It was perfect its my life saver makes my cases more easier and accurate in just one search all information you need is there.
Pros: Guru is more informative tool that we are using to resolve my everyday cases. Its very helpful because all answer is their you just need to familiarize to it.
Cons: A lot of information you need to be specific with the information you need in order for you to get the correct answer you need

I’ve had a top notched experience with Guru for almost 3 years now! When I first started, I was overwhelmed with all the information I had to learn, but with Guru, everything was easy, without feeling like I was annoying my team lead and co-workers from time to time. It’s super simple to search, and I love that I can see exactly when a piece of info was last updated so I know I'm not looking at an outdated info.
Pros: I just started a new role from my company and Guru has been a lifesaver. Instead of bothering my team lead every 3 minutes, I just search on Guru first. It’s really straightforward and honestly feels like having a cheat sheet for work.
Cons: Guru will really force you to be organized! You can't just be messy with your files like you can in Google Drive. LOL

I love it. From the start: evaluating it, learning, doing implementation, training and using this product. Support is good as well.
Pros: Easy of implementation, ease of use. Also easy to modify, customize and use. customer support is also good.
Cons: Moving cards around. Somewhat not too intuitive. Reports of usage also need some work. Overall it is a quality product.

I've had a great experience with guru and my clients like it too, both internal and external. It saves me time from having to explain myself multiple times or have to create something manually each time.
Pros: It is easy to learn and even easier to begin using! The simplicity of the software and being able to share it in different formats has been very helpful. Friendly user interface.
Cons: Nothing really, except that I really can get confused saving the newly created guru in the right space to be found by others. Very minor item.

It's pretty good. I don't really have any complaints. It has a clean interface and a simple set of features.
Pros: It's useful for sharing information internally. We use Guru Cards as a secure source of truth for pricing, feature availability, and more.
Cons: I want it to be more customizable and interconnected from one card to another. I prefer using Google Sites.

Very positive- especially useful when joining a new organization. The search experience is very functional and makes things easy as well.
Pros: The ability to create pages easily and find cards is very useful. I use Guru very often in my day-to-day.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to sort cards by type/category more easily. My organization has had an influx of new cards made and it can be difficult to sift through them.

Guru is state of the art. It is quick and easy to use and makes sharing information within your company very easy.
Pros: Guru in very easy to use and takes little to no training. It is very east to share files and links through Guru and it can integrate with many popular CRM programs.
Cons: I haven't ran into any issues yet but I will be sure to update my review if we do run into any issues.

I have recently been hired ny this company and so far I have almost completed onboarding and training with it
Pros: Ease of use. I like the flexibility. I.like the comprehensiveness. Though new to the product it has helped
Cons: I havent had any negative experiences yet with this product especially since i am new to this company

I love working with Guru because it makes my workloads very easy to manage which is very helpful and convenient for me
Pros: I like how user-friendly the interface is and how easy to use the Guru itself, it makes me want to use it more often or even share it to a friend.
Cons: Maybe the security for me. Don't get me wrong though their security is good enough but there's so many rooms for improving their security services.

The name of the system suits it well. Guru, by definition, a teacher. Akin to its moniker "Guru", the program stores information well, sorts it out clearly, makes it readily available for both discussion and steadily teaches those who rely on it with its compact design. Readily available information at the type, click and enter of an input, Guru makes itself worth its services. Far from being the perfect tool however, it still lives to its reputation and continues to be reliable to every account that requires its use.
Pros: Guru has been a stable knowledgebase tool for both beginners and tenured employees, account and business managers, Quality Analysts and Subject Matter Experts in every process-outsourced business. Its sleek and quick design as a collection of cards enables any supporting agent to briefly discuss, update and highlight any internal and external changes in information and anything regarding process-wise it allows teams to digress updates flexibly and precisely. By being readily available and easily accessible with a clear set of "access" to each level of employee Guru has become - in my opinion - a staple for any business that requires a specific set of skill that is easily discussed, shared and utilized to better assist the consumers it serves and the client that relies on it.
Cons: Guru's accessibility and openness have also made it 'too open' yet "too small" in my perspective. While this barely states that this is an onset compared to the good things that Guru has, it does complicate its use on an effective degree. Enough to confuse its users by being too available for its users. In a simpler sense, creators can simply create more and more cards, enough to confuse both beginner and tenured agents in the company. This can cause confusion as to what card to change when a company-wide update comes in, or what card to hide when a new change in the company's internal information pushes through.

