Unform is an amazing administrative tool, and it is excellent for any professional administrative personnel
Pros: Unform is very easy to use and the I can mange my document editing and management. The customer support is great and it is perfect for professional use
Cons: It is a bit pricy for a startup business but it is great value for money. Other than that I have no issues with the software

It is excellent product. Unform is very flexible and easy to use. It saves time and money as well. I enthusiastically support it.
Pros: Unform is a comprehensive application for workflow, document marking, archiving and scanning. Unform is the best Document management application since it allows us to print firm invoices or receipts, make copies for our customers and keep the originals for accounting reasons.

It offers functionality that occasionally even more costly software does not. It has enabled me to find several solutions for my consumers' issues. I can give my clients a lot of flexibility thanks to printing invoices, fax and email connection, statements, and checks, and more recently, archiving.
Pros: To begin with, the programme is excellent. It's been in use by me for more than a year. Installing this software is easy. The automated archiving of printed papers is only one of its numerous capabilities. Unform deserves acclaim for its simplicity and cost-effectiveness. Users get many options for the money they pay, which you might expect to come only with products with higher price tags.
Cons: Sometimes there are issues with the search feature, and the GUI also appears to be a little outdated.

It saves time and money. It can do the work that more expensive software has to offer. We are really happy with this purchase.
Pros: UnForm is the best document management solution that helps print a receipt or business invoices and make a copy of it for our customers and our copy to storage for accounting.
Cons: The storage option is not wide, and we have to change our cloud storage service that can work with this software.

The software must be configured in most cases by a dealer, but it's behavior is very flexible. For instance, multiple copies of an invoice can be printed (accounting, file, customer) with only the customer copy being in color to save expense. Logos can be added which are context sensitive. Shading, font changes, and all manner of text markup can be achieved. The document archive feature eliminates filing and provides for easy access/search/retrieval and delivery. It is all very robust.

Installation is a breeze. The browser based design tool is just awesome. The learning curve can be steep but once you understand a few key concepts this is a most powerful tool.

Installs easily and when different Linux flavors make changes, UnForm support is right there with you to problem solve and get your customer going usually withing 24 hours. Logo's, box and line drawing, barcodes, form stapling as well as overlaying of forms are all available and easily programmed. You can make your most demanding customers happy with custom forms using UnForm and I have for many years now.

We have been using Unform for our laser forms for over a decade. When we moved to Infor's SX.e product, we brought them along. In the beginning, we went with another archiving package that was the only thing available to us. But then SDSI came out with theirs and it made so much sense, we dumped a $25,000 package to switch to Unform's. It's a no-brainer when you are already using their forms package. After a little setup, there is a one line adder to the printing script and you automatically archive everything you print that has the 'arc' command added. I'm still on version 8 but am looking forward to getting 9 up and running. From what I've seen, it's going to be great!

We like the fact that Unform ties in directly to our ERP (FACTS). Not as happy with the search function in the new version - in some ways things were easier to find in the old version but that could be that we have not adjusted fully to the new.
