C'est la première fois que j'utilise ce genre de plateforme et je trouve que c'est super pour les besoins des fondations qui organisent des collecte de fonds. La plateforme permet aussi assez de personnalisation
Pros: J'apprécie le fait que la plateforme soit très user friendly, ça rend la tâche plus facile et les fonctionnalités de la plateforme sont exactement ce dont nous avons besoin ! Le service de [caché sensible contenu] est excellent et nous permet vraiment de pouvoir avancer rapidement.
Cons: Je n'ai pas de point précis mais c'est certain qu'avec le temps il y aura des améliorations en fonction des demandes des clients.

Pros: user friendly, intuitif, beautiful design. the website itself is good and I like the fact they take care of the informations we ask and fix some staff if we don't want an option or if we want to add options
Cons: the name crowdchange in the website name, we should be able to change that to be more personnalized for our donors.

We've been using CrowdChange for almost two years and recently expanded our usage after experiencing outstanding support and a willingness to hear feedback and suggestions from the CrowdChange team.
Pros: It's all in one platform and great for a charity that collects donations, hosts events, and sells merchandise and e-cards. The tribute/dedication option for donations is excellent and works well. Great support.
Cons: There are still some limitations with integration to DonorPerfect and what data is being pushed to the CRM, and the customization for some areas (like events) is not the best or user/donor friendly

une très bonne expérience, malgré le prix un peu élevé de la p2p, je trouve que vous vous en allez dans la bonne direction. certains choix ui/ux dans le front end sont un peu étrange, et il manquerai quelques fonctionnalités encore a la p2p, mais votre outil est solide et je le recommande désormais à mon entourage professionnel
Pros: j'apprécie beaucoup l'ouverture de la plateforme grace a son api et ses webhook. le fait de pouvoir également avoir plusieurs plateformes distinctes de p2p est un bel atout.
Cons: le backend de la plateforme est un peu usine a gaz, il n'y a pas une facon clair de paramétrer la totalité de la plateforme à un seul endroit. le fait de devoir passer par le front end, pour pouvoir paramétrer une collecte de p2p est un peu contre-intuitif pour moi.

Learning curve is a bit long but the quantity of options makes it worth it. I always feel like I can get all the help I need from the CrowdChange team. The platform updates this year were great!
Pros: Fast and helpful support (thanks [sensitive content hidden]), variety in fundraiser types and options, good customization, up to date UI, option for donators to cover the fees
Cons: French translations are getting better but still some mistakes, Offline Donation tab options are not customizable enough and it makes it troublesome for us.

Overall, my experience with CrowdChange has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, offers helpful fundraising tools and continuously improves. It streamlined our process and made campaign management more efficient. After-sales support is excellent, especially thanks to [sensitive content hidden] . They always have an answer to our questions and provide great guidance.
Pros: It’s very easy to use and the platform continues to evolve with new features and improvements, keeping the experience modern and efficient.
Cons: Great platform overall, but I would appreciate more advanced reporting and customization tools to better tailor our campaigns and improve our data analysis.

Everything has been so smooth! We have had so much help from [sensitive content hidden] getting our page set up, and she has been an incredible resource to us from the very beginning!
Pros: I loved how easy it is for teams and individuals to use! We are the University of Kentucky's largest Greek Life philanthropy event, Greek Sing, benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. It's so easy for each greek life chapter to track their fundraising and participate in each event through Crowd Change!
Cons: Nothing! I absolutely love CrowdChange and we will certainly be using it for years in the future! The only thing I would change would be adding an option to hide team's fundraising amounts, that way each team is only able to see their own amount raised.

Pros: Sa facilité d'emploi, l'accompagnement exceptionnel+++ qu'offre [caché sensible contenu] pour les francophones du Québec et la flexibilité de l'équipe de programmeurs sur des aspects qui sont importants pour nous.
Cons: J'aimerais profiter au maximum de ce logiciel avec l'ajout de l'entrée de dons hors ligne, qui vient avec une certaine complexité de programmation. Cela nous permettrait de concentrer l'entrée des dons sur une seule plateforme. La personnalisation des rapports pourraient être améliorée pour faciliter la comptabilité.

Working with the Crowdchange team and platform is a pleasure!
Pros: First of all, the interface is very clean, user friendly, and pleasant to interact with. Not only for the administrator, but mostly for the donor and user. However, the real game changer for Crowdchange is the customer support. Our account managers are basically always available and willing to listen and help. In our case, Crowdchange created features and made development updates to tailor the platform to all our needs, even the most niche ones.
Cons: As a mostly anglophone platform, some of the bilingual features were not entirely robust, especially for a francophone organization like us. However, Crowdchange has shown a serious commitment to making the bilingual experience much better since we partnered with them, translating the full user guide, for example.

Great customer service. The tool helped us to raise funds virtually and from new audiences.
Pros: The customer service. [sensitive content hidden] is quick to respond. Most people find it easy to use and see their gift and giving history.
Cons: It doesn't really work with Raiser's Edge. We can upload the data, but it is not integrated. Finding what you are looking for in the back end is sometimes challenging.