10/10 experience! It was so easy to learn, set-up, implement, and keep up-to-date. Overall, it's been a life-changing tool for me.
Pros: Adaptability! My team and I are able to use the platform for entirely different needs but still house all of our information together. It's incredible.
Cons: Tech bugs are always an issue with me. I constantly have a running list of tech fixes that need to be improved upon.

It helps me clearly handle any problem I face with customer support, making the process simple and stress-free
Pros: It’s very practical, intuitive, and complete. It helps with everything from basic tasks to more complex ones
Cons: At times, the system feels a little heavy and may take some extra time to fully load, but it is manageble.

Overall Guru Is a great asset for any company, It makes access to guideline information easier, to find the needed information Is also easier.
Pros: What I liked most Is that Guru helps streamline the guidelines information, It makes access to the needed information much more easy.
Cons: It's hard to understand how to use the AI, I tried to understand how to use or at least understand why I couldn't use but to no avail.
Joao S. · Customer Service Representative · Information Technology and Services · September 6, 2025
It's easy and straightforward. I use it for searching information and keeping up with updates on a daily basis.
Pros: It's pretty simple and intuitive. I just started using it and didn't needed a long introduction or tutorial, it all just flows, which is a pro when you use a tool like this.
Cons: There's too much information on every search, sometimes it gets hard to find something, even when you know it's there. I know we have the filters, but that feels a little too complicated.
João R. · Bilingual Customer Service · Music · September 6, 2025
My overall experience with Guru has been incredibly positive and if I transitioned into a new role, and my company didn't already use Guru as an LMS, I would petition for it.
Pros: I like the fact that it forces transparency. A Google doc can be privated between a single person, a group, a team, or a department. A Guru card is available to an entire organization - to my knowledge, there's no reason to actually private a card. Or, at least, I haven't seen it in the four years I've been using the card.
Cons: The search functionality when there are many cards within an organization is typically extremely lackluster. It's never as specific as I need it to be, and it can even pull up cards that are completely irrelevant. Very frustrating.
Ayan O. · Operations Associate · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 3, 2025
I enjoy using Guru since it's like a Bible to me, it guides me all throughout my everyday life with helping our users.
Pros: What I like most about Guru is how easy to use it, it's just like Google, search using a keyword and the most relevant results will be shown.
Cons: I don't see any problems with Guru, sometimes Guru is just loading slowly but I think it's because of the internet here in the office since they capped it at 2mbps HAHAHA.
Carl Angelo A. · Customer Service Advisor · Outsourcing/Offshoring · August 14, 2025
Pros: Guru is a valuable and efficient knoweldge base that my team and I can easily access to quickly find the resources we need to perform our roles well.
Cons: Sometimes it may take a few searches to find a card if you don't remember the title of it. Generally, though, Guru has been exceptionally easy and intuitive to navigate.

