We use clarity on our own, plus every client website we work with. Being able to view each websites heat mapping to help from a CRO perspective has brought a ton of new insight to our analytics.
Pros: Clarity is EXTREMELY easy to setup through Google Tag Manager (or just adding a script to your website). It gives so much information around what users are doing on your website and where they are coming from.
Cons: We've had a few instances for whatever reason that the script confirms it's active, but then we find out data is not coming in and we have to close the container and start over.

Great free tool for those that want to save money.
Pros: I use it both at work and personal (father's ecommerce business site). The best part of the tool is the session recordings to assess what needs to be changed on your website to improve user engagement and conversions.
Cons: I would say that it seems like any "action" or "movement" is being recording on mobile.

We opted for Microsoft clarity over the Google analytics and it was the worth as clarity is giving us the detailed metrics of website and there is no need to separately go for heatmap as it is inbuilt in Microsoft clarity. On daily basis based on Microsoft clarity recommendations we make the changes and optimization in the website and increase the page speed performance by 3x.
Pros: I like the session recording of website and heatmap metrics from the Microsoft clarity which features is nobody giving in the market with that much clarity.
Cons: User interface is quite confusing. Rest all things are good.

we used this mainly for seeing our website visitors and their locations, and also we got daily, weekly and monthly visitors metrics of our website which is actually better than google analytics, this has saved our lot of time on preparing the website report for higher management
Pros: User interface is very good and provides all in depth metrics for analysis from the website and integration process will also not take much time
Cons: all things are good, no negative pointers in Microsoft clarity i would highly recommend this

My overall experience with clarity is good. The variety of reporting metrics give me insights about my website which helps me improve my Product, SEO and overall strategy.
Pros: The variety of reporting metrics are very good (heatmaps and video records). It gives me a comprehensive view of my website
Cons: User interface could be improved in terms of simplification. Customer support needs to be improved too.

Overall experience with clarity was the best, we mainly used heatmaps for tracking the website clicks and analysis and from that we made some optimizations in the website and that really helped us in driving 2x more traffic to our website
Pros: The Visitor metrics tracking and heatmap is the best feature i can say in Microsoft clarity and user interface is also very simple to navigate
Cons: Nothing as of now, all things are good but they can add the feature of displaying the contact number and email of users who are filling enquiry forms on the website and it should reflect in screen recording.

we have implement this micorsfot clarity for our website and on daily basis we are able to track the mterics like how many users came sourcwise and location wise, and which pages they seen on website, i think these are the the best features they are provinding and we are very happy with that, also we are able to track all our website metrics just because of micorsft clarity only and improved our website performance by 50%.
Pros: The reporting metrics and user wise screen recording are very great and it provides very deep information about your website. we have implemented this in last year and still we are using this happily
Cons: customer support needs to be improved and there is no any choatbot or helpine number to directly reachout to them for instant querry resolution.

I think in general is a very powerful tool because it gives you data not only from the heatmaps but also from the recordings.
Pros: I think the recording option is really useful to make UX improvement decisions.
Cons: It doesn't record the checkout of the ecommerce websites. Maybe they can hide the personal data somehow but it's important to know the step the users abandon.

Stable, precise, detailed and very easy to use or to set up
Pros: - it's free! - aggregates many crucial data and puts it in easy to understand panel - has got a detailed filter to search only data I need - has got dedicated bot filter - records visits on your site - top entry and top exit pages are great to see where user mostly comes and where leaves
Cons: only few integration possibilities. There's no FlutterFlow or google chat integrations, but it's no near crucial. So this tool is still great to have!

Pros: It's ease of use, i love how i can just get to recordings and know exactly or switfly what is causing bugs in peoples journeys.
Cons: It's hard to get started on it, i find as a non-technical person that it's hard to get used to it, learning curve about what kind of things you can do is not the most seamless.

Microsoft Clarity is a well build app, is has a nice and intuitive design, getting to features you want fast. Reports are easy to export and with useful information.
Pros: Setting up a project for the first time is easy and you dont have to have programing skills, tracking code can be added via plugins in wordpress or Google Tag Manager. Heatmap in an important feature for tracking clients behavior and understant it.
Cons: You can't say you have propper support, but is free.

It's amazing. Easy to work with and gives our businesses tremendous value!
Pros: It's awesome, especially when you consider it's free (I know, they want to collect as much data as possible).
Cons: That I cannot provide screenshots manually. When analyzing our webpages, some screenshots Clarity provides show popups and other elements I can't hide.

A great and intuitive platform, data given is complete and just what a marketing team needs.
Pros: Setting up the projects is very easy, the installation code is easy to add and doesn't affect websites speed. I started to use Microsoft Clarity for the Heat Map feature especially, adding important info around hot areas improved our sales. The info about the users is complete and very informative.
Cons: In my opinion the UI is a little to heavy.

Is probabily the best analytics platform ion the web.
Pros: It was easy to setup and install the code on the website. Data provided by Microsoft Clarity is very good and complete. Reports are very good and complex, you got a lot of data which you can use it to increase your websites traffic and user interaction. Heatmaps are a huge feature that all the analytics websites should have.
Cons: There is nothing you can say against Clarity, you have it all and is free.

Pros: This tool was suggested to me by my friend, I never bothered to research about any other alternatives because this was easy to setup, it did the job and if I am going to use a tool to measure my website, I am more comfortable trusting Google (GA) and Microsoft (Clarity) than a startup I have never heard of.
Cons: Sometimes the recordings are off, the session duration doesn't sync with the actual recording. I experience this issue 2/10 times.

I can observe dead clicks, location, operating system, and other details by going further into each recording. I can define how strongly Clarity should mask text to prevent it from being sent to their server if I am worried about them recording private information.
Pros: In accordance with our filters. The scroll heatmap indicates to me the distance that visitors must travel down the website before departing. Increase the timeframe with a simple modification, but doing so for every report is tedious. This allowed me to examine how people were use the website and pinpoint specific problems they were having. Finding out how strong my website is helpful. Website owners can see the visual interactions of people with their site by using heat maps and click maps, which are provided by Microsoft Clarity. For website owners trying to enhance user experience and increase conversions, Microsoft Clarity is an effective tool because of these capabilities.
Cons: Not really noteworthy; it's a fantastic tool with a few basic features, but its main value lies in how effectively it records sessions.

Pros: Is super easy to start with it because You can use the already Google tag so everything will setup automatically, and it very easy to do so

The setup process felt incredibly simple, one or two questions, and the website showed the integration code, and data started arriving far quicker than estimated. The heatmaps and user recordings are a fantastic anonymous insight into how users are interacting.
Pros: First of all, it's free, which is fantastic when competing with the like of Google Analytics. It was very easy to set up and data started appearing faster than expected.
Cons: It feels like there's less data, but at the same time, it feels like I'm not missing much. In GA there is a vast amount of data, but it's rare that we ever drill into it. We care more on a daily basis, about user engagement and activity than we do about the really fine grained metrics. It is missing a couple of important features, but its hard to say if it'll handle it anyway, such as the domain name for a website. If the site has multiple domain names, will it allow them to be recorded under the same property, there's only one option for the domain name. I will need to test this.
