Overall it was a great product and I will use it again. It's something that I can see becoming part of our standard toolkit.
Pros: It was very easy to install, worked on both the newer and older computers in our organization, and was easy for the customer I was working with, which is not all things are

Cons: There was a small lag but nothing out of line or over about the same with everything else. It was understandable especially on older computers in an organization.

It was easy to use and easy to manage endpoints and all the options are right there to work on. Great tool
Pros: cheap in price and great for new business like mine. It was easy to add computers and service like unattended access is a blessing for IT support.
Cons: could have another pricing option for brand new businesses. Like unattended access could have been in same pricing as solo.
Satwinder S. · Owner · Information Technology and Services · May 7, 2026
Overall its been a great experience. I was a bit on edge with the cost for the service but its been pretty solid compared to connect wise.
Pros: Pretty smooth transition with branding. The remote feature is smooth on the web portal, desktop agent and iphone app. Customer support is spot on with quick response when issues are reported. Pretty simple to use once you get use to the management page.
Cons: Not much on the end point reporting side at this time but i imagine its in the works. I've experienced 1 bad connection issue but that was cleared up after reporting to support.

I've used it for years and years at my previous role. Always was reliable. Sessions connected when I needed them, file transfer worked, and I rarely had to fall back to another tool.
Pros: I like how easy it is for the user on the other end. They just click a link, run a tiny app, and we're connected. No accounts to make, no installs to fight with.
Cons: Sometimes it can be hard to get the admin stuff to work at first. The unattended access setup and permissions took a few tries before everything worked the way I wanted.
Joel F. · Principal Consultant · Information Technology and Services · May 7, 2026
Pros: I prefer Zoho over Teamviewer, a North American Floridian based German company. Fast reliable connection in Canada.
Cons: Not as well known by my customers as Teamviewer and does not have as many options as Teamviewer remote access.

Overall, the experience people report with Zoho Assist tends to land in the “solid but not perfect” category—it does its core job well, with a few trade-offs depending on your needs. The general feel: Most users describe it as reliable, simple, and cost-effective, especially for day-to-day remote support. Many IT teams say it becomes their “go-to” tool because it’s easy to deploy and works quickly once set up.
Pros: Ease of use It’s straightforward to set up and run, even for non-technical users. Starting a remote session usually just takes a link or a small download, which makes it practical for quick support situations. Unattended access A big plus is the ability to connect to devices without someone on the other end. That’s especially useful for IT teams managing servers or employee machines after hours. Cross-platform support It works across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices, so you’re not locked into one ecosystem. Browser-based access You can run sessions directly from a browser without installing heavy software, which keeps things flexible and lightweight.
Cons: Performance & connection issues This is probably the biggest drawback. Users frequently mention lag, dropped sessions, or unstable connections, especially on weaker networks or across regions. Reconnecting after a drop can interrupt workflows Slower than competitors like TeamViewer in high-latency situations From Reddit, one user described “constant lag… remote screen so delayed it became unreadable.”

I was able to quickly get remote access to help assist our clients and it was such an easy and smooth transition. Would highly recommend.
Pros: Being able to get on with someone for technical assistance has been very valuable. The remote access ability was easy and the customers didn't have any issues with this. It is an invaluable tool.
Cons: Haven't found any real cons at this point. It seemed very simple for myself and my customers to use.
Adrienne P. · President · Information Technology and Services · May 5, 2026
Very good thus far. I work as a consultant and need a good to for remote control of other people's screens, it ticks all of the boxes.
Pros: I found the application very intuitive and easy for Clients to connect. It also works well when the Client has multiple screens.
Cons: Nothing thus far. I ran into some initial issues but contacted the support team and they quickly resolved them.
Daniel F. · Director · Law Practice · May 5, 2026
Overall it worked well and did what I wanted. I was able to open multiple session and assist the client with their PC issues
Pros: Everything worked great with no latency and was able to open multiple sessions I was able to communicate with the client
Cons: No cons, if I had to have a negative it was the on boarding process of the client side getting the exe file and logging in

Pros: The ease of use and how it worked great with our Zoho Desk. Each of our support agents really like the ease to help our customers
Cons: Customer service could be better. You have to always send an email and wait until they get back to you.

Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been positive. It is a reliable and user-friendly remote support tool that makes it easy to connect to systems and resolve issues efficiently. The setup process is quick, and the interface is simple enough for both technical and non-technical users. Features like unattended access, screen sharing, and file transfer work smoothly in most cases. While there are occasional connectivity or performance issues, they are not frequent enough to significantly impact productivity. Overall, it is a dependable solution for remote support and system management.
Pros: I liked Zoho Assist for its ease of use and quick setup, which makes remote support sessions very smooth. The interface is intuitive, so even non-technical users can connect without difficulty. It provides reliable remote access with good performance and minimal lag. Features like unattended access, file transfer, and multi-platform support are very useful for managing systems efficiently. Additionally, its strong security measures, such as encryption and authentication, make it a trustworthy tool for remote assistance.
Cons: At times, Zoho Assist can experience slight lag or connectivity issues, especially on slower networks, which can affect the smoothness of remote sessions. Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for users on basic plans. The mobile experience could also be improved, as it is not as seamless as the desktop version. Additionally, occasional UI complexity in certain settings may require a bit of a learning curve for new users.

