Pros: Affordability and ease of use integrating with other data sources.

Cons: I could find nothing wrong with the composer, or that I would change.

Pros: It was OK, simple to use and provided basic functionality. It satisfied our requirement for combining multiple documents into a single pdf.

Cons: Multiple attempts to meet with client support, only for them to be late to a meeting which had to be at 5:30 am my time. Also, very onerous contractual terms and no understanding from Conga.

Pros: My overall experience with conga document generation is so good where I used to generate documents and send it to the customers via email blast

Cons: The least I like about conga document generation yes there are little bit errors while generating documents

Pros: The flexibility in document creation is excellent, allowing us to generate files in any format we need. The file-sharing system is effective, enabling us to send large files that can’t be shared via email. Additionally, the collaboration feature makes it easy for our team to work on documents together in real-time.

Cons: The interface is not easy to use. Some of the tutorials help but my team found the learning curve difficult. It's a bit expensive for our small business use. I can see a large organization seeing the value for the price.

Pros: Conga Document Generation is the most reliable proposal management solution. The capabilities of Conga Document Generation are exceptional.

Cons: I do not have issues with Conga Document Generation. Conga Document Generation is brilliant.

Pros: Gives reminders to customers via email until it is signed

Cons: To many check boxes at times and can cause delays because customers may get confused.

Pros: Conga Document is detailed in making solid content, and sharing of files is speedy and private.

Cons: Conga Document has no operational defect.

Pros: Set it up once and then the hard work is done. Easy to update templates. Easy for users to both generate documents and use the solutions (in our case, sending the customized letter that was generated attached to a customized email.)

Cons: It can be a bit non-intuitive and needs a little learning curve to develop solutions.

Pros: Salesforce and Conga integration is great. We can easily access to CRM data and generate the documents via Conga solutions. Also, creating Conga Template is easy. We like to use the dynamic template depends on our conditions! Mostly, configurations in Conga is great!

Cons: I would like to add Conga Document Generation Buttons on reports. With this functionality, we can use the buttons for batch document generation processes.

Pros: The fact that can integrate with salesforce

Cons: we had our it team setting up the integration

Pros: Good for creating documents and reduce errors

Cons: Not useful for small business.expensive.

Pros: Easy to generate documents and Template builder helps with building simple templates.

Cons: Unable to build more complex templates such as having a matrix table. Merge fields might not be simple to use for new users. It would be good if the system can highlight which part of the template has errors instead of showing a generic error message, so users can pinpoint which is the part that needs correction.

Pros: Very fast product and easy hands on template builder.

Cons: The high price compared to other competitors

Pros: Conga works without too much of an issue

Cons: It seems old school and is slow in the generation of the document. The UI is ld and think it should be updated without additional cost

Pros: We leverage Conga in conjunction with Salesforce. Conga is fantastic at both aggregating the right documents based on indicated the criteria presented, but it also serves our purpose of Document storage and providing scalable version control around our documents.

Cons: While the tool itself is fantastic and serves our needs, support needs to step its game up. Cases aren't responded to in a timely manner, and the solutions provided tend to be rather Lackluster, to a point where we generally find the solution ourselves before support does.

Pros: Integration with SFDC is good. When it works it's smooth and gets to clients and contacts effectively. FAQ & Reading literature is extensive and helpful for specific issues.

Cons: Integration with SFDC is good, but doesn't come with a lot of early, out-of-the-box power. It's rather complex to implement and we required additional services to assist in doing so. Difficult for a smaller company to execute and even the developers stuggled (3 months of issues) to get it up and running properly.For the price, this product needs to be far easier to use, easy to try and easier to buy. The limit of like 10 licenses + 5 for Conga Sign assumes a very large staff doing more than most companies want their teams to be doing in 30-50 employee companies. Also startup costs were high as mentioned and training was a little unclear for a 1st-time user, instead providing decent solutions for advanced users or devs.

Pros: It's easy to use and it integrates well with systems such as Salesforce and other Conga-related products.

Cons: The fact that you have to always generate a template before you use it for any document generation.

Pros: I like how we are able to incorporate/merge our contact information out of Salesforce along with our estimates and have them delivered to the customer on one single document.

Cons: Seems a little slow to load when first starting up

Pros: Great that all that you need is on the same platform so no need to worry about integrations

Cons: Can be slow at times and is not the cheapest but is worth the cost on how easy it is to setup and maintain

Pros: System admin can configure the most of the items on the fly. No customization/code is required. Can be easily build and it save the timing for developers and its user friendly as well.

Cons: Sometimes the solution user interface is little tricky

Pros: Once you have the documents set up, it is easy to recreate templates.

Cons: It was confusing to learn how to create the documents in the first place.

Pros: Conga has a deep feature list, so even if clients start off with a simple requirement such as quote or contract creation, they can add more sophisticated features or complimentary Conga products over time

Cons: As a consultant, I find the merge queries to be very time consuming to get right
