It’s the best I could find for our needs at this time. If the layout for schedule could be changed I’d love it fully.
Pros: I like the price structure, that there is an app, and how simple it is to add users. Very easy from the owner side to manage.
Cons: That it isn’t an option to see all spaces in columns with the time in the rows to see who has booked what spaces at any given time.

Overall, I find Dibsido easy to use. The icons are clearly laid out, which makes the system intuitive and straightforward to navigate.
Pros: The system is extremely easy to use, with clear and well-designed icons that make navigation intuitive. I also like how it integrates with Teams, making it convenient for use in the office. Additionally, the mobile app connection is very useful, allowing access and functionality on the go.
Cons: When viewing a parking date and switching to desk view, the app resets to today’s date. It should retain the previously selected date instead of defaulting back to today.

I’ve been using Dibsido for managing office spaces, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do without much hassle. Booking a desk is quick and pretty straightforward, and it’s nice to be able to check availability in real time, especially in a hybrid setup where not everyone is in the office every day. It also works well on the phone, which makes things easier.
Pros: The app is very easy to use and doesn’t require much explanation, which is great for teams that just want something simple that works. It helps keep the office organized without overcomplicating things, and having everything in one place makes planning your day at the office much smoother.
Cons: Sometimes it feels a bit limited when you want to customize things to fit how your office actually works, and every now and then there are small glitches where bookings don’t update instantly. Also, if you’re looking for detailed reports or analytics, it might fall a bit short.

Everyone in our office is loving using Dipsido, it is very easy to make bookings. For me as a manager, it is very clear to see the booking every day or week etc. I like the idea of getting emails when an a booking is made or cancelled. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, [sensitive content hidden] got back to my queries very promptly. If you are thinking of getting a booking system, I highly recommend Dipsido!
Pros: Dipsido is very easy to use and make bookings. The people that I send the link to use Dipsido are having no issues booking in time slots or meeting rooms.
Cons: When I needed to cancel a reoccurring appointment for a therapist, I got 400 emails that I had to delete which was a tad annoying.

Pros: I like the app usage. It is simple and effective. And very minimalist but serves its purpose just great!
Cons: I couldn’t set a profile picture from the cellphone app. Also, it is said that I cannot book more than just table.

Use weekly with no issues, as it consistently works reliably every time and performs exactly as expected without any problems.

Very user friendly not difficult to make your way through the platform. Managers are also able to view their team locations
Pros: Dibsido has provided our colleagues with a faster and more efficient way to book desks and locations. Desk availability is no longer an issue, as we can clearly see when and where spaces have been booked. The platform is user-friendly and offers excellent value for money.
Cons: Nothing we love everything about the platform there is not a thing we can fault with Dibsido as everything works amazing!

Pros: Easy and fast booking for working place. Previously we were using Outlook Calendar for booking but it was not convenient when there is more than 5 people. Dibsido helped to arrange everything in our working lab, even we were 10-12 people to book at the same time.
Cons: To be honest, I used Dibsido website for once and I did not encounter any negative feature to write it down.

Overall, Dibsido has made desk management so much smoother for our team. It’s reliable, easy to use, and helps us stay organized in a hybrid work setup.
Pros: Dibsido makes booking desks quick and effortless. The interface is clean, intuitive, and it’s easy to see real-time availability.
Cons: Sometimes the system takes a moment to update bookings, and a mobile app version would make it even better. Also, I prefer only to view my booking but it seems I can see co-workers - this should be optional from management.

So far it’s served my team well. I like the ability to onboard users before sending them invite and uploading floor plan.
Pros: Clean interface that is easy to use. User management is also great. Free version is quite generous for including 20 users.
Cons: Reporting desk occupancy is not as straightforward as I would like. I wish the free version was for less users but more feature. Also slack integration seems to be lacking some functionalities. No notifications are coming through and would be nice to send aggregated notifications to admin on occupancy on specific days.

