My overall experience with SalesBlink has been very positive as I work to scale my work. It has transformed how I handle cold outreach by automating the most time-consuming parts of the sales funnel. The integration of email warm-up and automated scheduling has made my workflow much more predictable and professional. I highly recommend it for any entrepreneur looking to grow their outreach efficiency without adding more manual work to their day.
Pros: The automated email warm-up and technical domain setup are fantastic for maintaining a high sender reputation during outreach. I have found the platform incredibly effective for scaling the distribution of digital products because the automation handles the heavy lifting of personalized messaging, allowing for a much more efficient workflow.
Cons: While the platform is very powerful, I sometimes find that the dashboard can be a bit sluggish when I am loading very large lead lists or refreshing complex reports. It doesn't prevent me from completing my tasks, but a more responsive and faster-loading interface would definitely make the daily workflow much smoother for power users.

Pros: This is the complete suite for cold outreach. almost everything needed for cold email outreach is withing the app. BlinkGPT rocks!

I like i can set it up and just have it run in the background to ensure i use my list to the max. Great tool.
Pros: Easy and efficient for cold outreach and list segmentation. Helped save time on outreach and list warmup.
Cons: Would like if they had 24/7 support but maybe they will have it in the future. There are help options available though

My experience with SalesBlink was great in the first week but it only went downhill from there. The product itself is good but the company is horrible.
Pros: Nothing really. The [sensitive content hidden] is so obnoxious that, even after I've unsubscribed from all their emails, they still email me, not respecting my choice.
Cons: The warmup feature, when bounced, and a few other times, sent me emails I didn't recognize and ended up thinking my email got spoofed. They assured me it was their emails and taught me how to create filters but taht could have come up as a notifiaction during the set up process of the warmup feature.

Overall, it’s been a good start. I faced a small challenge with SMTP setup, but once fixed, I launched my first campaign and even got a reply from a prospect. It’s a simple tool that works well for beginners.
Pros: It’s very beginner-friendly. I liked how fast I could create a sequence and how the AI helped me write my first emails. The unified inbox also made it easier to keep track of replies.
Cons: Customization options for templates are limited, and I wish support responded faster. I also had one issue where a test campaign didn’t send properly.

SalesBlink streamlined my workflow with powerful automation and solid support. Minor limitations don't hinder productivity. Highly recommended for small teams and startups.
Pros: Automates outreach sequences, easy AI personalization, intuitive dashboard, responsive customer support, saves time.
Cons: Needs more CRM integrations to work with popular platforms. Lacks built-in lead generation features. Minor bugs sometimes present in the interface.

Easy onboarding, simple setup, and easy reporting. Allows for multiple sequences, that are set up by the user. Would be great for AI to help create sequences.
Pros: The platform has a very approachable and easy-to-use interface. I was able to get set up and running without feeling overwhelmed, which is a big plus compared to other, more complex tools. The email warm-up feature is a nice, integrated touch, and the reporting is clear and provides good insights into campaign performance.
Cons: While it's a solid platform, it's not as "automated" as one might expect. It lacks a high-level AI that can intelligently orchestrate or build out entire sales sequences from a simple prompt. To get truly sophisticated, automated campaigns, you'll find yourself needing to supplement its capabilities with your favorite external AI engine for content and strategy creation.

I enjoyed the process of setting up my cold email process with this more than anything else i've tried for sending cold emails.
Pros: The easy of use for the product, these are usually annoying difficult. It also has an easy integration to g-suite. Which is what i need it for.
Cons: not having unlimited email verifications is the one thing that really keeps this from being an ideal product. Non verified emails are lighting money on fire.

