Pros: Coupler.io's customer service has been very responsive, and they've been able to provide us with the non-profit discount we need. Couper.io allows us to sync systems to allow us to schedule hundreds of meetings during our annual conference. The sync is real-time, ensuring we work with the most up-to-date information and avoid errors. This saves us hours of time.

Cons: Because we only use Coupler.io for a few months each year, it can be a bit tedious to cancel our subscription and renew it each year. However, since that's the extent of our complaint, it's a great product!

Pros: Our booking system is VIA and we needed an efficient way to centralise data for reporting in Looker Studio. Coupler has enabled us to automate data transfers from our social media platforms directly into Looker Studio reports, helping us clearly understand and visualise leads generated from these channels. This has been particularly valuable for trustee reporting and internal decision-making, giving us greater visibility into how our platform is performing and where engagement is coming from. Coupler is intuitive and offers good value for money, especially for a charity without a dedicated data engineering resource. It has reduced manual reporting processes and improved the consistency of our data outputs. Overall, it has become an important part of our reporting setup and has supported our move towards more reliable, data-driven decision-making.

Cons: We are still in the early days of using and learning the system, but are reassured that this system will fit our requirements perfectly.

Pros: Obvious usability and workflow compared with other platforms, deep connector library, great visuals & data presentation on their prebuilt dashboards

Cons: While their prebuilt PowerBI dashboards save a ton of time on setup, you still have to do some work to swap out different data sources or just remove some of the presets if you don't want to use the exact combination the dashboard comes with.

Pros: What I appreciate most about Coupler.io is its balance between flexibility and accessibility. As a digital marketing consultant working with non-profit organizations, I need reliable data pipelines from multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Sheets) into centralized reporting dashboards. Coupler.io allows me to automate these flows without building a complex data infrastructure. The ability to structure datasets, adjust column types, and apply transformations such as append and aggregation makes it powerful enough for advanced reporting needs, while remaining intuitive and no-code. It gives me control over my data architecture without requiring heavy engineering resources.

Cons: There is a small learning curve when working with data schemas and transformations, especially when combining multiple sources and ensuring consistent column types across datasets. However, this is also what makes the platform robust. Once you understand how sources, datasets, and destinations interact, the structure becomes very logical and scalable. In fact, this structured approach forces better data hygiene and clearer thinking about reporting models, which is ultimately beneficial.

Pros: Easy to use. Powerful. Customizable. Affordable. Connects to Quickbooks seamlessly and sends the data to quickbooks each day

Cons: I haven't found anything I didn't like yet. May my least favorite thing is that it took me too long to find it.

Pros: Coupler.io is so easy to implement. It is very intuitive to use and we saw benefit from using it almost immediately.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind. I need to upgrade in order for it to handle our desired data volume but that seems fair.

Pros: Coupler.io was exceptionally easy to use. I was able to get it configured in under 20 minutes, and was able to setup the automation to extract the user activity that I needed to create reports that explained the impact of our social media investment.

Cons: I did not have any issues or negative experiences working with Coupler.io. It is an excellent solution for extracting the activity details I was seeking.

Pros: Massive Integration Library: I love the sheer number of integrations available. It seems like no matter what service we’re using, Coupler has a connector that gets us up and running quickly. Built-in Data Transformations: I really like the ability to perform data transformations directly within the pipeline. Being able to clean and format data before it hits the destination has saved us several manual steps. Source Merging: The ability to merge multiple sources into a single destination is a standout feature. It’s been highly effective for consolidating reports that would otherwise be fragmented.

Cons: HubSpot Association Support: It’s a bit of a specific use case, but I wish it had better support for association data in HubSpot. Mapping those specific relationships can be a bit of a struggle currently. Append Mode Rigor: I’d like to see more rigorous checks for "Append" mode. It does a good job with spreadsheet destinations, but it lacks the ability to detect already imported rows for database destinations, which can lead to duplicates. No Native UUID Formula: I would love to see a formula to generate UUIDs. Since sources like Google Analytics and LinkedIn don’t provide native IDs, having a way to assign unique IDs during the import would be a huge win for our data organization.

Pros: Coupler.io supports a wide range of sources and destinations, with enough customization options—filters, transformations, and incremental updates—to handle real-world workflows without becoming overwhelming. It integrates smoothly into existing systems rather than forcing teams to redesign their processes.

