Easy to use, very helpfull for space management, overall interactive and pleasant experience, both visually and functionally.
Pros: The new functionalities, floor plans, amazing idea! The fact that the main goal of the tool is so simple and easy to use is already great, but they enhanced it even more to make it even more space specific and so pleasent on the eye! Makes it fun to do such an otherwise dull task.
Cons: Nothing at all, everything about the idea behind whatspot is fully accomplished in the tool itself. So useful and so much room for new ideas to make it even better!

We were looking for a suitable replacement for Skedda after they decided to change their pricing model and the annual cost was set to quadruple. WhatSpot has all the functionality we're looking for as an online room booking utility and is much cheaper than Skedda due to their fair pricing model.
Pros: User friendly, clean interface, great functionality, per spot pricing rather than per user, highly responsive and friendly customer support.
Cons: I would appreciate if there was the ability to assign users to different teams and for the teams to appear colour coded in individual spot calendars. Also it would be good if people within teams had the ability to amend or cancel bookings made by other people within their team.

Very happy with the use and the visualisation. Plus I have also received possitive feedback from the users.
Pros: Easy to use, to share, to follow,.... Great features. All you need from an app to organise spots. I also like the fact that you can add photos of the rooms (and information regarding the equipment, etc...)
Cons: when you make a reservation the hour to be set ´-its at the end of the day- and need to scroll it down to reach "working hours".

Easy to set up, great support, happy club members, everything has been perfect. 100% recommended. I had an initial demonstration which was really useful and I was able to ask any questions I needed about how the platform would meet our needs. Everyone has been heklpful and responsive to any follow up questions I have had.
Pros: It is an easy to use and intuitive platform which has been well received by all our members. Our members ages range from 18 to 85 so we needed an easy to access system which was suitable for those who were worried about our change from a paper based system to an online one. I have had lots of emails from members thanking me for the choice of platform. They are delighted. We have had no complaints or issues from anyone.
Cons: I can only say positive things about the platform. If I had one wish, it would be to have the same admin functionality through the app as the website.

When I contacted Whatspot's support by email I got really quick and comprehensive answers. I really appreciate that communication works so well. Thank you very much, Vlasta!
Pros: It was really easy to learn to manage the app and create booking calendars. It is also convenient that you can assign rules for bookings.
Cons: I'm still waiting for the Google Calendar integration. And it would be great if the Admin could edit the questions of the booking page.

Pros: It met our requirements 95%. I was searching for a solution for booking office desks and most of the similar apps are meant just for restaurants. Whatspot is simple and enough for my needs.
Cons: Maybe on some points it's too simple and if I have specific needs, it will not deliver the solution.

Excellent, Easy to Setup, amazing support team for onboarding.
Pros: Easy to use, Good User Interface, features and quick support.
Cons: Nothing, few features will be added in coming months. making it a complete product.
Taher C. · IT Engineer · Financial Services · April 10, 2025
Fabulous and prompt customer service. Very attentive!
Pros: It's great being able to have a dedicated app for managing spot booking and not having to include all the other facilities that we will never use!
Cons: The room layout option should be included in the Ultimate option.

I am very satisfied. Whenever I had questions or needed help, they resolved them. It's a simple yet fairly comprehensive tool.
Pros: Its simplicity and ease of use. Managing workspaces and meeting rooms is now much faster.
Cons: That users cannot create maps online or upload maps to assign spaces.
Fariñas L. · Infrastructure Engineer · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · January 22, 2025
We are very pleased with Whatspot for managing meeting room reservations in our organization, as well as other spots. It has greatly streamlined and improved this process.
Pros: The simplicity and user-friendliness of the application make it highly intuitive, easy to manage, and operate.
Cons: There’s nothing I dislike, except for the inability to assign colors directly to spots instead of by spot type. Additionally, I would suggest adding the option to include guests in reservations and to send confirmation emails upon booking, along with reminders.

A good experience at a good price and it served us perfectly
Pros: The way we can use the tool to make reservations is very simple and intuitive.
Cons: Because we are in Brazil, we have to make the payment with a currency other than ours, but nothing that is not normal like other tools or software

As mentioned above, the demo was really clear and helpful. The trail period is 2 weeks which is a great amount of time to be able to get a feel for the system and know what you're buying. [sensitive content hidden] was great and really responsive which helped out decision to use Whatspot. The system is clear and simple to use which is helpful for our staff who struggle with complicated systems. Thank you!
Pros: The ease of the system is great - so clear and simple to use. Demo was great - [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and responsive to questions. Quick and easy set up.
Cons: Unable to block book for longer then 20 weeks.

