I’ve been using Fusebase for many years. Back then, it was called Nimbus Notes. I switched from Evernote to Nimbus because the storage limits were more generous. Over the years, the team has continuously developed the product, which is now incredibly more feature-rich, yet still at the same price. It’s probably one of the products that has seen the most impressive evolution of all those I’ve tested over the last 5 years.
Pros: Fusebase is a highly versatile tool that can be used for a wide range of purposes, from document management to a portal where your clients can access all the data you wish to share with them. Everything I use on a daily basis is stored there: my price lists, various documents from my suppliers, backups of my invoices, and so on.
Cons: Unfortunately, Fusebase is not yet as well known as tools such as Notion, and few tools have chosen to integrate with it.

Like many agencies, we tried out a bunch of different tools, but we quickly hit a snag... managing multiple platforms for different tasks was a real headache! It made our workflow a mess, and it also shot up our costs. We stumbled upon this tool, and we thought, “Why not give it a shot for a few months?” Our team was over the moon to have everything in one place. Plus, knowing the company had been around for ages, we felt confident they’d be a reliable partner. We onboard a B2B client using FuseBase, and they were so impressed that they decided to use it too!

Cons: The platform's speed is impressive, though I wouldn't rank it as the best. They've recently announced a migration to a new and improved infrastructure. I'm eager to see how this will enhance performance.

Pros: Great notebook app for business. I use it to keep business notes and back up documents.
Cons: Some features are still limited and it can be a little buggy occasionally but they are constantly working on improving the product.

I was surprised how much client spaces impacted sales. I'm really happy that I watched their webinar about portals and deal rooms and decided to try FuseBase. I recommend it as a worflow upgrade for 2025
Pros: It's a great client management tool with an internal workspace. It has a lot of integrations that have helped us organize our Google Ads management. It was a nightmare with all the data and stuff! Deal room's features solved our looping file-sharing and client portals let us create dashboards with all updates and campaigns for our clients. Btw, FuseBase has a pretty good table manager, which I like :)
Cons: I have no major complaints. However, I would like to see the mobile app. They already have automated notifications about events in the workspace/portals, so I believe the app should be the next great step

The ease of use and simplicity is a perfect fit for client and team collaboration. And I like that it can be customized for your brand.
Pros: We have implemented a new client management process with FuseBase that streamlines the onboarding of clients. Each client gets their own portal, which they can access with an invitation link that automatically redirects them to the right portal. This feature has cut down on the time and effort needed to manage multiple projects at once by getting rid of the need for manual registration or searching.
Cons: Haven't had any problems so far, FuseBase is a completely suitable tool for our current needs.

FuseBase is an amazingly powerful platform, and it's great to have a friendly FuseBase support team to manage everything for the first time. I'm really happy with the service and the product overall.
Pros: We mainly use FuseBase as a knowledge base builder, but we've recently found that it's also great for automating the recruiting and onboarding process for new projects. In a special dashboard you can automate internal processes within FuseBase and integrate them with other services, for example we use pre-built email notifications to trigger targeted data collection. I also like the way we can create portals with real-time chat for each project, which makes it easier for us to manage our outsourcing teams
Cons: Even when we were learning it, we had no issues with it.

Pros: Very good ticketing system to connect multiple marketplaces for multiple CS employees. Great to see when someone is even viewing a ticket avoiding multiple employees taking the same tickets, gives an AI summer of past conversations, has rules to sort out certain issues or even filter the nature of the message, performance metrics are easy to understand, there is a lot of good features around it. Support is very responsive if any issue.
Cons: Can't really think of one, any issue and the support responded and fixed any issue promptly.

I'm happy with the product and the customer service. When I was confused with the cname configuration for the portal, the Fusebase team invited me in for an onboarding call and helped me set up the product the same day. I guess this kind of customer treatment should be the golden rule for product companies
Pros: So far, Fusebase is the best software for managing multiple clients. I really like the unified link feature because it automatically directs each client to their portal, so i highly recommend it to anyone seeking versatility and an intuitive UI to work with people with different backgrounds.
Cons: Works really well for me. Would like to see more widgets for surveys, i think with Fusebase automations it will shine