We've had a great experience with CC. I think for me, I'm not super tech savvy so it's been a little bit of a learning curve for me to understand and utilize all of the bells and whistles. CC has been everything and more than what [sensitive content hidden] told us about when we signed on.
Pros: I love Steffi! And, [sensitive content hidden]! I really appreciate being able to build a personal connection with the CC team. They are a team that doesn't have to try to care, they just do. Steffi is one of the most genuine and helpful people I've worked with in the nonprofit space. CC has made our fundraising so much more streamlined and saved me literally HUNDREDS of hours. Before CC, I had to create each fundraising page.
Cons: I don't have any significant complaints to share.

Like any new tool there is a learning curve. Many questions come up that weren't covered in training but the support team was always there to help.
Pros: Customer support is excellent. Well thought-thru design and functioning.
Cons: Limits on emailed invitations to register/donate.

So far, it has been great and we're so pleased with our decision to move to CrowdChange for all of our online fundraising solutions!
Pros: So many things! From our first demo call with [sensitive content hidden] to our first event launched was about two weeks - their team is agile and able to be responsive and move quickly. They were willing to negotiate our price to find a solution that worked well for us. [sensitive content hidden] provided us with great training, ongoing check-ins and quick turnarounds for any questions we had and after running our first P2P event through CrowdChange, we raised more money and had zero support requests from our donors. The platform is easy to use and visually appealing.
Cons: Some of the fields are not easy to find or intuitive to answer when setting up an event for the first time, but this is hardly an issue because their team has been so available and responsive anytime we have a question.

It's been a great experience using the platform. Additionally, [sensitive content hidden] has be so helpful! I'm sure I would have figured many of these things out on my own but she was gracious enough to help throughout the entire process. She was a huge assistance in positive user experience.
Pros: I like how straight forward the user experience is. I can customize majority of things to my liking. The user experience for me as the admin is great as is the experience for constituents. It's not difficult for students to send out links for donations. It's also great because we have a lot of data tracking through the website.
Cons: I don't like that Sponsors go toward to total amount raised. It would be nice if sponsors had a different portal within the fundraiser allowing them to donate, but still see how they support.

Pros: I most enjoy that CrowdChange is user friendly and used nationwide by college/universities and fraternity/sororities. It allows our students to be accustomed to using this platform when they engage with our institution's fundraisers and their national organization (ie. national sorority/fraternity). Additionally, I have found that the customer support provided by CrowdChange is phenonemal. [sensitive content hidden] is our institution's contact and she is very responsive and is always able to guide myself and our students step by step on how to use a component of the platform that would best support our fundraising needs.
Cons: I find that CrowdChange is a great platform to use and have no complaints.

Pros: I liked how easy it was to manage, you can set up any/all ticket tiers for your event, set up teams, track personal donations, leaderboards, and so much more! Travis (partner success manager) was so helpful and attentive- he reached out to me the night of my event and helped me set up some last-minute ticket tiers that he saw I was struggling with.
Cons: I liked everything, honestly! Nothing bothered me at all.

Pros: I love that designing forms and campaigns is point and click rather than hours of figuring out code. Reports are easy to run and if I see something in the system that's not working or could be improved, the CrowdChange team is very responsive.
Cons: Changing registrant information after they've registered can be a bit tricky.

Very positive experience and I'd recommend them to any organization that's looking for an online giving platform that's easy to use, but robust enough to meet your advanced needs.
Pros: CrowdChange is easy to use for the Foundation and for the donor/customer experience. The gamification is great and drives increased revenue. Our first Giving Tuesday with CrowdChange saw a 10x increase in donations! The customer service has been outstanding and their team is all about making things a win-win and helping our Foundation be most successful. The best partner vendor I've worked with thus far!
Cons: I haven't found an issue with CrowdChange yet!

Crowdchange customer service is very good. They are polite and tries to help us to resolve our issues immediately or provide an alternate plan. Payment processing, Reports and Integration to Donor perfect is a feature which goes through smoothly.
Pros: 1) Tax receipts feature is very easy to configure 2) Donor Reports are helpful in tracking and reconciling the donation received. 3) Easy access to the templates to create the fundraising campaign. 3) Account Manager and the customer service is the best. They respond to our email in 2-4 hours and helps us through remote call which is of great help.
Cons: 1) There are features which are not customizable. Example : Service Fee - They do have option for yes and no which is good. Our requirement is to charge only the CC fee and not all the service fee. 2) Advanced features like changing the structure of the fee based on the number of cards opted during the registration is not available. 3) Registration: They have standardized template. which is not customizable.

Over-all great! Our reps are fantastic and very helpful. I have found it very easy to learn , work in and also very easy to help teach others.
Pros: Ease of use and easy to teach to others. Creativity and customization. Reconciliations are easy to do. Information is easy to read
Cons: Currently cannot offer "sub" tickets. For example if I want to buy a table, I receive only 1 ticket for the table, however, there are 8 people at the table. Once the 1 ticket has been scanned it is used, which means all 8 people have to show up at the same time. It also does not correctly reflect the number of guests at the event as the count is only 1 and not 8. I would like to be able to buy 1 table ticket and then have the 7 others also receive their tickets which allow them access when-ever they arrive.
