Mostly really positive, it doesn't feel particularly high tech but it does what it needs to do. It is very easy to use and seems very stable.
Pros: Ease of use, easy to find a free desk, its very clear to see which desks are free and which are taken.
Cons: Would like a reminder to check in as the booking is removed if you forget to check in. It would be good to have an option to keep yourself logged in as well.

Pros: The ease of use, ease of making a booking within just 2 clicks, managing the workspace, good customer support
Cons: No cons as such. The mobile app can be more of the web app, just adding all features which are available in web app to mobile will be more useful.

Pros: I like the visibility it provides on who is in the office and where I can find them. I like that I can book a desk and know that it will be available for me.

Pros: It speeds the process up to be able to set my prefered desk as a favourite that comes up straight away
Cons: The online app is really slow to load from the login screen and at each step and there is no stay logged in option

Good except for the cons mentionned above that need correction. They seem minor but have an impact on the trust people have towards a toll such as Hybrid Hero.
Pros: Valuable, easy to use, intuitive interface. I work for BRP and it its the first time I am using a tool like this one.

Pros: There are lots of desk booking sites out there, however I have found this to have the easiest to use. There are various features to enhance the experience should you choose to - however for the foundational aspect it is the best on the market.
Cons: Whilst the mobile app is good, it would be great to be able to see who has booked desks in your space just like on the desktop app.

Like many IT systems unless all employees start using the system, is it really adding any value ???
Pros: You can secure a favoured work area.
Cons: Why do we now have to type our e mail address in every day, ???? when it was previously pre-loaded !!!!! To encourage people to use systems you should remove hoops, not add them

Overall, it has been a positive experience. HybridHero is a well designed product that is easy to use.
Pros: It's quick to figure out and quite easy to use. I think the best feature is having saved preferences so that the booking process can be super quick when you have a regular desk and work hours.
Cons: My only two criticisms are very minor. Firstly, when I open HybridHero it will consistently show the logged in dashboard page for a few seconds (up to date with the correct day & time etc.) and then log out before I can do anything like checking in to a booking. Secondly, it would be great to have an additional option when saving a booking for the same day to save & check in. This would be ideal for the times when making a booking for a desk you're already at, reducing the amount of times I make a booking on the day but forget to check in. Alternatively, the check in & check out buttons could be different colours or in different locations so that they don't look identical at a glance.

Really positive! The platform is straightforward and helps to keep me organised when I am in the office.
Pros: The platform is very easy to navigate and use. I like that you can see a map of the area. It makes organising my time in the office very straightforward.
Cons: I don't like that it automatically signs you out after each use. It would save a lot of time if we could remain signed in on devices.

Pros: Easy to use layout, ability to clone previous week's bookings and to block book desks as required. It is also great to identify who is in the office that day and where they are sitting in the building.
Cons: The login in process by typing out your full work email address can be a bit annoying and slow, it would be better to have SSO login option using Microsoft account. It would be great to have a quick check function, to see your desk booking, maybe even through a Teams bot or similar.

Pros: Easy to see where people are working and easy to book. Appreciate the visualisation system that allows the working area to be mapped.
Cons: Not a nice application to use as an app on the phone. Needs to be improved in that area. Also, sometimes the layout can be confusing.

Ok so far, easy to use. Time taken to log in is way too long. Also disliked that with version 2, people's name don't appear when I hover over a booked desk. Instead, it is now appearing at the bottom of the page. Like the version 1 functionality where the name appears when I hover over a booked desk.
Pros: One click booking using Quick Book function once I've set up preferred/usual desk in my profile saves time.
Cons: The duration taken to log in is too long. With the new version 2, I expect the time taken to be shorten but it is still as long as version 1.

Pros: its ok.
Cons: Under Version 2, I now need to enter my whole email address, whereas previously under version 1, I only needed to enter the company name which was much shorter. My email address does not turn into a drop-down the next time i try to log in. Can you fix it so that its easier to log in please?