I like using FuseBase with my team to make sure we have the right tools for our clients.
Pros: We started using FuseBase as a way to manage client requests that were previously scattered across different apps, like in the clouds or chats. We finally got rid of that dead spot and brought to life about 80% of our backlog ideas in a few months instead of a quarter. Now we can see everything in one place, which is great.
Cons: Nothing really. Firstly, wasn't sure if we needed to create a new portal for every client, but the FuseBase onboarding team helped me figure it out and showed me how to duplicate portals. Now I just make a few changes and it's done.
Anna K. · Product Manager · Information Technology and Services · August 29, 2024
Pros: FuseBase's client engagement tracking has been quite beneficial. It allows us to see how clients interact with the content we create, providing valuable insights into their preferences and behaviors. The platform's ability to handle campaign feedback and revisions in one centralized location has also been a major plus, saving us time and effort in coordinating with clients. Additionally, the ease of sharing campaign analytics and reports directly with clients through the portal has enhanced our transparency and accountability.
Cons: Actually all work pretty great, I like the way the platform is flexible, so nothing to worry about or complain
Alexey K. · Co-founder · Information Technology and Services · January 24, 2024
Overall, my experience with FuseBase has been pretty good. It's made dealing with clients a bit smoother and more organized. We're able to respond faster and keep everything in one place, which has been helpful. It's also given our company a more polished look when interacting with clients. FuseBase has been a helpful addition to our business, making our client interactions more efficient and a bit easier.
Pros: I've found FuseBase's client portal to be a solid tool for our daily operations. It's great for sharing documents in a neat, organized way. The portal supports various media formats, which is handy as well Also, being able to chat with clients right in the portal has made communication quicker and more direct, which is important too.
Cons: There's not much to complain about with FuseBase. If I had to choose, I'd say a few more options to customize the portal to match our company's style would be nice.
Shirly C. · Content Marketer · Internet · January 19, 2024
FuseBase has made it easier for us to keep track of all our different projects and deadlines. We're more organized now, and it's helped us work more smoothly. It's definitely made things a bit easier around here, especially when it comes to dealing with our clients' work.
Pros: I really like how FuseBase helps us keep our projects organized. It's pretty easy to use, which is great for everyone on the team. The customization is a nice touch – we can make it fit what we need. Also, it feels secure, which is important when we're handling client info.
Cons: All works pretty good, I am completely satisfied with it. Go team waiting for more features

I struggled for years to wrangle siloed systems, redundant workflows, duplicative work, and limited visibility. This tool solved these universal coordination nightmares by tightly integrating collaboration into efficient hubs. The unified platform gives me the visibility needed to optimize resources, spot inefficiencies, and boost productivity agency-wide.
Pros: If you had told me a year ago that a single platform could streamline our agency's entire convoluted process, I would have laughed. But this tool proved me wrong and revolutionized how we operate. Finally having one connected solution for files, tasks, collaboration, and reporting was a revelation after years relying on disjointed tools.
Cons: Adopting new systems is always rocky but we managed to do that almost seamless, so no harsh comments from me
Nane K. · Team lead and SEO specialist · Marketing and Advertising · November 15, 2023
It has brought order and alignment to our agency in ways no single platform ever could. Removing duplicative tools and disjointed systems was an absolute game-changer. I can't fathom returning to our chaotic previous environment. This tool has cultivated calm and efficiency across our agency by elegantly pulling collaboration into one solution.
Pros: The streamlined system gives me the visibility needed to remove bottlenecks, optimize resources, and foster productivity - things I perpetually struggled with in the past.
Cons: Wishing for more wonderful features, go team!

It helps me in two major ways. First, it streamlines collaboration by removing the need to toggle between disconnected platforms. Having one hub for the full project lifecycle is invaluable.Secondly, this tool enables me to “step up my game” in how I engage and interface with clients. The ability to provide branded, professional portals gives me an edge over other solopreneurs while delivering transparency. Consolidating each engagement into this tool has leveled up my consultancy.
Pros: The number one benefit I've experienced with this tool is how it enables me to take a more professional, consolidated approach to working with clients. I can brand and customize portals to give each client an elevated experience for accessing documents, communicating, and giving feedback. It makes me look like a larger firm.
Cons: Some of the project management tools don't translate 100% to mobile yet. But I rarely use my phone for work
Julia K. · Marketing Manager · Marketing and Advertising · October 16, 2023
"It has made our client services workflow much smoother. Keeping all project files, conversations, tasks, and approvals in one place, accessible to clients 24/7 via their portal has been game-changing. No more chasing down emails and piecing together feedback. The backoffice helps our team collaborate and manage the internal details efficiently too.The customer support during setup was excellent. The team took the time to understand our needs and provided ongoing training. I'd recommend this tool to any agency or service provider looking for an improved way to work with clients. It just makes everything more organized and transparent for both sides. I'm looking forward to seeing they grow and add even more capabilities."
Pros: The client portals are my favorite part. They provide an easy way for our clients to stay up to date and collaborate without needing to learn multiple systems. From project timelines to approvals, everything they need is organized in their portal. This has drastically reduced emails and calls from clients trying to get information.
Cons: They constantly launch updates so no wonder their tool gets buggy at times. However, in general everything is great.

I am not exaggerating. I have never had an experience with a SaaS that was worse than my experience with Nimbus. On top of that it integrates with basically nothing.
Pros: Nothing, there aren’t any. The best “features” you can’t even use. Their biggest differentiator is that their customer service is significantly worse than their competitors for more money.
Cons: Customer service is the worst. Product is buggy. Portal feature isn’t available. They resort to stealing to make money.
Chris L. · Ceo · Computer Networking · October 12, 2023
Overall I am very satisfied with this tool. I used to use another tool similar but they continued to crash or request upgrading to continue with the same functions I had become accustomed to. Nimbus has been very reliable and I often suggest it to my clients.
Pros: This tool is very useful in my everyday campaign management. I use it to keep track of my projects and their successful outcomes can easily be shared with my clients. Also love that I can use it in incognito to search for results in any location, very helpful with clients across the USA and Canada.
Cons: Honestly, I have not found any part of the tool to be hard to learn or teach someone else how to install and use.

