I created the entire support system for my company inside Desk and Teamwork. It took a few months, but we were basically going from email to this. We can now generate monthly invoices and send them to QuickBooks via automation.
Pros: They have a lot of project management integrated, so I don't have to go back and forth. The price is reasonable, and they have continued to update the product. I think they have balanced complexity and usability well. I am able to schedule and plan my day from their calendar interface well. The recurring tasks are easy to create and fairly easy to manage/update. Also, Gantt charts. They also have an API that my AI is able to use. The automated triggers are also nice. Decent level of granularity.
Cons: There was a learning curve moving from other project management software to this, but I think that is expected. Some of the higher-level functionality is less intuitive to access than the day-to-day stuff. Oh, the inbox "Desk" functionality is an add-on. We weren't clear on that when we signed up. It also seems like it is being actively maintained, though, so that may be worth it.

Overall, the experience with Teamwork has been positive. It provides a good balance between project tracking, collaboration, and organizational management. The platform helps improve workflow visibility and team coordination while keeping projects structured and manageable. Once users become familiar with the available features, it becomes an effective tool for handling both small and large-scale projects efficiently.

Pros: $96
Cons: Some advanced features can feel slightly overwhelming for first-time users. The interface may occasionally feel cluttered when managing large projects with multiple tasks and dependencies. Certain integrations and reporting customizations may require additional setup or higher-tier plans. Mobile experience is functional but not always as smooth as the desktop version for detailed project management activities.

it helps to keep the relevent colleagues accoutable and has a tracker in place to make sure all the tasks done within the deadline
Pros: an app that keeps the whole team in the loop, so everyone knows where the task, sub task, hurdle and goals.
Cons: nothing much at this stage, it works well nothing much at this stage, it works well nothing much at this stage, it works well

Easily streamlined operations help when working on client projects with several people in different departments.
Pros: I love how simple task information is laid out all in one place, from prioritization, due dates, and estimated time of completion to who it's assigned to and assigned from.
Cons: No notes. I've used way worse project management softwares like Workamajig and Jira/Trello - it's so good in comparison.

Over all i am new to this product till date it's a great experience with the tool, Wehn compare to other similar technology in market this has a good UI experience to users and easily adoptable to anyone who is going to work newly in this tool.
Pros: Tracking of each project with relevant stake holders along with project progress is excellent, Track your own time spent on each project and calculation of efforts is very easy.
Cons: We cannot modify the timesheet until the approver or administrator give us the permission for the modification of Submitted timesheet.

Our firm needs to keep track of an incredibly high number of very diverse tasks and projects, and Teamwork has been a reliable and flexible way of doing that. Clients are able to communicate through email if that's their preference, but we never, ever have to dig through emails to reconstruct conversations, which is crucial.
Pros: It's flexible enough to be adapted to the way we want to use it. When we've had a feature request, the team has been responsive, and in some case implemented the desired functionality.
Cons: The interface is complex and UI adjustments happen somewhat regularly. Predictably, this is good when I like the changes and bad when I don't. Some features I use often can become buried under layers of menus, or made to require a long and challenging hover-interaction.

Overall very good and i believe it's a good value for the price it is! It's a great way to make sure everyone on your team is on the same page.
Pros: I like most all the different ways to sort and filter information. It organizes information for easy search. Plus their automations are always helpful for repetitive processes.
Cons: While there are some bugs that come up here and there, the team usually is fairly quick to solve them. Although, one that's been a problem lately is proofs not staying within a task when it moves projects.
Julia K. · Director of Brand Impact · Marketing and Advertising · April 1, 2026
Pros: The ease of use and how organized it keeps our processes. It's clear and easy to make adjustments and edits.
Cons: Honestly, the program doesn't really gave any faults. Sometimes I have to click a few times to open a folder but that could just be user error lol

my overall experience with teamwork.com has been satisfactory and am using it every work day for productivity. please don't use my name or email for any external purposes in this review***
Pros: The entire product is helpful for using on a daily basis. There's a lot that goes into organization.
Cons: I don't like my ignorance on how to fully use this product and maximize all the options that could be used.

My overall experience with Teamwork.com was really positive. It made collaborating with the team smooth and kept projects organized. I appreciated how it streamlined communication and made tracking progress simple.
Pros: What I liked most about Teamwork.com was how easy it made working together. Everything felt organized, and it really helped the team stay on the same page. I also liked that it made communication simple without feeling overwhelming
Cons: The only downside I noticed was that certain features could be a little clunky or take extra steps to get exactly what I needed. But overall, it was still a very helpful tool.

