Pros: I have been using Function Fox for time tracking and invoicing clients for several years, and it's perfect. Not a lot of extra stuff I don't need. The customer service is AMAZING... always promptly responding to my questions when I get stuck with things I don't do often.

Cons: Nothing... the system does what I need it to do!

Pros: I love the ease of use of FunctionFox. FunctionFox is simple to set up, maintain and track hours. It does all we need it to do!

Cons: I wish it integrated with QuickBooks Online and ClickUp for ease of invoicing and seamless project hours tracking.

Pros: The organisation of tasks over time, with many categories.

Cons: Adapting is difficult. It's not intuitive to apply more forms of organisation, for example, having ways of highlighting tasks by type of task, in the daily list or to do in the future.

Pros: Simplicity. Easy to teach and get running with staff.

Cons: Wished it had financial management tools so it was a one stop business management tool.

Pros: Customer support is great, with personalized advice and ongoing support.

Cons: Estimated hours and fees are tied directly to the Tasks and rates. Unfortunately it’s not possible to have the Est. Hours/Est. Fees tied to personnel or the personnel rate.

Pros: FunctionFox has been an excellent service for our marketing agency. It's so easy to track time by employee, client, project, and task.

Cons: I wish the reporting features were a little more robust. I also wish that the retainers functionality had more offerings and didn't cut off after two years.

Pros: It's been a great tool for our business as we've navigated a team of 2-10 employees, especially through a global pandemic! We use it mostly for time tracking and project tracking, but it's been a great resource.

Cons: Sometimes we have issues with the Reports feature, not getting the right data or all of the data we'd like to be in a report.

Pros: I like this software. In terms of project and time management, FunctionFox is the best, as well as being quick and easy to use. With a top-notch time tracking system by task, project and customer, it has a user-friendly interface. .

Cons: I can't find any drawbacks to this software. It works like a charm and makes everything easy.

Pros: This program is very user-friendly and is an integral part of our day-to-day operations. As a consultant firm, we needed a time-tracking system that would make important changes as we continue to grow as a company. Honestly, we couldn't function well without it!

Cons: There are some functionality issues that are minor but could use improvement. Moving projects (rather than just clients) from one to another is an example.

Pros: Ease of use and adoption from employees.

Cons: Lack of innovation. Lack of integration with other software.

Pros: The best feature for me is the time tracking and easy integration for our project management. Updating the tasks is very easy, and I like how flexible this tool is for our team to utilize.

Cons: I don't have any cons as of the moment, as the software is working fine for us, and I like the simplicity!

Pros: FunctionFox is easy to use. I've been using it for over 10 years and I have no intentions of ever switching.

Cons: There really isn't anything I don't like about FunctionFox.

Pros: Quick to get into and very easy to add time and descriptions of work. Also like the ability to customize tasks by client.

Cons: Would be helpful to have a cheat sheet describing how to add a new client/project and how to archive a completed client/project.

Pros: the deployment of FunctionFox in our office was the quickest seamless deployment i have every had for any SAS

Cons: cryptic way that project tasks as found. User has to go into projects tab to find the global project tasks. The "Project>Manage" Tab only allows end user to see one project at a time. i would have expected to see all projects.

Pros: The customer service has been outstanding. [sensitive content hidden] have been incredibly responsive and helpful which is greatly appreciated.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. If anything what I like least about this process is that my team doesn't adopt using it fast enough. Implementing change in culture often takes time as does new habits associated with entering time. It's been a slow process for everyone to adopt but it will only improve our efficiencies and work life balance once everyone is using it as they should.

Pros: Easy, accessible, and allows us to manage the billable and nonbillable hours for our agency in a snap.

Cons: Just our lack of knowledge of what else could serve our agency better, but we are learning!

Pros: It has quite robust reporting options, which helps us keep track of hours on projects.

Cons: It takes some getting used to, there are a lot of features and it's a little tough to find them all at first

Pros: Function Fox offers a variety of time tracking methods, which provides designers with the flexibility to choose the method that works best for them. Although we have not fully utilized all the features, the Gantt charts are particularly useful for planning and adjusting project schedules. The software is user-friendly, and I did not have to spend time training my designers on how to use it. Function Fox also provides one-to-one live tutorials, which is a great feature for new users. Despite we are planning to hire a project manager soon, Function Fox has been a great tool for managing our projects and schedules\''

Cons: While FunctionFox is a great tool for time tracking, I have found that the backend organization of clients and projects can be confusing and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the integration options for communication with other software are limited and not user-friendly to set up. Also, updates and new features have to be added to your account by a FunctionFox representative, which can be time-consuming. Overall, the time tracking capabilities of the software are great, but the backend organization and integration options could be improved.

Pros: For more than 20 years, I have been recommending this product to all my professional services clients, small businesses - who need to track & bill out their time. Interior designers, architects, all manner of professional consultants. They all rave about its simplicity and ease of use, the stability of the platform, the almost instant response from support, should you ever need it. And support will actually call you!! Imagine that a live voice. As an accountant, I prefer the fact it is not integrated with accounting or billing package - nice to keep employees/consultants away from critical accounting data and - integrated time billing packages take a LOT of housekeeping and can be very confusing for front line managers. Very simple export data to excel, make manual notes/edits - /pdf attach reports as necessary. VERY simple and visual project management love it.

Cons: As I use Timefox with multiple clients, would be great to customize the screen display with different COLOURS and/or have the company name on every screen display. Minor detail.

Pros: Function Fox is really simple to use and the support team are great with walking you through the set up. Once you're on the platform, it's easy for your team to use and the reports are really insightful.

Cons: Some of the more customized reporting can be tricky to get working, but the support team are always around to help with this.

Pros: The time tracking and various reporting and organizing features are vital in making sure we invoice accurately for the work we do.

Cons: The only con is filling out this survey, as it requires me to provide a con for a product that I have no complaints about, and to require it to be a certain length in order to submit!
