A very good tool that is well documented and intuitive to use. The AI makes it simple and efficient to create surveys, even for users with little to no prior experience.
Pros: It is excellent value for money and extremely easy to use, making it accessible even for beginners. On top of that, the customer support is very responsive, helpful, and consistently goes above expectations.
Cons: Everything is good, no complaints.

Pros: SurveyJS is an excellent product with great functionality with an affordable cost. The customer support is absolutely fantastic going above and beyond. Form Customization is great with top tier functionality and an easy-to-use front end. Would highly recommend the product and company.
Cons: I wish the single select matrix had a panel optional for each row with the ability to enter text. This would be valuable in education for evaluations while using rubrics and entering evidence for each score on the matrix.

I have only had positive experience and I can only it's a great Product and anyone who wishes to build UI with rich UX SurveyJS is the answer.
Pros: The product has value for money. I have been using SurveyJS since the inception and I can only say every time I use the new version I get to see the feature customer really needs. I don't have build custom plugins. Even when I have to SurveyJS team has made it easy to build it. The product has come long way. The fact that with just single page you can build the entire form without needing to switching to different pages is certainly a game changer. Also, the fact that we can preview, see the JSON output, support internationalisation is all great features. The best part I like is the way team responds to a query. I send a question and I have an answer within 24 hours. I have never experienced this sort of support from anyone else before. Also they not only answer question but I also give samples which are very helpful to see the results. Also, if there is any issue, they prioritise quickly and get it done based on the merit of the request.
Cons: I wish to have some features maybe something SurveyJS can look at this in the future. 1. Angular Survey bundle is quite big. If there is any way SurveyJS can look at ways to split the big survey core into more modules and we can import modules and include only those that are needed immediately and others we lazily load may help getting a good Lighthouse report. 2. Support for Analytics within SurveyJS 3. Survey Comparison - Comparing two surveys and providing rich experience similar to git compare 4. Providing linters for Surveys - In case users are not designing forms in a right way or it's becoming way too complex, maybe if there is anyway SurveyJS can indicate it, that'll help designers who are not developers really.

Before, we used external links for surveys. This was bad user experience and big security risk. Now, surveys are inside our app, and all data is in our database. Security team is happy. We also automated our support ticket system, which saves much time.
Pros: I like full control of our data. It stays in our own database, which is very good for security. Integration is easy, we put it right inside our company app. The best part is automation. We use onComplete trigger to automatically create support tickets from bad feedback.
Cons: It is not for non-technical team. You 100% need a good developer to install, setup, and connect everything. Also, the built-in reporting dashboard is very basic and not powerful. We must use our own BI tool for any real analysis.

Pros: Their whole product & support provided by the team. Performance optimizations, availability for form automations & the fact that the product is highly customizable.
Cons: I did not find something that i dont really like, maybe the fact that sometimes can it can be complex to do some things, but it is obvious due to size of the project.

We were looking for an application that would allow us to design dynamic forms on Javascript environment. SurveyJs is a great tool with exceptional customer service to do this.
Pros: Modules are comprehensive enough to meets the needs of people who do not write code, as well as provide a wide range of features for developers.
Cons: Dashboard component needs further development. We expect improvements, especially in the table display.

Pros: Its easy too use and it feels like there is solution for everything, its smooth and probably smoother if you dont have so much special needs as we do
Cons: I would like to have more support for Typescript, and maybe redux. There has been a lot of testning and the documentation is usually based on more basic JavaScript

very good at all, good learning curve, the commercial support team is the best i ever had in a software product.
Pros: I really like its flexibility and and how easy it is for my non-dev-workmates to use the Survey Creator with custom components i created for them.
Cons: The usage of peggy.js as expression engine could be better. The documentation of this lib is no longer available, the domain is gone.

Pros: The support team is excellent. You can expect to receive a response to your ticket within an hour or two, and problems are resolved quickly. The product is user-friendly for those who do not require extensive customization or complex logic.
Cons: Due to its rapid development, there have been numerous bugs over the past year. Customization can be difficult, particularly when complex logic is required. The platform also experiences performance limitations with very large forms. Thankfully, the support team is actively working to address these drawbacks.

Cons: In quiz view where you can answer to questions, you cannot see questions type by default. And not pc users don't understant something questions. Example: it is single answer question or multiple. In every question must be small desc about question type

I am a senior developer and use surveJS as a forms engine for our enterprise app which aim is eneble clinician and researcher to set pup their clinincal data collection projects. They need very very complex forms as the domain they describe is complex too. They need also much logic and dependency among questions. Basically with surveyJS in 5 years we give an answer to any need
Pros: Customization, support and the fact that it's all about JSON
Cons: Maybe analytics tool is not so powerful.

Pros: This product is truly useful and versatile. We are using it in software that requires users to respond to complex and customized surveys. Despite the numerous complexities, SurveyJS manages to meet all our needs. For the few features not covered, it was enough to open a ticket, and customer support resolved the issue in no time. Their efficiency and responsiveness are truly remarkable.
Cons: I find it difficult to answer this question. If I have to point out a flaw, it would be the documentation. Although it is well-structured and offers many demos to try directly on the site, I have sometimes struggled to find information on more specific aspects and had to rely on the help desk. However, considering the breadth of features offered, it might be appropriate for the documentation not to be overly detailed to maintain a balance and not overwhelm the user with too much information.