SalesBlink is a less expensive alternative to other software. I have been using a different software for a year and the only thing that I did not like about that software was the price. SalesBlink purports to have the same features, so the same outcome, but more clunky to implement and not clear instructions on how to deploy. I have been Googling A LOT.
Pros: I was able to bulk upload emails. It is nice that you can upload leads and verify them as a part of the process. There is a clear distinction on the report log of the recipient activity - you can see who clicked a link, who opened, and a list of those who replied. Creating a template was very easy, although the spintax to insert a signature did not work for me - I decided to paste my signature into each email instead. A signature is not automatically attached.
Cons: The bulk updating for the connected sender emails was not effective. Building a campaign with logic is not intuitive like it is with others, like Snov.io. Signature attachment is not automatic.

My initial experience with SalesBlink has been highly positive. Setup and onboarding were smooth and intuitive thanks to excellent documentation and responsive AI-assisted support. The robust feature set makes SalesBlink particularly valuable for small agencies like ours, looking to efficiently manage and scale multiple client accounts simultaneously. It’s a genuinely promising tool for boosting productivity in sales outreach.
Pros: The extensive range of features is impressive—especially the unlimited integrations, ability to use our own OpenAI API, powerful white-label capabilities for managing multiple clients through dedicated workspaces, and unlimited templates and scheduling options. The comprehensive knowledge base and helpful AI-powered chat support also significantly simplify the onboarding process.
Cons: So far, nothing significant. The platform provides a great first impression, and any minor initial challenges were quickly resolved through the clear tutorials and knowledge base. If I find areas for improvement after deeper usage, I'll update accordingly.

Pros: The best part is it’s like a full package for cold outreach. I didn’t have to jump between tools to find leads, send emails, and track replies. Everything is in one dashboard and that made things super easy. Also love the sequence builder, it’s drag n drop style and fun to use.
Cons: Sometimes the emails land in spam even when I do warm-up right. And few times the platform felt a bit slow or laggy when loading stuff. Not deal breakers, but kinda annoying when I’m in rush.

SalesBlink has been a useful addition to my B2B outreach toolkit. It’s easy to set up, well-structured, and saves me time by centralizing multiple channels into one streamlined workflow. The product has a clear vision and is evolving in the right direction. I'm looking forward to seeing more features roll out as the team continues to grow.
Pros: The multichannel automation with email, LinkedIn, and calls in one sequence is excellent. The visual campaign builder is intuitive and user-friendly. I also appreciated the fast and helpful support team.
Cons: Some advanced features like reporting, integrations, and tagging still need refinement. The platform is promising, but a few areas require further development to match enterprise-level tools.

I can recommend it to anyone that wants to improve their email outreach with ai and improve the lead qualification
Pros: Easy of use, build in CRM and it helps me to get quality leads in a semi automated way and qualify them automatically,
Cons: It took me a while to really get the hang of it but now I am quite productive with it and maybe a connection with Linkedin would be nice so I could email my connections on Linkedin

Pros: $80
Cons: While using SalesBlink, I did encounter the occasional bug or glitch—nothing major, but things like small interface hiccups or features not behaving exactly as expected. That said, this is fairly common with tools undergoing active development and frequent updates. In fact, it’s often a sign that the product is evolving rapidly in response to user feedback. The team seems committed to improvement, and most issues are either resolved quickly or have viable workarounds.

SalesBlink is solving the challenge of building and managing cold outreach campaigns at scale. Before using it, we had to juggle multiple tools for prospecting, email sequencing, follow-ups, and warming up email
Pros: SalesBlink stands out for its user-friendly onboarding and clear documentation, which made it very easy to get started. The UI is intuitive, and the platform guides you step-by-step through setting up campaigns. I also appreciate the wide range of integrations with CRMs and email services—it fits seamlessly into our existing workflow.
Cons: While the platform is powerful, the analytics dashboard could be more customizable. I’d like to see more flexibility in how data is displayed and filtered. Also, some integrations require a bit of manual setup that could be simplified in future updates.

I purchased this through AppSumo and am pleased to have a lifetime deal. Currently, I am in the process of transferring all off my outreach emails and contacts into this program.
Pros: I love the dashboard layout. It is visually attractive and has all of the information laid out where I can access it. It is also a single source for my email sequences, Including warm-ups and templates and flowcharts.
Cons: It has a bit of a learning curve to it. I have been using it for a couple days and I definitely don't feel like I'm proficient yet.