Teamwork is easy to use. The process automation is convenient and, overall, we find the services helpful to our productivity.
Pros: organizational management and task tracking are most useful to me personally. As an organization, we also appreciate the good customer support.
Cons: The value for money is lower for us as we do not utilize all the tools we should. This is more our responsibility and internal limitations however.
Maya V. · Office Administrator · Legal Services · March 17, 2026
Thus far, it's been really positive. We went all in on a project management system migration to Teamwork.com, and it's been wonderful to have all the task descriptions, different notes we can put on there, etc. within the PM system. It's been a real level up for us and I can't wait to see how that keeps going!
Pros: I love the clean look to it, the varying views, the planning tab - a lot of features in there make it great and easy to use. Their customer support is responsive, making sure that when we have ideas, we are heard. It also does a great job of finding automations and making it easy to edit and check every day.
Cons: There are a few kinks here and there - we've had trouble with our custom end dates being saved in a Gantt chart view, but overall not bad!

Pros: Easily plan and manage tasks, the interface is simple, workflow automations are great. Customer service is solid, and the features of the app make daily/weekly tasks super easy. Price is very fair.
Cons: Nothing, been using it for a few years and no complaints. Overall it works great for me for organize taks, planning completation dates, and storing data related to tasks.

Overall, my experience with Teamwork has been positive. Once I got familiar with the platform, it became a powerful tool for managing projects efficiently. It works especially well for structured teams and client-based workflows. While there are areas that could be improved in terms of usability and simplicity, it’s a solid and reliable project management solution.
Pros: What I liked most about Teamwork is how comprehensive it is. It gives me everything I need to manage projects in one place task management, time tracking, collaboration, and reporting. I especially appreciate how structured it feels, which helps keep projects organized and makes it easier to track progress across different teams or clients.
Cons: What I liked least is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There’s definitely a learning curve, and some parts of the interface are not as intuitive as I would like. I also noticed that it doesn’t currently offer built-in AI features, which would be helpful for automation, smarter task suggestions, or productivity insights.
Leonardo R. · Backend Developer · Program Development · March 4, 2026
Great service, good people. The software has a lot of great features, but the per person/per seat model is too pricey to take advantage of some of them that we need. We need to be able to budget.
Pros: Customer support is great. they are invested in helping you succeed and very friendly. They take the time to teach you the system and listen. I really think they are trying to add as many features as possible to the product to let it work for any business configuration.
Cons: The pricing model doesn't fit my business. I don't need the full set of capabilities for all my users and it gets expensive fast. I want to do budgets but have a lot of users.

A reliable, feature-rich, and user-friendly timesheet solution that truly enhances organizational efficiency. Highly recommended for teams seeking accuracy, automation, and simplicity in their time‑tracking process.
Pros: $97
Cons: Missing on the mobile application, this contradicts Ease of Use and User Interface, which imply consistently smooth usability across platforms.

As an intern at a web design company, my experience with Teamwork has been very positive overall. It’s been especially helpful for tracking my time and seeing how long different projects actually take to complete. I really value being able to look back and see myself becoming more efficient over time, that’s been one of the biggest benefits for me personally. From a project management perspective, it keeps everything organized and transparent. I can clearly see my tasks, deadlines, and priorities, which helps me stay on track and manage my workload effectively. It also makes it easy to understand how my work fits into larger client projects. That said, the platform is definitely feature-rich. As an intern, I don’t use all of the advanced tools, and at times it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many options and capabilities. However, I can see how those features would be incredibly valuable for my boss and for managing the overall business operations.
Pros: It is my favorite time tracking tool. I use it for the ability to measure personal efficiency and productivity. I enjoy the clear task and project organization and it's great for agencies managing multiple clients.
Cons: It can feel overwhelming due to the number of features, there's a slight learning curve for new users. Some advanced tools may be more than necessary for junior team members, maybe if there was a way to set what was seen in the dashboard and what can be hidden, it would free up some space and ease new users in.
Kayla R. · Web Development Intern · Marketing and Advertising · March 1, 2026
On an overall point of view, my experience with teamwork is positive. If my tasks are organized then most my work is organized and teamwork makes it easy to keep it organized and get the data I want when needed.
Pros: the features are easy to understand and use, and workflow automation helped me in reducing manual effort in many ways! Also retrieving the data based on filters has been very useful to me.
Cons: One thing I liked the least is the need to add tags manually to tasks every time. And that is something which I forget, most of the bugs have the title as 'Bug' in my case, I wish it adds tags based on that.

Easy to use, great customer service, strong native features, AI friendly, an absolutely necessary tool for our team.
Pros: The customer support is super responsive and they've gone out of their way to help our team on more than one occasion.
Cons: It's still a work in progress with new features rolled out quarterly. This has translated to features I wish the platform had consistency rolling out at this pace.

