Did the job for what we needed, but we moved to a more comprehensive tool in the end. Ui was old and great.
Pros: Notifications were clear and loud. Did what it said on the tin, never had any problems. Ui seemed a bit old
Cons: Didn’t connect into other apps as welll as alternatives. The notification sound whilst good, was very annoying.

Keeps our client communications in one place, helps us answer faster, and track issues for web projects. It's made real-time support easier to handle, improving our service and speeding up the response at Erudite Web Solutions.
Pros: Tawk.to is a great option for handling client chats and quick questions right from our web projects. It is affordable, has useful messaging features, and is easy to set up; thus, I can embed it on client sites and monitor conversations for our development team without a problem.
Cons: Learning every feature takes time, and I've hit occasional bugs that disrupt the chat flow. Security settings need to be checked regularly, and message or email routing for projects of larger scope will require more manual effort, maybe more than on more major chat platforms.

Overall, the experience isn't bad. Since there is no cost and integrates well with our website, it's a winner. Honestly, I can't remember a time when Tawk.to was not working or had issues.
Pros: It integrates well with our website. Best of all, it's free. There are pay options that include a virtual assistant or a real life assistant.
Cons: The notifications could be better. There's really no way to configure notifications other than "on" or "off".

Easy to use, quick to set up, and completely free. Great for staying connected with visitors and improving response time on any device.
Pros: I really like how easy tawk.to is to use. It took just a few minutes to set up, and I was able to start chatting with visitors right away.
Cons: The automatic disconnection, it sometimes logs you out or shows you as offline without warning, which means you could miss a chat.

Pretty good. It was a good starting point for us offering live chat to our customers and without removing the branding and paying for the service having a free option to chat to customers on our site was valuable.
Pros: The live chat solution was easy to use and fairly fluid as an experience for the customer. It was also free to use.
Cons: IT was less adaptable to our company branding than we wanted it to be, so whilst it was a great entry into live chat as a free product, it did have limitations.

A very solid chat support platform that is easy and quick to implement with wordpress and has some impressive features even at the free tier.
Pros: A very clean interface, decent desktop app and easy integration with wordpress sites. Also has a larger feature set than many other comparable website helpdesk/chat apps.
Cons: There are some instances where Tawk has slowed our website page loading speeds down. Some alternative options are lighter and don't affect performance as much.

It decreased our call volume and helped us resolve B2B order challenges more easily. Our customers now have a hotline to us during business hours, and it makes us look good on our response times. For a free tool, it’s been remarkably powerful.
Pros: Tawk. to was an easy plug-in to our site. We primarily use it for inbound order questions and post-shipping support. The real-time chat, makes our customers feel like their’s someone on the other end, even though our ops team is small.
Cons: Advanced in-box integrations like CRM or ERP sync are missing. We had to create a manual system for tracking certain chats for internal follow-up.

It has helped us cut our response times down, and we’ve caught some leads that might’ve otherwise bounced. We have converted casual questions into real bookings just by being available when someone is browsing. For a customer-facing job like mine, that live connect matters a lot.
Pros: Tawk. to very easy to keep in touch with people visiting our website. I like that I can manage multiple chats at once, observe what people are typing before they hit send and pitch in with canned replies when it’s busy. It feels direct and personal, and customers respond to it.
Cons: Notifications are sometimes inconsistent when I haven’t had the browser tab open, I missed a couple of incoming chats. And having the mobile app is useful but not as quick to toggle between multiple conversations.

Interface is excellent. Chat response are real time based.
Pros: Easy to communicate with customers. Responses can be checked in real time. Easy to navigate. Employess can communicate with each other in DM section. Group option is also very helpful. The feature is like the most is employess can track the chat history in very convenient way.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike in tawk to. Ai chat feature could be enhanced.

Pros: Mi ha colpito molto di tawk.to l'implementazione tramite lo script, ho apprezzato molto il fatto che quando un utente scrive un messaggio tramite la chat live arriva un suono emesso. Ottimo veramente anche nel modificare il form, mi è piaciuto veramente molto il fatto che mentre un utente scrive ti da già in chiaro il testo, molte funzionalità ottimo veramente
Cons: Mi è piaciuto di meno di tawk.to il fatto che ho apportato modifiche direttamente dal sito, le modifiche non erano state apportate subito, cioè un'utente interagiva nella chat ma avevo apportato modifiche ma non ha effettuato subito la modifica

Overall, it was a great tool when we didn't have the resources to navigate a more complex implementation
Pros: Tawk was very easy to implement and allowed us to provide great customer service easily!
Cons: It was not visually appealing on the front or back out of the box - and it was not the easiest to customize

Set up was easy, overall a decent product for the price, or lack of price, but when it comes to data safety, and their lack of commitment to it, it pretty much negates ease of use.
Pros: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. We have been using the product for a month, just enough time to really get the knowledge base filled in, and the support ticketing service set up, when we got notice that the page is showing a PHISHING SCAM. We alerted Tawk to this issue, and they basically said the knowledge base is not their product (which is is tied directly into their dashboard as a service they provide) and can do nothing about it. So they are willfully allowing your client data to be stolen, and have absolutely no desire to resolve it. AVOID. This company will not only make your services look bad, they don't seem to care at all of the safety of your clients.
Cons: Poor customer service. Which is funny for a company that literally provides customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Pros: Tawk.io allows me to customize the chat bubble, see in real time what people are typing before hitting send so I know what si on their mind. It recognizes new vs return users and you can set up page specific messaging to increase conversions.
Cons: I had a web developer deploy it and it took time to get the setting right and the messaging correct, but after that it's pretty easy to use.

Pros: Tawk.to's live chat feature is awesome and is perfect for our website! Their free plan is amazing, and unbeatable. No other live chat service offers the same level of service and features as Tawk without a big price tag.
Cons: There aren't many cons about tawk.to! One thing which does stand out is the lack of options to fully customise the chat - maybe allowing for more customisation would improve the service. As well as updating the UI.

Good for live chats, but lacks some ticket management features.
Pros: We mainly use it for their live chat feature, but we're also happy with the traffic notifications.
Cons: Some traffic gets disconnected from their country, so their country data is gone and a default worldwide icon appears.

Pros: Theres not much not to like about this company! Their chat is great, has a ton of add on functionality if you want it, but if you want bare-bones its able to to that for you as well. I was hesitant coming into a company that i had never heard of before but this thing, given its price and its robust list of great features makes it unbeatable.
Cons: Customer service is a bit slow at times if im being honest.