Cons: It took a little bit of time to connect to stripe. For some reason i kept making new stripe accounts. I think i have it resolved now

Pros: I was able to easily connect my CRM into looker studio. I also think the price is perfect, very affordable compared to others.

Cons: No complaints at the moment, everything is great. I've researched lots of other software and no others compare.

Pros: As a finance user, I liked that Coupler.io removed a lot of repetitive manual work. Automated schedules, clean data stitching, and formula columns made it easy to keep dashboards accurate and up to date.

Cons: Focuses mainly on performance data, so qualitative insights like demographics still require separate tools.

Pros: We were looking for an analytics tool to gather social media and web analytics to replace a previous subscription and Coupler fit that need perfectly. We liked that it has built in dashboard templates on Looker Studio and so in some ways is plug and play, but also lots of flexibility as you own these Looker Studio templates and can set them up as you see fit. Thus Coupler immediately covers some of our basic needs, but gives us the flexibility to further automate more aspects of our data collection. We're for example looking forwards to experimenting with its AI functionality once it is ready.

Cons: We found no major issues with Coupler, though it can take a while to set up data flows and integrations. We would also like if it could integrate with social scheduling software like Loomly.

Pros: It is just easy to use and setup. No code, just point and click. We were up and running in a few hours. It was so simple.

Cons: I mean while it has a lot of data sources and destinations, I would like to see more. I would also like to see it integrate with Microsoft Co-pilot.

Pros: Coupler.io has been an excellent tool for integrating QuickBooks Online with Power BI. The setup process was straightforward, and the platform is incredibly easy to use. Their support team has been very responsive and helpful, guiding us seamlessly from trials and testing through to full implementation. With their assistance, we were able to complete a smooth transition, and our Power BI dashboards are now running efficiently with data extracted via Coupler.io.

Cons: the pricing could be a bit more flexible for smaller teams, and setting up more complex data models can take some trial and error. Also, the documentation, while helpful, could be a bit more detailed for advanced users.

Pros: Scheduling works reliably. Setup is fast and simple. Multiple HubSpot objects supported in parallel.

Cons: Daily refresh is enough for us, but if you need multiple refreshes per day, you need to upgrade to a higher plan.

Pros: The huge amount of possibilities the platform offers. It does a whole lot of things and aggregates every data we needed.

Cons: The initial setup was quite overwhelming for a layperson like me. The process of setting up data source was well guided, but it took me some trial and error to setup everything proberly.

Pros: Super easy to use. I am not a data professional, but I did all the integrations that I needed in easy way.

Cons: They could offer integration with Vtex - an ecommerce platform, despita I am not sure if Vtex offers this possibility.

Support: The team went above and beyond to accommodate our nonprofit needs and ensure we could evaluate the platform thoroughly before committing.

Cons: QuickBooks API Limitations: Direct access to custom reports wasn’t possible, but Coupler.io helped us work around this with alternative solutions.

Pros: The ability to create complicated reports and blend data without issues that otherwise are not possible, for example with Looker Studio alone.

Cons: It can really get pricey when adding multiple data connections, for example a Youtube channel needs 6 data connections each, so if you want to blend data from 10 Youtube channels it gets really expensive.

Cons: One improvement that would make the tool even more efficient is the addition of shareable connection links. Many analysts don’t have direct access to every source system, and such a feature would streamline collaboration significantly.

Pros: Coupler.io has made it incredibly easy to automate our data workflows. We particularly love the data stitching and formula columns features, which allow us to combine and transform data from multiple sources without needing technical expertise. The scheduling function is also a huge time-saver—we now receive daily reports automatically, which has improved our responsiveness and reduced manual work by over 10 hours a week.

Cons: Some of the more advanced features, like custom formulas or complex integrations, took a bit of trial and error to get right. A few more beginner-friendly templates or walkthroughs would be helpful for non-technical users.

Pros: Super easy to collect and analyze ad spend data across multiple sources. The interface makes it super easy to setup data pipelines.

Cons: I think the limitations are pretty arbitrary. For a while, I was mistakenly on the freemium plan, which gave me enough access to coupler. Randomly, many months later, I was notified I'd be taken off the plan. I don't regret paying but more transparency would've been nice.