I absolutely love my overall experience with Whatspot. It's super easy to use. It's visually appealing. My tutors love using it. I love using it from an admin perspective. I have had no real issues with it. And for a small biz like mine, I am so grateful there is a free option.
Pros: I own a small tutoring company and our office has 2-3 meeting rooms. I love that Whatspot has a free option for small businesses like mine. Our tutors usually work with a student on a weekly schedule. Whatspot allows recurring meeting to be booked easily. The visual representation of the calendar and the bookings is very friendly and it's easy to see what rooms are available. It has been so easy to use that I am now using the Whatspot calendar to schedule new students and see which tutors work which days and what timeslots are open. It's not just a room reservation site, it's evolved into a really great tool.
Cons: No real cons. Whatspot is amazing and does pretty much everything I need it to. However if I were to pick a few things: 1. the recurring meetings only go about 10 weeks out - so it is not recurring indefinitely. 2. when you delete a recurring appt, there is no ability to delete the whole recurring series, you have to go through each appt and delete them one by one. This actually works fine for my tutors as they usually only need to delete one session anyway, but it would be nice to be able to choose "delete just this one" or "delete all future recurring appts." I am sure Whatspot is in the works to update that. When I spoke with one of the reps, they seemed very responsive and they seem like they are always updating their site to have new features.

Smooth service, user-friendly and great support
Pros: Great communication with the Product Manager, very supportive and always available when needed. Very good price for an amazing product!
Cons: There is nothing I could complain about
Kristina L. · HR and Payroll Administrator · Information Technology and Services · March 7, 2024
Nothing less than exceptional service and dedication to the product they have. They are and should be proud of what they built.
Pros: Reaching a sales and support team was easy, and I was amazed at how flexible they were. Special note to [sensitive content hidden] who gave an amazing professional side from our moment of interest to after the purchase.
Cons: Nothing until the moment. I will see how much time would it take to develop certain requests that we ask. But already beforehand was explained to me an idea of where the development team is oriented which I think was a positive point and helped me decide in to buy the product.
Diogo N. · Marketing Coordinator · Real Estate · March 1, 2024
Pros: The calendar and booking. The spots make it possible for us to spearate booking between our locations.
Cons: I miss the automatic reply feature for our users. I also can't change my email address, the one I receive notifications at. I would really like to do this. Additionally, I want the option for participants to be approved on their first booking, without needing approval for subsequent bookings. I also miss information om how to get help with problems.
Kari R. · Leader · Education Management · February 16, 2024
Pros: How easy it is to use. The calendar is too friendly and everyone is pretty happy with the platform
Cons: The price. We are looking for a platform that are free or not that expensive because we use it just tu reserve 2 parking spaces.
Betsabe E. · Administrative Assistant · Environmental Services · January 15, 2024
Pros: Received notification to admin manager email straight after user booking. can avoid miss looked. admin manager feature can decline / remove booking room to other option.
Cons: Once approved no space to communicate with user if there is some note to informed.
NURYANA M. · Admin Executive · Logistics and Supply Chain · January 15, 2024

Cons: It doesn’t allows to book slots lesser than one hour.
Abhimanyu S. · Sr. Manager Operations · Program Development · January 14, 2024
We use to do manual booking due to limited space we have. Now people can book online - saves everyone time.
Pros: Everyone can pick desired time and book conference room very easily.
Cons: Would like to see an app version of this.
jerry w. · GM · Computer Hardware · October 17, 2023
Our teachers use Whatspot to reserve rooms for meetings. Our student's use the app to check to see if a room is free for a spontaneous chill session. Our administration staff uses the app to reserve rooms for external customers, who rent our space after hours.
Pros: The software has made it possible for us to begin renting out space after hours and helped keep us from going crazy during the day. With 240 students and 50 staff members, parent meetings and student activities, this tool isn't just helpful, its absolutely essential. We are happy to work with the Whatspot team, they are open to our feedback and doing a terrific job.
Cons: There isn't anything that we don't like. Editing events could be more intuitive. It's a minor issue.
Kurt M. · Foundation President · Education Management · October 6, 2023
It made booking meeting rooms a lot easier for us.It was possible to implement the solution and get it up and running in just 2 days (we have almost 100 users)!
Pros: Easy to configure (create users, create rooms, define access).Simple and intuitive for the user to check room occupancy and create reservations for rooms at unoccupied times.
Cons: It bothers me that configuring users always goes back to the beginning when I configure a user.In addition to deactivating a user that is no longer used, it should be possible to delete it.
Julio M. · technician · Civil Engineering · September 26, 2023
Pros: We apply whatspot in our internal process in ten minutes
Cons: Nothing to declare. For our needs actual whatspot features’ are enough.
Anonymous User · CIO · Construction · June 21, 2023
Pros: Ease of use, simplicity, clean design, and price
Cons: Nothing missing. We were using the service very frequently without any issues.
