Overall the experience using Parkalot has been fantastic. Quick and easy to use and removing the frustration from parking management.
Pros: Parkalot is extremely easy to use. It's also fast and quick to make or release a parking reservation. With a lot of staff and not enough carparks Parkalot removes the hassle of managing daily reservations in house.
Cons: Does not seem to allow you to release your car park for an extended period of time, is limited to to two weeks, which is too short.

Overall i am happy with Parkalot but i would prefer it if the text was larger and if the bot was more responsive and could assign alternative spaces quickly.
Pros: Parkalot is easy to use and i like the app. It's very convenient having the app on my phone. Its very easy to use.
Cons: I think that Parkalot could be improved if the text, as it displays on the app, was larger. And sometimes it takes a long time to get a response when reporting that someone has parked in my space. Often i don't get a reply and an alternative space.

Cons: I did have an issue where the app would log me out but I changed my log in details and it has worked ever since.

Very good tool, easy to see places and status (free, reserved) and flexible enough to change if necessary.
Pros: Visible (parking places, time zones) and flexible - waitlist is working very well as well, I always got parkingplace when I used it.
Cons: Sometimes it was closed on my phone and I could not open it easily. When I tried to open again it was not clear which ID and PW to use.

Wonderful, its a great booking system and I'd recommend to any workplace with shared carparking facilities.
Pros: So easy to use and so convenient. All staff know who has the carpark booked and its easy to release the park for someone else to use.
Cons: That you can only book a carpark space within the next week. It would be good if booking could be made in advance.

I have experienced no issues with the app to date, however it can improve further noting my feedback above.
Pros: Easy to use, simple and intuitive UI interface, has not crashed on me (so far). Works and operates as expected.
Cons: It would be good to see who has reserved a particular spot, listing the person's name with the parking spot. Also, maybe option to show more available spots on the screen to make it easy to navigate on the go, instead of having to scroll further to see available spots.

I have an overall good experience, being able to use quickly and fast. Easy to use also to changing license plate easily.
Pros: It is very easy to look for the spaces to book and to see what is free or not, seeing also the time of other people booked to have more people booked in one day.
Cons: The selection for the time is not nice to select and not very intuitive. This could be presented in a better way more user friendly.

We use it for our business, for desk booking and car park booking. Our business has tried to get us to use other booking services, but so far nothing is as good as Parkalot.
Pros: Easy to use. Easy to see and book desks. Hassle free. Most of all it is easy for our staff members to use.
Cons: Nothing. Other than it needs a better app on your phone for booking desks and parking. But not a big deal though.

Since using this with our company, we have had no issues. The app has worked as expected and make finding an available parking spot easy.
Pros: What may seem like an easy task like parking management is quite time consumng and so Parkalot takes the simplifies this.
Cons: Some features could be added. As we use shared parking spots, the ability to add in photos of the car parking spaces would be great as some car park spaces are not clearly numbered.

Pros: Very easy to use in order to book my office desk. Nice layout as well, i have to say. One of the best app I have seen.

In our company we usted to hace lots of Bad experi mces using parkings and the rules we uses to use were unusefull until we use the app

Really positive experience. Removes the stress out of managing work parking and makes it fair for all. Easy to use and very clear on where to park.
Pros: Such a simple app to use. Love that I can add myself to a waiting list and get auto assigned a space as soon as one becomes available.
Cons: I struggle to find fault with it. I like how simple it is to use, very clear on displaying the availablity of spaces. I've had no issue at all.

Very good experiencie overall. Easy to deploy, users are happy and the admins can use it on every day basis.
Pros: It's very flexible to configure many types of rules to assign the parking spaces. The chat for working out incidents and tandem spaces work great.
Cons: We haven't been able to use the single sign on with Microsoft 365, the native reports to know if we are making a better use of the parking spots aren't that easy to read. Maybe the use of a dashboard is better than tables.

Pros: The booking ist easy and user friendly and parkalot is easy to use for admins also. High value of money, since it has solved a problem by reducing administrative input.
Cons: Sometimes you get error messages, but if you try again seconds later it works. The set up at the beginning involved a lot of work.

Using Parkalot has improved how we manage our parking spaces. The Parkalot platform is easy to use from an administrator's perspective, while also offering an easy to use and flexible system for employees to book, cancel, and manage their own reservations. Due to limited availability, we needed a solution which assigns spaces efficiently while maximising capacity. Both the product and the collaborative team at Parkalot have enabled us to elevate the employee experience at our head office.

Cons: Alerts could be more flexible and Outlook calendar integration would benefit from better syncing for the end users.

Has been a very pleasent experience from a very personal and detailed preview given from the team, along with a working demo. Which then evolved to using in a real life scenario and everything works exceptionally well.
Pros: Parkalot has been a great solution for our businesses parking management. Gone are the days of using a spreadsheet. The system is intuitive and user friendly. Had it setup and up and running with in minutes.
Cons: The worst thing about parkalot has not been the system itself, it is unfortunately the age old problem of people not using a system. When everyone does the right thing and books and releases parks the system is seamless.

Pros: Parkalot is incredibly easy to implement—setup took just a few hours with a mapped parking plan. The mobile app is intuitive, allowing users to book and confirm spots in just two clicks. Useful features include half-day/hourly booking and detailed usage reports for invoicing. It helped us avoid renting more parking spaces as we grew.
Cons: No major drawbacks so far. As with any new system, there was a brief onboarding phase for employees to adjust.

Overall, it’s made parking at work so much easier. It’s great knowing you’ve got a spot sorted before you even leave the house—definitely takes the stress out of the morning. Would definitely recommend it for any office with shared or limited parking. They also provide a comprehensive app training to the app admin before commencement.
Pros: Our office has been using the Park-a-Lot booking system at our Everton Park office since November 2024, and honestly, it’s been a great help—especially with the tandem parking setup we have and the summary report of carpark usage. The platform is really easy to use, and booking a spot only takes a few clicks. What I really like is how it handles the tandem bays. Both people sharing the spot has a feature for tandem convo, so there’s no confusion about who's where or when. It just makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
Cons: Honestly, none. I am still exploring the app as its admin at the same time user. Definitely there's to improve, but it serves the purpose of what we need for now.

On hectic mornings or rainy afternoons, knowing things are sorted without needing to stress is a small but mighty win. Gives me space – literally and mentally.
Pros: Using Parkalot just makes life easier. It's one of those things you didn't know you needed – until you try it. Now I can't imagine mornings without it. Simple, smooth, and surprisingly satisfying.
Cons: Sometimes I wish it could also solve traffic jams and school runs, but I guess that's asking a bit much from a parking app.