All in all, Nimbus Note has been a great fit for my needs. Despite the small quirks, it's turned a chaotic, disorganized process into something cohesive and transparent. Working with my team and clients has become more streamlined, and it feels like we're all on the same page. That's a big win, and I'd happily recommend it to others in my field.
Pros: I really appreciated how Nimbus Note streamlined our communication and collaboration. The internal workhub kept everything organized, and the client portals were like having a unique, online meeting room for each client. Everything was in one place, which was a huge relief.
Cons: While my experience was generally positive, I did run into some minor annoyances like occasional bugs.
Valeriia D. · BDM · Computer Software · August 25, 2023
It just works. It's taken away so many client collaboration headaches and given me back more time in my day. The structured communication and approvals have made my client interactions much smoother. I don't stress nearly as much about keeping clients happy and in the loop.
Pros: I've tried my fair share of project management platforms that promise easy client collaboration but always seem to come up short. Emailing clients constantly for approvals and feedback has been the norm, until we started using this tool. What I love most is that it actually delivers on making client collaboration smooth and simple. The customized portals are a total game changer! It's so nice having a dedicated place where I can provide real-time project updates, share files, and keep all discussions in one spot for each client.
Cons: Notifications can sometimes be a tad delayed. But it's a small price to pay for literally transforming how our agency collaborates with clients.
Mariia I. · Marketing Manager · Information Technology and Services · August 24, 2023
My experience with Nimbus Note has been highly positive. It's revolutionized the way we manage information, collaborate with clients, and organize our work. Its intuitive knowledge base has made information retrieval efficient, while its client collaboration features have fostered transparency and productivity. Any initial challenges were quickly overcome, leaving us with a tool that has become essential to our daily operations.
Pros: I appreciate how Nimbus Note effortlessly centralizes knowledge management, enabling seamless information sharing and collaboration. Its user-friendliness and accessibility stand out, streamlining our organizational process.
Cons: To be honest, there's nothing specific that comes to mind that I disliked about Nimbus Note. Its benefits have clearly overshadowed any minor inconveniences, making it a valuable asset for our team.

It took me a long time to migrate from Evernote just because I was so used to it and didn't want to change. However, I could only use Evernote on 2 of my devices unless I upgraded and it nagged me so much about it that I was "over it" and ready to move. I played around with Notion and I do like it (I have the free plan) but I really only wanted a Note taking app that was simple, could be my 2nd brain, and be available to access over all my apps. Nimbus is becoming my new favorite notes app. Bye Evernote!
Pros: I was able to snag a lifetime deal to Nimbus Note so I bought it without really knowing much about it other than it was an alternative to Evernote. It is very similar (like almost the same navigation on the left side that I am used to) but in general, I like the interface much better. It uses more colors and I LOVE to color-code everything! I like that I can customize it a little (for example, I can create "buttons" or progress bars). I've really enjoyed looking through the templates for things like to-do lists or meeting minutes so I'll be using this more for team or client meetings.
Cons: The only thing that puts Notion above Nimbus for me is that because Notion has an absolutely rabid fan base I can find TONS of useful tutorials and tips vs much less for Nimbus. However, I didn't find it too hard to learn because it was similar enough to Evernote. It doesn't have nearly the amount of advanced features as Notion but it does have everything I will realistically use and there may be other features down the road.

Cons: Possibilities of iOS apps are limited and performance should be better with large number of notes, import of several files at once should be possbile and makes the data transfer of large volumes of data slow

My experience with Nimbus Note was quite positive. Its versatility and comprehensive note-taking capabilities provided a convenient and organized way to manage my information. The synchronization and offline access features ensured that my notes were always available across devices. While there were occasional performance issues, they did not significantly hinder my overall experience. With some improvements in performance and user interface, Nimbus Note has the potential to become an even more powerful and user-friendly note-taking solution.
Pros: One of the things I liked most about Nimbus Note was its versatility and feature-rich nature. The ability to create and organize various types of notes, including text, images, audio, and even web clippings, made it a comprehensive solution for capturing and managing information. The seamless synchronization across multiple devices and the availability of offline access ensured that my notes were always accessible whenever and wherever I needed them. Additionally, the powerful search functionality and customizable tags made it easy to find and retrieve specific information quickly.
Cons: While Nimbus Note had many positive aspects, one thing I liked least was the occasional performance issues, especially when dealing with large note collections or attachments. There were times when it took longer than expected to sync or load notes, which could be a bit frustrating. Additionally, the user interface, although functional, could benefit from some refinements to enhance the overall user experience and make it even more intuitive and visually appealing.
