ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer helps organizations achieve and maintain PCI-DSS compliance by providing centralized log management, real-time monitoring, and audit-ready reporting. It collects and analyzes logs from critical systems like firewalls, routers, databases, and servers to track access, detect anomalies, and ensure data protection. The tool includes prebuilt PCI-DSS report templates that simplify compliance audits, along with real-time alerts to notify security teams of unauthorized access or policy violations. With support for long-term log retention, secure storage, and forensic analysis, EventLog Analyzer plays a key role in protecting cardholder data, identifying threats, and demonstrating regulatory adherence.

I have found Manage Engine Eventlog Analyzer to be a solid mid-tier SIEM and log management solution, especially for on-premises environments. It finds a balance between affordability, compliance features, and security monitoring though it has some limitations compared to high-end SIEM solutions like Splunk or IBM QRadar.
Pros: One of Manage Engine EventLog Analyzer's best qualities is how simple it is to use and deploy compared to other log management solutions, which makes it easier for those without advanced SIEM knowledge to complete the initial configurations. It can collect logs from Windows, Linux, firewall, routers and cloud services in one place. Eventlog Analyzer supports Syslog, SNMP, WMI, and agent-based log collection.
Cons: There is a minimum device quantity purchase requirement for Evenlog Analyzer's per-device licensing model. For example, the smallest number of syslog device licenses that you can purchase is 10. Therefore, even if your environment does not contain 10 syslog devices, you still need to buy 10.

On top of alerting we also track when certain accounts like domain admin.
Pros: Great for centralizing all your windows machines. You can flag certain events to trigger different actions of your choosing.
Cons: A bit overwhelming when you first add your server in bulk.

Pros: I loved how easy this software was to configure. I had all my logs pointed to it and flowing nicely in no time at all. It makes it very easy to look at your data and get a grasp of what is happening on your network.
Cons: It was a little costly compared to some of the alternatives out there. There are some good open source options out there.
