Pros: I love the interconnectedness of the features so that the most important tasks can be prioritized and nothing goes amiss with the smallest requests.

Cons: The onliest thing that can be problematic is that it may not be as user-friendly for some of the older managers in the office.

Pros: I like how it connects teams & eliminates empty offices by the resources it provides to help people stay connected.

Cons: I do not see any cons in office space. I think its ability to drive data-driven decisions in one platform makes things easier.

Pros: OfficeSpace is a great software system to keep my entire team informed and in control of their day! We are able to communicate more effectively with OfficeSpace!

Cons: I have no complaints about OfficeSpace software, if anyone in my office has ever had a question, their customer service is wonderful.

Cons: l'Office Space presente quelques inconvénients sur le plan social licenciement de plusieurs personnes de par son efficacité. Il est plus cher que les autres systèmes. Il dépend de l'intérêt.

Pros: OfficeSpace is a solid pick if you’re looking to manage a modern, flexible workplace with a mix of in-office and remote work. It’s all about making space work smarter, not harder.

Cons: It’s not a free tool, and pricing isn’t publicly listed; but it’s subscription-based, and costs can vary depending on your needs.

Pros: Able to save PDF to computer and keep organized

Cons: That it didn’t have as good of integration to the iPhone 15

Pros: Office space is awesome. Find anyone in the building! Look them up by name, department, or area.

Cons: I don't have any complaints with office space. There is literally nothing I could change if I were able to. It's straight forward, easy to use, and I'm always able to find what I need.

Pros: Lo que más me gusta es la capacidad para centrar todo lo que se relaciona a la gestión del lugar de trabajo en un solo software las funciones de reserva de escritorios y salas, la planificación de los espacios y los análisis son extremadamente útiles

Cons: puede ser muy tediosa al principio debido a la cantidad de funciones, para los pequeños equipos o empresas que no necesitan tantas herramientas avanzadas, puede hacer que se sientan como una solución más robusta de lo necesario, además algunas integraciones podrían ser más personalizables para adaptarse a las necesidades.

Pros: User friendly interface Great and fast customer support.

Cons: The features are limited and also some of the features are missing as compared to any other. You cannot do customisation.

Pros: The ability to seamlessly allow hybrid work across many locations.

Cons: Sometimes the updates aren't in real time.

Pros: Ability to easily find where someone's desk/office is, and ability to view photos of meeting rooms.

Cons: Wish I could increase the font size of people's names without zooming into the whole floorplan.

Pros: Simplify hybrid workplace management, for me. It's easier ways to book and desk.

Cons: It's annually charge much money that I can afford in one time. It's easy to operate software but charge very much.

Pros: It's a great platform to digitally plan the office work area and the basic plan and structure of the different rooms.

Cons: Sometimes it's a bit hard to identify which desks are taken and which are not in real time to know about how busy the office is and its density.

Pros: The helpful and friendly team that aided with set up

Cons: Some parts missing such as bathroom labelling

Pros: It’s so easy to find open desks and reserve them

Cons: Wish you could book fir longer periods of time

Pros: It was easy to integrate into our business and provides us with ease of use, access, and important data.

Cons: Conference room booking would be nice to automatically throw into our calendars. It is a bit tricky to temporarily shut down desks for events especially ahead of time, like a scheduled temporary shutdown.

Pros: The easy user approach, and then the scheduling of a move/moves accordingly!

Cons: Too many options and even more choices, could be less complicated.

Pros: We primarily use OfficeSpace for desk booking. The desk booking functionality is easy to use. The ability to load floor plans and assign resources to areas are critical and easy to use/deploy.

Cons: Guest and Visitor management aspects have not been fully investigated, but as I understand it OfficeSpace has those capabilties.

Pros: The team at OfficeSpace was incredibly responsive, friendly, smart and helpful during the set up process.

Cons: It could be easier to label things like restrooms. But possibly I just dont know how yet!

Pros: Working with [sensitive content hidden] and the support team to integrate our large government portfolio is quick and easy. The professionalism of the support team permit our branch to focus on client support and onboarding new locations within our project. The robust reporting in the back-end allow the reports to target specific questions about usage or space allocation, allowing for a greater amount of client engagement.

Cons: As robust as the reporting side of things is, it would be helpful to have more options for customization on the Dashboard as well as the ability to export the graphs directly rather than having to use excel or PowerBI to create pivot charts.

Pros: The fact that you can upload the layout own your own and you don't have to rely on someone else to do it. It gives the flexibility to update the plan as needed and immediately.

Cons: When you need to updated the plan, you need to re-adjust everything. It is difficult to go back to the same set up if the drawings are not the same alightment as previous one.

Pros: Quick and effective support. Ease of use.

Cons: Simple, quick, easy tp use and navigate platform. No bugs.