Allow for a great database of support/project database, making life easy for the team and collaborators.
Pros: Reliable, with lots of possibilities in the documentation creation process, never saw it getting it's service down for any reason. Easy to update and share new information with the team. A incredible source for documentation, as we primarily use it on Support.
Cons: The search engine is a little crazy, sometimes you can't find the exact document your searching for, but it could also be an issue with the tags and titles inputted.
Ricardo V. · Client Adviser · Consumer Services · August 6, 2025
My experience with Guru has been largely positive. It’s a powerful tool for centralizing knowledge and making information easily accessible across teams. I appreciate how it reduces repetitive questions and supports consistency in processes. The ability to verify content helps ensure information stays up-to-date, which is crucial in fast-paced environments.
Pros: This site is incredibly helpful—it has all the forms and guidelines you need in one convenient place. It's well-organized, easy to navigate, and a huge time-saver. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick access to essential documents!
Cons: Guru is a helpful knowledge management platform, especially for organizing internal documentation and making information easily accessible across teams. However, there are a few drawbacks worth noting: Search Limitations: The search function can be inconsistent at times, especially if content isn’t well-tagged. Finding specific information may require digging through multiple cards.
Anonymous User · Account Manager · Financial Services · July 31, 2025
Pros: Rialble and have all the info needed. You can rely every thing regarding on how to solve the clients issue.
Cons: None, because it has everything that I need to do my job. If there's real time issue it will be posted there real time.
Van Justin A. · Email support · Telecommunications · July 29, 2025
Guru is very well suited for scenarios where teams need quick access to accurate, standardized information. For example, when handling a parent’s care request or responding to a provider, I can pull up scripts, eligibility rules, and process steps right away without slowing down the conversation. It is also great for onboarding new team members because they can self-serve answers instead of relying on shadowing or asking others.
Pros: Guru makes it easy to find accurate, up-to-date information quickly. It keeps processes, scripts, and SOPs in one place, which saves time and ensures everyone is aligned. It is especially valuable for onboarding new team members and reducing repetitive questions across the team.
Cons: The search can sometimes bring up too many similar results, and if cards are not well-tagged, it can take extra time to find exactly what you need. Improving filtering and making search a bit smarter would make it nearly perfect.
Diana M. · Demand Team Lead · Information Technology and Services · July 25, 2025
Guru has been our longest knowledge base system, and the experience has been amazing there are aspects that can be improved but over all it helped us navigate through difficult interaction due to it's user friendly interface and having the option to set up your collection makes our life easier and find our commonly used articles
Pros: Guru card is easily giving us the correct resource based on the key word and we just have to be really mindful of the words that are being used and thorough navigation on the system.
Cons: Sometimes resources can be found inside another resource. So we just need to be specific and good at looking inside the resources
Jomar J. · Core Support Team lead · Outsourcing/Offshoring · July 23, 2025
Guru is the best company wiki I've gotten the opportunity to use. It's a great all-in-one tool allowing teams to collaborate across departments easily. The collections/foldering system has allowed us to develop much clear content hierarchy.
Pros: Really clear organizational structure. Verification allows an easy way to check information validity and recency.
Cons: Guru has worked very well for most of our use-cases. The AI features are still rudimentary but that's not Guru's strongest point in our perspective.
Anonymous User · Operations Manager · Information Technology and Services · July 22, 2025
Overall, my experience with Guru was positive—it made accessing and sharing internal knowledge fast and intuitive. The verification system gave me confidence that the information I was using was up-to-date, and the browser extension kept everything easily accessible without disrupting my workflow. While it took some effort to get team-wide adoption, once in place, it significantly improved knowledge consistency and onboarding.
Pros: What I liked most about Guru is how seamlessly it integrates into daily workflows, making it easy to access accurate, verified information without having to switch tabs or dig through outdated documentation. Its browser extension and Slack integration allow teams to quickly find and trust the answers they need, right when they need them. The verification feature ensures that content stays current, which builds confidence across teams—especially in fast-moving environments like customer support or sales. Overall, it turns knowledge management from a chore into a real productivity boost.
Cons: What I liked least about Guru is that it can be difficult to get full team adoption, especially if people are used to other tools like Google Docs or Confluence. Organizing content at scale can also become a challenge without a clear taxonomy or ownership strategy. Additionally, some advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which may not be ideal for smaller teams.

When I started the project, I had never heard of GURU. When I used it for the first time, I was delighted and thought it was perfect for organizing important information.
Pros: GURU is a wonderful and organized invention for making important information about workflows available.
Cons: Many cards with the same subject; it should be possible to include the same subjects in a single card.
