files within the data room, rather than drag and drop you need to use a menu item to do this, it's not bad but just isn't instinctive

Pros: Feature rich, comprehensive security, embedding vaults.

Cons: Pricing is expensive compared to other solutions

Pros: Easy to use and safe site to use. The options available are good.

Cons: PROVIDING OPTION OF INACTIVE PERIOD AT REDUCED RATE WOULD BE GOOD

Pros: Easy to set up and use. Great customer support.

Cons: A slight learning curve regarding use of Rooms and file management, but not that bad.

Pros: This service is easy to use and allows us to do exactly what we need to remain in copyright but loan materials to students who are learning from a distance and are unable to access physical copies of books in our collection.

Cons: I have been very pleased with this service thus far and have no cons to report.

Pros: Intuitive and easy to use. Using Digify saves time. I can create a data room and complete due diligence requests in half the time.

Pros: The cloud based software is easy to use, straightforward, and effective at creating a virtual data room to securely host sensitive documents for any transaction. The simplicity is fantastic

Cons: There isn't much wrong with the product at all except it is slightly expensive for what you get. They could add another room or two to the standard price.

Pros: L'utilisation de ce logiciel est très important et fiable car ça permet le contrôle des documents et la gestion des capacités de suivi des des fichiers. Ça facilite également la gestion des droits numérique et la salle des données virtuelle.

Cons: Ce logiciel nous aide beaucoup dans les entreprises et qui n'a jamais d'inconvénient. Je suis vraiment ravi de l'utiliser et je recommande vivement aux autres.

Pros: It was user-friendly, full of useful features even at a basic level and easy to deploy. I especially liked how this is available on a browser and not an additional software to install.

Cons: The interface could be modernized and buttons made more "visible".

Pros: The customisation of the data room and the size of data available to me.

Cons: The cost. This is an expensive service for a start-up who needs quality at a good cost.

Pros: Digify is a simple, flexible and powerful system for securely sharing confidential information with potential partners.

Cons: The interface is much simpler than for other more expensive products. Over time we've come to appreciate this, at is makes simpler for new partners to review content.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, for each area that we use this service for, it is easy.

Pros: Instead of Printing hard copies of the manual , we provide a digital copy to the student.

Cons: Nothing as most of the requirements are met.

Pros: It is a certified tool in ISO 27001 Information Security Management. Over the years working with the tool, my clients are satisfied and feel safe using it.

Cons: Maybe in some cases the character limitation when creating folders
