I have completely stopped using it because it just wasn’t the right fit for my business model. I’m sure it would be much better used for a larger or more streamlined platform than mine.
Pros: I stopped using this program, it wasn’t useful for my business which is a creative artistic small business run only by me. It caused too much confusion with my customers so I disabled it.
Cons: It was too in your face for my clients who would rather call or email me. It’s easier for them to talk to me via email or phone call due to the nature of my business.

Very positive overall. We implemented Chatway to simplify support across our website, email, and social channels, and it has done exactly that. Setup was quick, the interface is very intuitive, and everything connected without much effort. The AI agent has been especially useful. Once connected to our knowledge base it started answering questions quickly and accurately, and today it resolves the large majority of incoming inquiries without human involvement. That alone saves us a lot of time. The platform is also very affordable compared to many other support tools, while still offering everything we need. Whenever we had a question, the support team responded quickly and helped resolve things fast. Overall it has been a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution for running customer support.

Pros: Extremely useful widget to chat with guests on our website. Easy to use, highly personalisation allowed, many features (both free and paid). [sensitive content hidden] from Customer service responded within seconds!
Cons: Honestly my experience was overall very good! We have nothing to complain about. Maybe an email alert for messages received and not responded might be useful.

Amazing. Very easy to use. Staff are prompt in responding to queries and easily connected to my website. Also easy for customers to use. I get real time email updates which just make the process so much smoother.
Pros: I love the free feature! It reallow brings a professional vibe to my new website and have had many compliments on it! Very Easy to use. I love the email updates so I can have to click through multiple platforms.
Cons: Nothing really! I cannot complain at all! Especially using the free feature. I did trial the other feature and will definitely use it when business picks up

Pros: I really enjoy the interface ease and convenient chat option while on the go. As a mom and someone who often conducts business and checks on my shop, while away from my workstation, I need a way to see my shop and chats quickly and all in one place.
Cons: The only downside of Chatway is the fact that the free plan is limited, and there is no description of what the paid plan entails. Thus not a real incentive to upgrade. If I upgrade and it is not worth it, I am going to be displeased because I wasted money.

It was so easy to chat with Chatway. In a busy world it made it easy for clients to communicate right away. An awesome tool to use to prevent your potential customers from going elsewhere. This way I can chat right away and answer all questions.
Pros: It was so easy to use and very functional. I love the way it appears on your page right away. This is one of the best things that has happened to me and I feel good about leveling up!
Cons: I actually don’t have anything bad to say. It’s perfect for me. Everyone needs this for their website businesses.

So far so good. Great feedback from potential customers. Not everyone leaves a message, but it’s nice to hear what they think.
Pros: Easy to set up! Followed directions, works well on my website. Follow up from the staff is great and helpful.

Excellent, really excellent - easy to set up and obviously easy for my guests to use too. Very happy so far with my overall experience with Chatway.
Pros: So far, I installed Chatway yesterday, all by myself! I have already helped a guest and feel more connected to my site; that guests aren't struggling and leaving but can easily communicate with me. I found it easy to customise to my website's colours, so far so good!
Cons: Nothing at the moment...I only set it up yesterday, even customer service are very available and ready to help with any questions.

Very good. Easy use so I’m happy. I have no qualms and I can see how many will benefit from this app. It makes communicating with clientele very simple.
Pros: So far so good. It’s very easy to use and I get a few messages here and there. I haven’t used it too much, but I can say it’s very simple and works so I love that.

Pros: The customer support is amazing. They really went out of there way to help resolve the issues I was having with the chat box. The way they held my hand to assist me with the lack of my knowledge of technology. They were great.

To this point it has been very easy to use and it is beneficial to the customer and business operator as well.
Pros: I like having the ability to chat with our customers and answer questions that they might have. It is beneficial for the customer and business operator as well. Helping the customer and gaining valuable feedback from chatting is important.
Cons: I'm not always near my computer or mobile device due to other responsibilities. Chatting doesn't have to happen the very second a customer sends a message but the sooner the reply, the better.

I can say all years as freelancer, this is my choosen i'am glad to discover it, most similar app, they use only free as ads, if u use it only for small business i guess it's the perfect app, also puchace it don't cost a lot, verry good price too

Pros: Super easy to set up and use, have gotten a few leads in the first few days.

Flawless !!! When ever I have an problem I get a response live and FAST... To me that is so awesome and valuable. FOR THE CELL PHONE APP... Can you make it so that I can have a CUSTOME CHIME... that would be helpful. :-)
Pros: Unlike GoDaddy. CHATWAY has instant customer support. That's valuable to me. Because I'm like GoDaddy they answer almost immediately or GoDaddy doesn't give a shit that you're a client. [sensitive content hidden]
Cons: So far I have zero problems. I am just starting out and can't do $9 per agent... So it would be nice if 2 agents for the same price. so I took my wife off as an Agent because of that. I wish it could say what I don't like about it BUT I have nothing to complain about other than I need to know how to run the plugin better...

Overall, Chatway has been effective for our company as two customers already emailed within the first day of having this app.
Pros: Chatway was easy to set up. The prompts directed you what to fill out and how the widget would look.
Cons: I would prefer that Chatway was a free program with the added features of the pro plan, minus the multiple agents. I feel that the fees should be charged if a company has multiple agents
