Everything has been head and shoulders above our last system. From onboarding, training, support, ease of use, price - changing any application is risky and often painful. This was as seamless a transition and it's been so easy to learn and use.
Pros: The multitude of features and options. Specifically the two-way messaging and the fact that it enables our patient communcation. We are not marketing and our other system had marketing restrictions. That's been a huge difference for our population and use case.
Cons: You can't disable two-way communication for specific users or at all. But we set auto-replies so it's not a huge barrier. Just something we'd like to see in the as a future feature.

Overall, it's been a great experience! We appreciate the team's willingness to take our feedback and implement new customizations to meet our needs.
Pros: A cost-effective platform to reach and engage clients. Timely responses to inquiries and requests. EMITRR offers a great deal of value for money spent as patient texting reaches many clients and helps to keep them engaged through automated and ongoing patient communication.
Cons: Currently not being able to re-order the properties and customize the layout of Excel data downloads.

Positive, adaptive and responsive. Best asset is that you actually get someone to call or email you back. Very responsive and if something you don't like about the system, they work with you to fix.
Pros: Responsiveness and adaptability-if something not working, they quickly work to not only resolve but adapt the system to accommodate.
Cons: Glitches - occasionally experience a glitch in the system. ex. scheduled email doesn't send. But to company's credit, promptly respond, work to correct and make right with us.

It’s been an overall good experience. It’s a little pricier than expected. But it’s extremely convenient for sending out mass texts. The staff sometimes has a slow response time but they’re overall very thorough and helpful in their responses. It’s a pretty straight forward service.
Pros: I like the simplicity of it. It gets the job done well. Additionally, the employees are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The credit system isn’t explained very well in the beginning. We assumed that it was always 1 credit per text. That is not the case. It seems credits are eaten up very quickly and can get very pricy. We wish it would have been made clearer.

We have success with SMS marketing and the review feature that allows us to manage all our reviews from different platforms in one place.
Pros: Emitrr helps us to not only create ama campaigns but continue following our leads from start to finish!
Cons: Emitrr has lots of features but there isn’t any tutorial on these, that would be beneficial to new users.

I’ve been with Emitrr for over a year now, and honestly, I really like both the platform and the team behind it. We rely on the software heavily—it’s become an essential part of our operations. We haven’t experienced too much downtime as it is very important for our business.
Pros: I like the platform and also how easy it is to reach out to the team and work with them about any questions.
Cons: Honestly, I haven't encountered any major issues with Emitrr so far. If I had to mention something, it would just be a wish for even more integrations or advanced customization options—but overall, it's been a smooth and reliable tool for our need

I have been very pleased with Emitrr and highly recommend it. I have used several other texting services and this is by far the best one.
Pros: It's very user-friendly. I also love that you can assign messages to staff members, making it easier to keep track of conversations.
Cons: I wish that when a new message came in, it would default to the top of the conversations. Sometimes we miss a return text because it doesn't bring that conversation to the top of messages.

Overall experience has been excellent. They were able to meet our needs and have been incredibly helpful throughout the set up process.
Pros: User-friendly, easy platform; a lot of great features in one place. Quick response time from support team, competitive pricing, etc.
Cons: Pricing is in USD; would like the option to see pricing in local currency. Could also benefit from support documentation, such as user manuals and how-to's for services available.

I shopped for months for a communication system for bulk messaging & email that was HIPPA compliant that I can use for patients, clients, friends, acquaintances, etc. Emitrr was the first sytem that I found that was "reasonably priced" for both a small psychotherapy practice and personal use combined.
Pros: The customer service was excellent, they stepped me through setting up their system on my two websites and worked along with my marketing people. I am still learning it but it appears to be such a simple, but elegant, design that I know I am going to love it once I learn it!
Cons: I am hoping they develop some video training on how to use the system more intricately that I can work into my practice and marketing plans.

Very good. The customer reps and support team are very helpful, responsive, and willing to look at needs even if they are new. Recently we had a major project that Emitrr easily helped us through.
Pros: We appreciate and ease of use with texting and webchat features. Their customer service has been great to work with.

Pros: We've been using Emitrr for both businesses for over a year now - it's AMAZING!! Was super easy to set-up, the few times we've needed customer support was quickly addressed. [sensitive content hidden] was our rep today & she was extremely helpful with our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Cons: We have not ran into any cons with Emittr. The couple of times we addressed something, their customer service was thorough & they fixed what we asked about.

So far it has been great. I used this app in my previous job and this is the best thing to have when you are going a thousand miles the hours and you still want to be able to keep in touch with all your employees.
Pros: reliability, simplicity. Being able to create campaigns and groups.
Cons: sometimes when you send a message it doesn't go through and completely deletes it and I am having to re-type the whole message again

Amazing customer service and very quick set up time for new accounts. Easy to use system for both staff as well as customers/patients
Pros: The program is very easy to use. And the support is AMAZING. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] are super responsive (as is everyone else) and very helpful if you need any assistance. Don't think I have ever had to wait even an hour for an email reply, which was not urgent. This is my second company I am suing them and would not look for any other texting platform
Cons: Nothing here to mention, I actually have zero complaints about the program or the customer service

The customer service team is truly top notch, the product has been very well received by our team members, and its very easy and quick to use. Overall its been a perfect experience.
Pros: Emitrr is extremely easy to use. Our business has many segments that reach different customers, so its nice to be able to segment them out and send quickly.
Cons: I do not have any cons, I have been using it for a year now and literally it has accomplished everything I was hoping that it would. I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: I like all our calls and texts and voicemails are easily accessible and easy to find

Pros: I like that I can use it on the phone as well as my computer. I can call guests and owners from my cell using my work phone number.
Cons: I don't really have any complaints. We've been using it for a while and haven't felt the need to switch.

10/10 - they are very responsive and love hearing ideas of how we will use it and what additional features would be helpful.
Pros: Ease of use and addresses so many needs we had for our office! Love that we can schedule messages in advance which will save a lot of time and it works both on the computer and a phone app. Support staff has been extremely responsive and helpful getting us set up.
Cons: Our experience has been excellent I haven't found anything I don't like.

Our experience has been phenomenal. I used Zipwhip (no longer available) previously and Emitrr is everything Zipwhip was but with way more features.
Pros: Emitrr has countless integrations and features that make it the best platform to text available.

It has been great to avoid calls to confirm appts. I know the patients also appreciate it.
Pros: The multiple options of usage such as text, forms, surveys. Being able to assign messages to certain staff members as well as departments.