The unattended access feature is very helpful for managing systems without user intervention. I also found the interface simple and user-friendly, and the security features give confidence while handling remote sessions.
Cons: At times, the remote session performance can be slightly inconsistent on low-bandwidth networks. The mobile app experience could be improved for smoother navigation and better control. Additionally, some advanced features feel limited compared to other remote support tools, and occasional session disconnects can interrupt ongoing work.

My overall experience was beyond satisfactory. I am going to spend some significant amount of time to understand this amazing tool.
Pros: My first experience with Zoho Assist was headache (Ease of Use) and free. I would recommend to my colleague.

Cons: Sometimes the interface can feel a bit outdated and not as modern as other tools. There can also be slight delays in connection speed depending on network conditions. Some advanced features are only available in higher pricing plans, which might not be ideal for small teams or individual users.

I am happy that I choose the Zoho Assist to access my systems worldwide. It has made my daily work more easier than before by being available 24x7.
Pros: User friendly access, saves time, improves productivity, value for money, all systems are available 24x7 within reach.
Cons: When configuring Linux systems, it doesn't support certain GUI modes. I would be happy to see if all GUI modes work for this tool.
Debasish D. · Assistant Project Lead · Information Technology and Services · April 20, 2026
Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for delivering remote support, which is essential for running a small IT-focused business. Despite a few minor drawbacks, it offers strong functionality and ease of use, making it a valuable tool for supporting clients and maintaining efficient operations.
Pros: What I like most about Zoho Assist for my small business is how simple and effective it is for providing remote support to my clients. It allows me to quickly connect to client machines, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems without needing to be on-site, which saves both time and money. The interface is straightforward, and the ability to start sessions quickly makes it easy to deliver responsive support. It’s a practical tool that helps me maintain a professional and efficient support experience for my clients.
Cons: What I dislike is that there can occasionally be minor performance hiccups or limitations depending on the client’s network connection, which can impact the smoothness of a session. Some advanced features are also locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be a consideration for a small business trying to keep costs down. While it generally works well, there are moments where it doesn’t feel as polished as some larger, more established remote support platforms.

Pros: Easy remote access, stable performance, quick setup, strong security, and reliable support tools.!!!
Karthik T. · Software testing · Accounting · April 16, 2026
Overall, my experience with Zoho Assist has been very positive. It is easy to use, gives solid remote access functionality, and is a practical tool for customer support when you need to troubleshoot problems quickly. It offers good value for money, especially for businesses that want a reliable remote support option without overpaying. While there may be occasional connection issues or minor bugs, the platform is strong overall and continues to improve with software updates. For day-to-day remote assistance, it has been a dependable and worthwhile tool.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho Assist was how easy it is to use. It is quick to set up, simple to navigate, and makes remote access straightforward without unnecessary complexity. From a value-for-money perspective, it does the job well without feeling overpriced. It is also helpful for customer support because you can jump in quickly, see the issue firsthand, and resolve things faster than trying to talk someone through it over the phone or email.
Cons: What I liked least was that connection quality can sometimes depend heavily on the user's device or internet connection, leading to occasional connection issues or lag. I have also come across small bugs or interface quirks that feel a little clunky, especially compared with more polished premium tools. Software updates are generally fine, but sometimes improvements to usability and stability would make the experience even better.
Joel H. · Director · Real Estate · April 15, 2026

The toolset is practical and well thought out, giving us everything we need to troubleshoot efficiently. The portal is clean, intuitive, and easy for out technicians and use. Overall, it’s a dependable remote support solution that just works.
Pros: Fast connectivity. Easy to use portal. Good for grouping and managing clients. Cross platform support. Price beats most others without losing features
Cons: Occasional browser issues depending on which one you are using. If not using unattended connectivity, you have to go thought the connection with the end user in detail
Paul W. · Operations Director · Information Technology and Services · April 14, 2026
it’s a dependable, high-value tool that gets the job done 95% of the time with minimal setup. It might lack some luxury polish, but it more than makes up for it in accessibility and cost-savings
Pros: The fact that it’s cloud-based is a huge plus. Technicians can start sessions directly from a browser without heavy local installations, making it very flexible for working on the go.
Cons: Compared to high-end competitors, file transfers can be sluggish and sometimes lack reliable drag-and-drop functionality.
