Pros: We have been using LogicalDOC for 2 years now which has given me a complete perpective, I can say that it is excellent for document management I like that it allows us to store, edit and share various types of documents online. It supports on-premises and cloud-based platforms, and integrates with popular apps like Dropbox, Google Drive, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. You can also use its security authentication feature to protect your confidential documents from unauthorized access, they are very concerned and careful about the security aspect, Logicaldoc has been a great tool for our workgroups who need to collabrate on different documents in a synchronized manner and efficient.

Cons: It is a software with many tools, but it is not perfect, from my perspective there are some points that need to be improved, it is somewhat complex for people who do not have technical knowledge, for which they need training and an adaptation period, the installation is not as simple, it still requires technical knowledge, its interface needs to be more user friendly, there are other similar software that have a better UX than logicalDoc.

Pros: LogicalDOC is a user-friendly and cost-effective software with easy installation. It enables seamless organization of production files, even spanning years. The automation features, customizable interface, and efficient search make it an exceptional document management system.

Cons: Although LogicalDOC has room for improvement, such as direct filing of Acrobat pdfs and more robust product documentation, I appreciate its functionality. Despite minor hiccups in user permission management, I managed to understand and utilize it effectively after some research. While occasional bugs occur, having live phone support would be beneficial.

Pros: LogicalDOC is an easy-to-use document management system with a simple interface that makes it easy to navigate and find documents. I appreciate its ability to be customized to meet the specific needs of my business, including adding custom metadata fields and creating document templates. I also like that it offers integrations with other software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive. The security features, including user permissions, encryption, and audit trails, give me peace of mind that my documents are protected. The collaboration features are also very useful, allowing my team to edit and comment on documents in real-time.

Cons: The mobile app has limited features compared to the desktop version, which can be frustrating for accessing documents on the go. Additionally, there is a bit of a learning curve when first getting started due to the many features and customization options. Finally, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or startups.

Pros: Lots of integration paths, very fast and helpful support, dockerized usage for local development

Cons: The UI is hard to grasp and navigate without traning

Pros: LogicalDOC is a powerful document management system that has been a great help to our team. We have been using it for a while now and have found it to be intuitive to use, with an easy to navigate UI and a host of features that make it easy to store, manage and share documents. The search and sorting functions are very useful and it makes it easy to find the documents we need. The document versioning feature is also great for tracking changes over time.

Cons: One downside of LogicalDOC is the lack of customization options. Often we find that the default settings do not quite fit our needs and there is no easy way to change them.

Pros: LogicalDoc is very intuitive to use - it can look like the file system used on a PC. However, it has powerful document management tools so that you can exactly who is accessing documents at any time. It is especially easy to preview a document and see the contents without downloading. Another very powerful tool is the "Edit with Office" feature. Any Microsoft office document can be edited directly within the software with using the "checkin - checkout" feature which saves valuable time since downloading and uploading can be avoided and you can go right to work. Document access can easily limit access to documents and the system clearly shows who has accessed documents.

Cons: The workflow tool is a little difficult to program, in my opinion. Since I am a non-techie and our company has limited tech support, it was time-consuming for me to set up the workflows we use. The documentation provided is typical for software - it explains how to set up the system but not best practice on using the various features. The LogicalDoc team did provide some companies who were using the system so that I could connect with them. That helped somewhat.

Pros: The price is cheap and easy to use. Easy to install by yourself

Cons: requires large bandwidth consumption if accessed from branch offices

Pros: product is very useful for daily usage. i recommend it to other buyers

Pros: Las búsquedas son muy buenas. Es muy versátil. La automatización que simplifica el trabajo al usuario. No es fácil de usar para un usuario medio. Es poco intuitivo.

Cons: Documentación sobre la manera de aplicar la automatización. Explicación de los mensajes del historial de sucesos. Personalización de las columnas de flujos de trabajo en concreto "Tareas asignadas a usted". Escasa documentación sobre los eventos de calendario.

Pros: nothing, at this time I feel that this software is average (less from the expectation)

Cons: not easy to use compared with the previous software

Pros: Import from zip file and auto index, as well as ease of use and a low learning curve

Pros: Working with LogicalDoc is very useful. It allows us to keep all our documents well organized and the use of them in our daily basis is efficient.

Cons: We found very complex and difficult to use the option of sharing documents with our clients. Allowing them access is not easy. Having simpler ways to do it would be a great improve.

Pros: Easy to deoply, install, setup and use. Many customabale options

Cons: Few specific requests to have something that they have seen in other softwares, but is very user dependant

Pros: It has all the essential features at a reasonable cost. The software is not a resource hog so no expensive server hardware is needed. Intuitive user interface meaning it takes minimal time to get new members of the organization up to speed with the system.

Cons: Coming from a non-English speaking world, it can be a bit difficult for average people to operate interface as the multilingual user interface options are very limited. Only simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese is not available. The majority of documentations are English as well. Right now, the whole system works best on a desktop browser. The web interface for mobile devices can use some update.

Pros: Scalability. Open source plug-ins online to handshake with other online tools

Cons: Navigation. You need to be trained before you can use LogicalDoc

Pros: High ability of documents control, as well as record document versions.

Cons: It may not considered cons, but I would like to go depth in additional tools like dashboard, and work flow routes. At that opportunity I will be grateful if you can support us with materials describe different Logicaldoc features and tools.

Pros: Sehr einfache Bedienung, trotzdem sollte man eine Schulung Buchen. (Admin) Schnelles Auffinden und schneller Zugriff auf Dokumente, usw. Alle Mitarbeiter können über einen Internetbrowser auf die Software zugreifen.

Cons: Wir hatten einige Probleme mit der Berechtigungsstruktur am Anfang für die Mitarbeiter. Administration war auch am Anfang ein wenig holperig. Große Nachteile gab es bei der Software eigentlich nicht, alles wurde sehr Zeitnah gelöst.