I found the overall experience to be excellent. The support and sales team were also fantastic — responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
Pros: The ease of use stood out immediate, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making setup and navigation a breeze. One feature I particularly appreciated was the ability to import our own floorplan, which adds a layer of customization that’s incredibly useful for our specific needs.
Cons: One limitation I noticed with the Dibsido booking system is that it doesn’t currently allow a single user to book multiple desks. This can be a challenge in scenarios where a user might need to reserve space for a team or manage multiple workstations, and having that flexibility would definitely enhance the system’s usability.

Excellent! As I said above in the Pros, the whole experience from set up to end user has been great!
Pros: Dibsido is an excellent value for money solution for desk book systems, the set up was simple and easy from an admin perspective and most importantly, really user friendly for end user. [sensitive content hidden] was also really helpful throughout with any questions I had with the set up answered quickly - we were setting up 8 separate offices so lots of different floor plans!
Cons: Honestly I don't have any negative to say, I think the product is excellent & support was fantastic at set up so any questions I had were dealt with efficiently and solutions were provided!

I have looked at everything, and Dibsido is my winner so far. Overall it's a great and easy to use experience.
Pros: Easy to use, and reasonable pricing. I really love that you don't have to add a lot of add-ons. It's all there.
Cons: The Norwegian language is far from good. I also miss the opportunity to scan QR for booking, without having to check in with QR. Users are talking about too many emails, so many of them should maybe be off by default.

Overall a great & easy to use booking system. It's the solution we've been searching for our company with ca. 150 employees.
Pros: It's an easy to use interface which was quickly accepted across our whole company. Pricing is fair and the support is excellent. They helped us very much during our testing & setup phase and granted a free extended test phase. Mobile usage is also working quite well for check-in and general reservation management.
Cons: The reporting features are good, but there's still open potential. Minor bugs sometimes appear, but mostly harmless interface issues. Sometimes there are booking-permission issues.

Pros: Easy to use, good value product. Analytics are straight forward and great to be able to customise the map so that it actually looks like the office.
Cons: Sometimes the tags on desks are not super obvious, especially in the app. I would love the ability to colour-code based on the desk attributes.

A great experience, it was easy to roll out to the team and to implement changes to the floor plan when we moved office.
Pros: Being able to see where everyone is sitting. being able to add a bookable dog bed area, and being able to see what each desk offers.
Cons: not being able to favourite colleagues and teams to easily see when the people you want to be in with will be in the office.

Brilliant and easy to use! We are learning more and more features as time goes on! It started off as a basic app for desk booking but has so much more to offer!
Pros: The flexibility & options it gives a workplace. We have recently downloaded the QR codes and printed them off for our desks. We also like the tool to pull off reports on office attendance.
Cons: Would appreciate more information on the QR codes as it mainly seemed to be around the parking aspect

Overall, it has been extremely helpful and our office seems to enjoy it a lot. It's easy to use once everything is set up.
Pros: I love that the first 20 users are free. Since our team is relatively small, it helps a lot with managing a small group like ours. I appreciate the change we can upload our own floor plan and change colors to show what is occupied vs. not occupied.
Cons: The custom time reservation needs a bit of work. Let's say I'm booking a conference room where I have the settings set as multi-booking and custom time from 8:10AM-8:40AM. Trying to type in a time makes the cursor jump around and it deletes the time randomly and it's not very friendly if the times aren't the normal 15 minute increments.

It makes our organization of office capacities a lot easier because you can book quickly and easily. I like that it is easy to access and not to complex in its navigation.
Pros: Easy desk booking with the graphic where you can choose a desk.
Cons: Sometimes you choose the wrong desk due to a complicated navigation where you are not being asked which table you would like to book.

Cons: Clunky interface. You have to click through loads of buttons to get to where you can just book a desk. Sometimes confusing to see what is booked up.

I have been using Dibsido for 3 months now and it has become the go to tool for staff and office reporting. Dibsido has also saved me several hours already in 3 months tracking staff, their movements and requirements.
Pros: The ease of use to control and report on the comings and goings of a busy office. Should a member of staff forget to check in it is extremely easy to check in on their behalf. The reporting tool allows me to brief the management team at speed with all current office stats.
Cons: As an office manager I dont need to use the app but a few colleagues have expressed issues with it.