Using SalesBlink for personal, targeted outreach. It automates follow-ups while keeping things human and tailored.
Pros: SalesBlink saves me hours on cold outreach by automating the busywork without killing personalization.
Cons: Some parts of the interface feel clunky and take a bit of trial and error to figure out or tweak properly.
Jordan M. · Business Advisor · Education Management · June 1, 2025
Salesblink helped me land my first client. It has been a learning curve, but I am sticking with it. I like the platform
Pros: No limits on outreach sending addresses, no limits on the number of leads that can be uploaded. Spintax generator works well
Cons: BlinkGPT needs some serious work, either improve it or get rid of the need to manually approve messages.

I am currently discovering SalesBlink, and so far, the learning curve has been quite short. Until now, I had been combining several solutions for prospecting and B2B email outreach, so it has been a great advantage to find the entire workflow—lead search, verification, and multi-channel sequences and cadences—within a single dashboard. In addition, the LinkedIn scraping and email validation feature has reduced my current bounce rate. In short, my assessment as a newbie is ‘highly recommended’ 👌🏻
Pros: For now, what I value most, as a novice user, is its visual sequence builder: I drag blocks, define conditions, and in an instant I have a campaign ready for A/B testing without having to write code or get lost in menus.
Cons: My current obstacle due to lack of time and patience: integrating SalesBlink into our CRM; the native connection requires extra steps and is not yet flowing smoothly.
Luis F. · sales · Wholesale · May 31, 2025

Pretty good. You set the email campaign up and let it run. Pretty simple to view the results. I love the automation aspect and the results visuals give you a better insight.
Pros: There are a few things I really appreciate about this company. As a Principal Security Consultant, I often work late hours, and I noticed that whenever I was setting up email campaigns, the staff was always available to answer my questions—even early in the morning or late at night. Their team is very knowledgeable about the product. What stands out is that when I ask a question, I get practical, real-world answers on how to set up email campaigns, automations, or whatever task I’m working on. They guide me clearly and efficiently, so I can quickly move on to the next step—no wasting 30 minutes to an hour stuck waiting for help. Overall, their support makes a big difference in keeping my work flowing smoothly.
Cons: Email automation does not seem to turn off when it hits the last person. The automation seems to stay in a state of waiting at times untill you address it.
Wesley S. · CISO · Computer & Network Security · May 29, 2025
Overall, my experience has been very positive. SalesBlink helped me launch cold email campaigns faster and in a more professional way. It saved me a lot of time on repetitive tasks and improved both open and reply rates compared to previous tools I used. The customer support was also responsive and helpful when I had setup questions.
Pros: What I liked most about SalesBlink is the end-to-end automation of the cold outreach process — from lead generation to email follow-ups. The interface is intuitive, and the visual workflow builder makes setting up campaigns very easy. It also integrates smoothly with tools like Zapier, which really streamlines my workflow.
Cons: The lead database could be more accurate in some specific niches. Also, the email design capabilities are a bit limited compared to other more visual platforms, although it still gets the job done.

Pros: The ease of access and use, the tool seems very powerful I’m still learning the ropes but at the moment seems very promising
Cons: As I am still learning nothing in particular stands out as something I don’t like it’s a new tool and I have to mess around with it
Joshua L. · Founder · Market Research · May 29, 2025
My overall experience with Salesblink is pretty straightforward. I needed a new software (and not one that's trying to be everything to everyone) for outbound emailing and automations. I came across Salesblink tried them out and they just worked!
Pros: I love the ease of use and UI of Salesblink. Easy to setup and get done what needs to get done. I've grown tired of the complete 'all in one' softwares.
Cons: I haven't encountered any real issues with the software since I've been using it. Once again, it's a focused software that does what it does well.