Pros: Nice big font and icons.. It remembers my email address to login so that is also helpful. Setting my preferences is a great function too
Cons: I can't book longer than 1x week at a time and there is a reasonable delay when selecting your option before it actually registers and you can save that option. If you move too quickly it fails to save the options you have selected correctly

Pros: HybridHero 2 has made booking desks in advance a bit easier and with less steps. Setting my preferred desk is another welcome new feature. I also love the push notifications for upcoming bookings - it's become even easier to check-in, and much less likely that I will have my booking expire due to my forgetfulness!
Cons: It would be really neat if we could see who had booked desks from the floor plan on the mobile app. If I am booking while I'm out and on my phone, I can't see who has booked the desks and sometimes that is information I need to know!

I have used it on phone and on PC. I do this as I like to use the locate option of where a desk actually sits.
Pros: I can look at the map of the office and determine which desk i want to use. i also like knowing who is around me and be able to say their name.
Cons: I am not a fan that I have to enter my company name for the MFA. I think it would be really nice if there were actual photos of the office space.

Mandatory, forced to use it. Way to overcomplicated for it's core intended use and full of useless features that may or may not work.
Pros: I love the easiness and simplicity of the interface. Never ever loses bookings or spits out errors randomly. And so fast and responsive!
Cons: Way too many clicks to do anything, very slow to use and loses booking info regularly. Half the features never worked in V1, hopefully V2 is better.

Easy to navigate, desk booking is swift, and I can easily pick the best-looking desk with view and nearer to kitchen. Layout overview is very simple and less clutter.
Pros: The overall user interface of the apps is easy to navigate. Especially with someone who always hop on and off between offices of my organisations.
Cons: Notifications and history of my booking is hard to be found. I struggle to find where my favourite sport is that I just sat 3 months ago.

Pros: Very easy user experience, customizable and reliable. Booking desks, rooms and parking is very straightforward and enables employees to focus on what is important.
Cons: The mobile app interface needs some polishing, transitions sometimes are not smooth and the scrolling doesn't necessarily works, thus not allowing you to see the whole plan.

Have been using HybridHero for a few years since company is engaged with them. The experience has been positive and I would definitely recommend it.
Pros: Ease of use, very easy to navigate and view where your team will be sitting for the day. Also, the function which allows you to duplicate bookings.
Cons: Interfaces and some functions can still take some time to load, however this is not a big issue though.

HybridHero is a system that generally meets requirements for my team, however would benefit greatly from an increased focus on the overall design and website/app responsiveness/functionality. I have the feeling that if the system were to feel more fluid and swift, a significantly larger % of my team would use it on a more frequent basis.
Pros: Great customer support and relatively smooth user interface. For what it offers, the HybridHero system is adequate, but would still benefit from improvement (particularly a focus on responsiveness behind user interface when booking desks).
Cons: Ability to modify desks is restricted, i.e. Not easy to restrict use of workstations to specific days. User interface could be improved in order to increase utilisation by my team. Long load times coupled with pages sometimes spontaneously reloading is frustrating. Staff from different offices find it difficult to understand how to book a desk in my office when they are visiting.

Pros: It is easy to book a desk using the website. I like how it replicates the layout of the office and you can see who has booked where.
Cons: The mobile app could be more user friendly. You cannot edit your booking even though the option is there, you must delete the booking and rebook.

Pros: The ability to select a preferred desk and book weeks in advance is a great tool to maintain some consistency and predictability.
Cons: The mobile app and website can be a bit buggy at times. Sometimes you have to refresh and/or redo your selection which can be annoying.

It is a 10/10 honestly. I use if every day in my work and I have no complaints. I'd recommend it to everyone.
Pros: I like customer service, the platform and how easy it is to use. The interface is also really efficient.
Cons: You have to write down your credentials way too many times. It is a bit tiresome to do every time you log in.

It has been average. I think the user experience especially on Mobile could be improved. I don't think the update 2 really improved things too much. I think there is still work to be done on improving the user experience.
Pros: It is simple to see the floor plan and book desks. It allows you to see where the others in your team are located.
Cons: I would like to be able to have a 'default / favourite' desk to book. Plus save a 'default' office. Currently, I have to click to find my booking location every time I look to book.
