Great product with great customizations and templates. I really like the platform and ease of use on both ends.
Pros: It gave a good value for money and easy to use. I liked the employee managemet and team collaboration features. I also liked the fact that employees got rewards which is encouraging.
Cons: Nothing bad to say but i just havent used the customer support so not sure about that. I think the price might be higher than some competitors.

Pros: Haiilo covers the expected basics for centralizing internal communication, employee engagement and company-wide announcements. The feature set is coherent, especially around communications analytics, and it can be useful when the organization mainly needs a practical operational solution.
Cons: My main reservation is that rollout requires communication governance. For standard needs it is acceptable, but for a more advanced finance, audit, reporting or governance-oriented use case, complementary controls may still be needed.

Pros: What I liked most about Haiilo is how easy and intuitive it is to use - it feels like a social network, so adoption across teams is very fast. It centralizes all internal communication in one place, making it easy to share updates, engage employees, and keep everyone aligned, even in large or distributed teams. The analytics and engagement tools are also a big plus, helping track impact and improve communication strategies
Cons: The interface can be slightly confusing at times, with some features not very intuitive. Pricing is on the higher side, and a few integrations or functionalities can be limited or inconsistent depending on the setup

Posting via LinkedIn keeps my LinkedIn account active while I am stuck in back to back zoom meetings. I can filter through the company news so I do not have to post random junk that my specific clients may not care about. Since it is integrated into Teams I do not have to constantly switch between windows which is great for my focus. It allows me to appear as though I am actively networked even when I am sitting in my squeaky office chair. I can post a months worth of content and then completely forget that the platform exists for a long time.
Pros: The way you post your content is just to select items you want to post and it automatically posts to the profile. Honestly I did think the integration would cause me nightmares but it worked perfectly the first time out of the box. When there are updates in the content, it will send you an email so you do not have to manually search for them. There is also a score system in place however I could care less about the leader board portion of the application.
Cons: One problem I do have is the 24 hour limit per day. This limit is ridiculous and needs to be removed. It does not have an app version for my phone either. Occasionally it asks for some odd permissions on my LinkedIn profile and I have no idea why it needs to be able to delete anything.

Pros: Haiilo me permet d'avoir un vrai home digital pour les collaborateurs, avec un intranet social, des flux d'actualités ciblés et des outils de messagerie qui centralisent la communication interne.
Cons: La richesse fonctionnelle peut être un peu lourde par moment pour les petites structures ou les utilisateurs moins à l'aise avec le digital, qui se sentent parfois perdus dans les options.

It allows for more secure internal communication where miscommunication isn't affected, and the work structure improves with the unity of the entire team.
Pros: Haiilo is an excellent platform for more secure internal communication with all employees, ensuring privacy on secure topics. Its ease of use makes it easy for any employee to use, and it supports faster communication among the entire team. I like it because I can connect an entire team to a single project, keeping perfect track of it without having multiple applications with disorganized information. All internal communication allows for better insight into the progress of each task and allows for sharing.
Cons: In my case, I've never had a bad experience with Haiilo. It has always worked as it should, maintaining a secure internal communications system.

basic functions ok, structure little confusing, many non-features: opt-out for colleagues-sibscription instead of opt-in as default, dated appearace, technically not state of the ar anymore

Un outil décentralisé mis à disposition de nos équipes et de nos projets, très simple d'utilisation et garantissant l'anonymat des répondants : outil d'analyse intégré à Jubiwee, ne permettant aucun regroupement si moins de 5 réponses après application de filtres. Une exigence: intégrer ces sondages "pulse" courts et réguliers dans le dispositif de management : tenir compte des remontées pour mettre en place des plans d'action, éviter la concurrence au "bon" résultat entre managers...
Pros: La simplicité d'utilisation L'ergonomie La garantie de l'anonymat car pas d'extraction excel La rapidité et la facilité pour lancer un sondage La réactivité du service clients
Cons: La limitation à 424 caractères des réponses et du contenu des mails personnalisés Les limites à la personnalisation des mails invitant au sondage (émetteur, mise en forme…) L'absence d'avoir dans un QCM une réponse du type "si autre, préciser" avec saisie d'un texte libre Le classement des réponses en "bonnes" et vert et "mauvaises" en rouge, avec une note qui reste très scolaire et risque de provoquer des phénomènes de "concurrence" entre équipes pour avoir de "bonnes" notes :-( Sinon Jubiwee semble s'orienter vers un élargissement de sa palette de fonctionnalités (ex : Live) pour concurrencer des Klaxoon et autres Beekast, cela ne nous semble pas souhaitable : nous préférerions que Jubiwee reste un outil de sondages pulse simple, efficace et avec des possibilités d'analyse plus poussées (ex : verbatim).

we use Jubiwee for many subjects : evaluation, opinion on a subject, for all the directions .
Pros: We must build our way with our employees. But annual surveys trough big companies are too long to bring us informations and the ideas are poor because of the way we can ask . Jubiwee is easy, reactive, and you can get many ideas from your employees because of the I.A and the analysis offered by the service ( option you can get).
Cons: They habe to securise the fact that some survey can go wherever you don't want it ! when you have forgotten the relaunch !

Pros: Smarp has a straight forward interface that is easy to use. Smarp is constantly evolving and I appreciated how often they checked in to see what improvements they could make
Cons: I struggled to understand the calculations used in the reporting and how to slice the data to get the reports that would be the most meaningful to my team. This is where I spent a lot of time with the support team who weere very helpful walking me through the reports.

User-friendly platform that gets the job done. Fast responses from customer service when I have a question.
Pros: Very user friendly - Smarp help a webinar learning session for the company, and the platform itself is pretty self explanatory. It was a seamless switch for the company from our last employee advocacy program.
Cons: There are a few bugs that still need to be fixed. The UTM tagging will not override existing tags.

In our company the separate business departments don't know much about the others, but with the help of Smarp everyone can share stories from all the other departments too. We are using Smarp as a B2B and a B2C marketing tool, and it also helps us when recruiting new staff. Also the messages about sustainability have been shared successfully.
Pros: Sharing a post is super easy. Just select the posts you want to share, and click the social media icons to share.
Cons: For an admin it would be nice to see, how the posts look in various channels - you easily write too long texts, which are not visible in the posts, when people share them to social media.

Pros: Smarp is very user-friendly, which is important because many of our consultants are novices when it comes to using social media to market and brand themselves. Onboarding is very easy. And the price point is good for organizations taking their first dive into employee advocacy.
Cons: There aren't a lot of bells-and-whistles, making for a somewhat boring user-experience for advanced social media users.

Getting Smarp launched was a long process because we were still trying to learn the platform ourselves. We've definitely needed a lot of guidance around the prizes and what points to tag to them, etc. and we've had issues with missing features. All that said, overall, our team loves it. Even our C-Suite executives are obsessed with it. We wish we had more resources to help manage it beyond 1-2 people.
Pros: Out of all the platforms that I evaluated, Smarp definitely had the best UI and UX (similar to LinkedIn) with a lot of valuable features. It also includes a ton of data and analytics.
Cons: There is no LinkedIn API so we can't tag companies or people in the posts. We wish they had more features such as the ability to list prizes outside of allowing people to claim them because we award prizes sometimes based on most engagement, etc. and not points. Customer service is often slow and takes more than 24 hours to get back to us. We also wish we could allow employees to like comments. Also, we've tried to make the integration with Slack work but it never does and that's disappointing because it was one of the main reasons we chose Smarp. Lastly, the pricing is insanely high. We want our whole company to use the platform but the pricing makes it almost impossible.
