Zoom Workplace

Pros: What I like most about Zoom is the level of customization when it comes to filters, aspect ratio, amongst other video configurations.

Cons: What I least like about Zoom is that the controls can be a little elusive depending on the window configuration.

Pros: I like Zoom Workplace and chose it because of its strong webinar functionality, which makes hosting and managing events very straightforward, and I use it often. I also really appreciate how easy it is to use overall. This includes the interface, which is clean, modern, and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get familiar with, but also is a nice software to use. The customer support is quick and responsive, which makes a big difference when you need help. Overall, Zoom offers a smooth user experience with a well-designed, user-friendly interface, easy for cross-team meetings/collaboration and I love using it.

Cons: One downside of Zoom Workplace is that it can be difficult to see all participants clearly when you have a large group, especially on laptop screens. This can make it harder to stay engaged with everyone but the gallery view with arrows to move the participants around does help. Another drawback is the extra costs, some useful features are only available as paid add‑ons, which can make it more expensive overall than expected.

Pros: In our institution Zoom Workplace is our primary video and web conferencing solution. It helps team to collaborate and share information, idea and knowledge through text, calls and whatsapp. Offers ease of use and improves team productivity.

Cons: The platform has an overreliance with strong internet connection. With slow connection we experienced frequent call dropping/ disconnection.

Pros: Zoom has been one of the most reliable platforms for virtual meetings, training sessions, and remote collaboration. The audio/video quality is consistently strong, screen sharing is simple, and joining meetings is easy even for less technical users. Scheduling and hosting meetings is straightforward, and the platform scales well from small team calls to large presentations and webinars.

Cons: Some advanced features and larger meeting capabilities require higher-tier plans, and managing settings across users can occasionally feel a bit overwhelming. However, the overall stability and ease of use outweigh those issues.

Pros: Zoom ist super einfach zu bedienen und macht ohne Probleme. Die Videoqualität ist sehr gut und auch bei schlechter Verbindung noch akzeptabel. Breakout Rooms sind sehr präktisch.

Cons: Manchmal friert Zoom ein oder es gibt Ton-Probleme. Der Speicherplatz für Aufnahmen ist beim kostenlosen Plan sehr begrenzt. Vorallem bei großen Meetings kann es manchmal laggen.

Pros: What I liked most about Zoom Workplace is the ease of the use and lack of bugs/issues when running the software.

Cons: What I liked least about Zoom Workplace is the limited call durance when you do not have the license and need to pay for longer calls.

Pros: If you want value for money then zoom workplace will be perfect for you! The ease of use, customer support and the video call options are top notch. There are no bugs and issues and productivity is exactly what I was looking for! Team collaboration is also amazing!

Cons: I truly have no complaints about Zoom Workplace. I have used it for 6-8 months and it’s been smooth sailing for me!

Pros: For some reason, maybe because it's one of the first workplace-oriented conference software, it's become the standard. I got it for when other people schedule calls. So I like it so I can integrate with other users.

Cons: It's morbidly expensive - the free plan is minimal. Additionally, the setup is very difficult. Desktop is super-complicated to configure.

Pros: Video calls are extremely useful in today's labour market. Some additional pros include the ability to blur your background and to select whether you want your camera and microphone on before you actually join the call.

Cons: I don't find Zoom Workplace very user-friendly. I struggle to book meetings with others on the platform and manage my meetings. However, as a guest, I see no cons.

Pros: What I liked most about Zoom Workplace was its ease of use and reliable video conferencing quality. It made communication and collaboration simple, whether for meetings, chat, or remote teamwork.

Cons: The biggest downside was that some advanced features can be confusing to navigate, and the platform can use a lot of system resources during larger meetings or extended use.

Cons: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei größerem Lizenzbedarf oder bei erweiterter Funktionalität wird schwächer. US-basierte Lösung ist nicht immer einfach mit dem Datenschutz in Einklang zu bringen.

Pros: Zoom Workplace is essential for our academic department. It allows me to join virtual research seminars and share my screen to present data findings to my supervisor without needing to be physically present on campus.

Cons: The platform can be quite heavy on mobile data consumption. When I am conducting field research away from the university Wi-Fi, using Zoom for long meetings drains my mobile data plan very quickly. I also occasionally find that the background noise suppression could be improved for noisy environments.

Pros: Works well for managing remote work, screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording meetings make collaboration easier. Calls are generally stable with clear video and sound. It handles large meetings well compared to a lot of other platforms.

Cons: Zoom depends heavily on internet quality, bad WiFi can cause freezing, audio cutting out, or dropped calls BUT this is no fault of Zoom.

Pros: I love the way they have advanced the videos. I lead a Breathwork class and I am able to leave my classes and play music at the same time.

Cons: It’s a little difficult to use, but once you get the hang of it works well. The audio was not easy to use

Pros: What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is for all the Agents to join the morning briefing. I work with Pitch Perfect, and we have five campaigns with over 600 sales agents, but we all use one Zoom link to meet every morning before we get on the phones. Zoom makes it simple for everyone to connect at the same time, and the audio and video stay clear even with a large group. I also like that we use it for training and emergency meetings because it’s reliable and quick to set up.

Cons: What I liked least about Zoom Workplace is that when all five campaigns join the same morning meeting — over 600 sales agents — the call can sometimes lag or freeze. With that many people on one link, the audio occasionally cuts out, and it can be hard to hear the updates clearly. It doesn’t happen every day, but when it does, it slows down the briefing before we start work.

Pros: I love that you can do somuch in a Zoom meeting, I love knowing that as the host I am able toc ontrol all aspects of the meeting

Cons: I have nothing bad to say about the Zoom Workpace, It always does what it is suppose to do. I love that I can have everything all in oneplace

Pros: Zoom is very user friendly and easy to navigate and search. It is great for team meetings and video calls. Good value.

Cons: I do not really have any cons about Zoom Workplace. I have never had any issues with the sight and it is very east to use.

Pros: I think Zoom has several features that it makes it easy to collaborate with other team members. You can share your screen, you can write things on the screen, and it just makes team collaboration that much easier. I also think it's pretty easy to use with a lot of buttons have identifying features so you know which one you need to click on. Overall, it makes video calls pretty easy.

Cons: I think the con of using Zoom Workplace is that some features available on the app aren't available on the browser. I also think that sometimes customer support takes too long to get back to you. There have been times where the Zoom app also abruptly shuts itself off ending my calls.

Pros: Zoom Workplace is a unified collaboration solution. It is easy to setup and deploy. The software has ensured collective participation in our media production industry. It has quality and outstanding video and audio.

Cons: Zoom Workplace is a great tool for collaboration.The quality of video and and audio is outstanding. I have nothing to dislike.

Pros: Zoom makes it easy to meet with people all over the world. It is great for team collaboration of any kind.

Cons: Sometimes the connection is hard to work with, usually due to audio issues. It can be a little hard to adjust the audio settings.

Pros: I enjoy Zoom it is used a lot in Telehealth visits in my field. Very easy to use. Compatible with many web addresses. Easy for customers Or patients or team members to use.

Cons: There always seems to be a software glitch but most technology these days may have these issues in healthcare due to the constant upgrading of systems to be compatible with growing field.
