Pros: Simplicité, fiabilité de l'outil et réactivité de notre interlocuteur Ronspot

Cons: Developper la possibilité d'extraire facilement les salariés qui ont badgé ou non chaque jour pour comparer les réservations et les entrées.

Pros: Le service à la clientèle exceptionnel malgré le décalage horaire (Canada, France).

Cons: Certain aspect n'est pas nécessaire pour moi, j'aurais aimer pouvoir les retirés.

Pros: The system is easy to use for staff on their laptop or mobile device. It allows us to manage staff attending the office and gives assurance to staff that they have a desk when travelling to the office. Ronspot provided us with training when we initialised the system which was useful to familiarise staff with its operation.

Cons: I did not have anything I didn't like about the system. Any issues that arose with its operation or where we required additional help setting up groups on the system was quickly dealt with by the Ronspot support team.

Pros: Ease of use for our Employees especially on Mobile app. Employees have commented on how much quicker it is to go into find a desk in comparison to a previous app that we had in place.

Cons: Once it was all setup there was very little that I didn't like. Due to our complicated Office structure there was a lot to setup in the background but assistance from Ronspot was excellent

Pros: Easy to use and navigate through, both from a user and admin perspective. The way the application is setup allows for an easy transition to desk booking.

Cons: Haven't found any real issues with Ronspot

Pros: Convivial et simple d'utilisation : il est facile de réserver sa place de stationnement/bureau. De plus, l'administrateur peut visualiser rapidement l'utilisation de l'outil et faire des rappels réguliers sur son utilisation.

Cons: A ce jour, je ne vois aucun point négatif.

Pros: La simplicité de configuration et d'intégration du logiciel. L'utilisation et les différentes options pour adapter l'outil à notre propre configuration. Le support qui est réactif et qui nous apporte un soutien à la mise en place. Utilisation de l'outil via SMARTPHONE et Pc.

Cons: Je n'est pas d'avis à ce sujet car nous n'avons pas eu un problème qui n'a put être réglé.

Cons: Ronspot gehört als Anbieter weiter oben in der google-Suche, damit mehr Kunden direkt auf Ronspot aufmerksam werden und nicht den Umweg über mehrere Anbieter machen müssen, die am Ende nicht das erfüllen, was man sich als Kunde wünscht

Pros: The UX and the ease of use of the software.

Cons: There where a few problems about the engeneering of the software, but they helped us.

Cons: pas d'inconvénients à faire remonter de notre côté

Pros: Easy to use. Great customer experience. Provides useful analytics. It manages the car park with very little involvement.

Cons: A feature that is missing would be FM to be able to report infringements or support audits.

Pros: Its easy to use and able to book the desk in less then a minute.

Cons: The app should remember the previous booked location and directed to that floor for current or future booking if desks are available.

Pros: The map is handy to see where a desk might be free and where other team members are located.

Cons: Sometimes switching between maps can be a little clunky.

Pros: Ronspot platform provides simple way to book your spot for working. The entire design and booking method very open and does not require an assistant or help to learn.

Cons: Most of the features are very useful and dont have any comments on the platform.

Pros: It is an easy-to-find application that allows new people to know where their colleagues are in addition to being able to choose the most convenient place of work.

Cons: That they don't sent a notification that I have to sign in

Pros: Easily accessible for everyone in the office and was integrated very quickly.

Cons: The training provided is necessary as initially the app and functions are not incredibly accessible without guidance.

Pros: Ease of booking and knowing exactly where you’ll sit before coming into the office

Pros: Having the option to be able to print reports and download them and export them is helpful

Cons: Creates problems when cars are parked in violation, generates notifications that go to admin in offices instead of directly notifying the user in violation.

Pros: It is easy to set up, user friendly, secure and encourages the use of the office.

Cons: Sometimes it has glitches and issues, I would like an alert when it is known to be not working so that I can advise my staff.
