Great usability, nice UI/UX. I use Tidaro at the company parking spots. We book them through this app, it makes everything simple, no blocking, no double booking.
Pros: Simplicity, the app has a natural flow. It is just easy to use. The notifications about when to release the spot are great, also for checking in. Overall a great and simple app.
Cons: Maybe it is about GDPR, but when you have vertical parking spots, and you have an elevator, it will be best to be able to see the car number + name of the other who will be parking there. This way you can talk and see who lifts the car or who leaves first.

Pros: The maps for the Parking lot. I think it’s very easy to spot the parking, do the reservation. Another thing that I love is the fact that you can pick randomly
Cons: There is a thing. In my organization, where I use it, we have 2 dropdown for the levels of parking. I would love to have a way to chose default.

It’s great! Easy to use, navigate and make necessary actions I need, such as parking slot booking, map view.
Pros: The most value as the Tidaro Application User, I see with clear and immediate visibility of steps I need to follow while booking a parking slot.
Cons: Not applicable, I do not have any experience except positive outcome at the moment what builds my confidence that product is well designed.

Pros: Booking and parking management - I can always see during desk booking where my work colleagues are sitted so I can find place near them

Pros: Easy to book a table for the office work. Quick and useful application, it helps to manage your bookings easily.
Cons: It does not let you book a table for half day, always all day. I would like to be able to book with time differences.

Perfect, I have booked my work space through it a week ahead, it’s amazing. I have also booked the rooms through it.
Pros: It is amazing, the application is very easy to use, I use it mainly to book rooms, and disks, but I can book a parking spot through it as well.

Pros: Quick choosong the place and its visibility. The dashboard provides a clear overwiev of workspace availibility

Nice view (map) of the floor. Quick access without loging in password and steps to fillow. I wish all the apps are so user friendly.
Pros: Clear and easy to manage. Application never freezed or was broken or unavailable. It helps to organize office.
Cons: Booked, but not taken desks should be available to book when no one is sitting there. Not used desks should be avaialble for others.

Pros: What I liked most about Tidaro was how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Everything feels well-organized and easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also really appreciated the clean design and how quickly you can find exactly what you need without unnecessary steps.
Cons: What I liked least about Tidaro was that sometimes the platform felt a bit slow, especially when switching between sections. In a few cases, I had to click more times than expected to reach certain options. I think simplifying some processes and improving performance would make the overall experience even better.

Really impressed seamless and easy process to book, change and request details via number plates when spaces mixed up.
Pros: It makes it very easy to control the car park, use layered systems to prioritise staff by distance travelled to work and troubleshooting when spaces are mixed up you can easily identify who to contact if someone has taken your space by accident.
Cons: I wish I could almost add my own rota like a reminder 'hey you normally book these days but you haven't booked yet and spaces are low get your spaces booked before too late' in the same way we get reminders about releasing spaces if not going to be using them.

Very good, but some features should be upgraded, especially map of the parking lot to better find spots
Pros: Very easy way to book a parking spot and desk. You can choose place. You can also find your coworker in the office on the map

I have been using it for over à year and I haven’t had any single problem, it is also very easy to use.
Pros: This app is Super simple to use and very effective. I can book só long in advance and even for your colleagues.
Cons: The mobile app feels a bit slower than the desktop version. It would be great if the interface was more streamlined for making quick bookings while on the go.

Pros: the ability to choose which spot i want exactly, i also LOVE the new “change hours” feature as before i had to cancel reservations due to the lack of this option fearing that someone might occupy the spot or arrive before i could leave when i booked the wrong hours by mistake
Cons: the fact that once you get a booking from the waiting list you can’t choose the hours. when someone forgets to free the booking once they’re leaving the spot it is blocked until the end of the day and others aren’t able to book it later so it stays empty. i think it’s a pity as in many companies people work different shifts