Overall, Teamwork has been a foundational system for how we run projects and manage operations. It supports visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. While no platform is perfect, Teamwork continues to evolve in meaningful ways and remains a strong, reliable partner for growing, service-based teams that need operational clarity and scalability.
Pros: What stands out most is that everything lives in one place. Project management, time tracking, collaboration, and reporting are all integrated, which eliminates tool sprawl and gives us a single source of truth. Their customer support is consistently strong. Responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. The product team clearly listens to users, and you can see feedback reflected in ongoing improvements and new features. It’s also intuitive. New team members ramp up quickly, and the learning curve is manageable even for less technical users. That ease of adoption has made a big difference for cross-functional teams.
Cons: Because the platform evolves quickly, changes can sometimes roll out with limited notice, which may require teams to adjust workflows on the fly or introduce new bugs. While innovation is a positive overall, more proactive communication around updates would help with change management. There are also a lot of features, some of which aren’t relevant to every team. The ability to toggle certain features off at the account level would help reduce visual clutter and keep the experience streamlined. For some users, especially those new to structured task management, the depth of functionality can feel overwhelming at first. From a technical perspective, the API and documentation could be stronger. There’s room for improvement in clarity and extensibility, particularly for teams looking to build more advanced integrations. I’d also love to see more forward-looking MCP/AI-ready capabilities within Teamwork Spaces to support automation and smarter workflows.

Pros: I genuinely enjoy using Teamwork. Even as a solo freelance film director, it gives me a clear and structured way to manage daily tasks, deadlines and my calendar. In an industry that can often feel chaotic and fast moving, it brings focus, organization and calm. A true must have.
Cons: Working solo gives me freedom, yet I miss real time feedback and shared creative energy. sometimes!!

Overall our firm used Teamwork when we were starting out and used it for a number of years until the redesign forced our hand. We liked it so much that we go back and revisit it every year or so to see if they have added any new features that address our concerns. I would love to go back to using the.
Pros: Right off the bat, Teamwork is a beautiful and easy to use project management system. They made some tweaks to the interface a couple of years ago that made things a little more difficult to find, but overall they are still the best. There are extremely granular permissions, allowing you to basically setup any user however you wish, even at the project level. There are templates for both projects and task lists, a custom login URL, capacity management, and most anything else you could want except a few items. Overall, it is a great value for the price.
Cons: The first is the lack of email integration. We ended up switching from Teamwork to a different project management system and this was one of two deciding factors. With our new software we can communicate with our clients through email or chat directly from the current project we are working on and it attaches to the project so we always have a record. The second drawback for us was the lack of recurring projects. We do monthly accounting services for clients and we need repeatability. The recurring tasks feature did not work well for us, and quite frankly, was not well thought out. If you do a search for the feature you will see a lot of complaints around the internet. Another feature that would be extremely helpful but was not a deal breaker for us, would be a client portal. A login where clients can upload files and send up questions. We used other software for that but it would have been great to have them all in one place like we do now.
David B. · Owner · Accounting · October 15, 2025
I have been using Teamwork for many years now with my team (we have 4 people). It is perfect for what we need. We tried other tools. At one point, we even switched to something else (a new tool that was up and coming at the time). After several months of using that, we returned "back home" to Teamwork. Other tools are way to complicated and overkill for our needs. Some are too basic. This is our "baby Bear" - it is just right! Plus, as we grow, we can continue to use Teamwork.
Pros: I really like that Teamwork.com is constantly adding new features that make project management even easier. The platform is intuitive and simple to use, which makes it easy for my whole team to adopt quickly. It helps us stay organized and manage our projects more effectively without feeling overwhelmed. On top of that, their support team is always responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when we are stuck
Cons: I like to work on the go. One thing I do not like very much is the mobile app. Granted there is a LOT of info in play and the desktop version is packed. The mobile experience is not for me, however. I wish it was.
Paul B. T. · Chief Online Strategist · Marketing and Advertising · September 29, 2025
Overall, it feels more than just a tool. It’s a workspace that makes task management simple and effective.
Pros: In our organisation where everyone is juggling multiple roles, Teamwork.com keeps tasks and priorities straight so we are able to meet deadlines consistently.
Cons: At times some search keywords are not accurately recognized, leading to less precise search results.
Harsh M. · COO · Chemicals · September 10, 2025
Pros: Teamwork.com offers a lot of features that help run business smoothly without undergoing much manual processes. Such features includes task management, resource management project management and kanban boards.
Cons: The vendor technical team in collaboration with out in-house support team has ensured that Teamwork.com serves without any noticeable bugs.
