Pros: Compassionate support in a stressful working world, all my questiond replied to and my needs taken care of timeously. you checked all the boxes beyond the call!
Cons: Hard to define isssues that do not exist, the reasion why I do business with FixMe.it is that after fourty years as an IT support and services delivery professional, I found a vendor who is on top of its game and maintains such a high level of customer service dicipline there are few who can match or even come close to this standard.

I have used this for many years, it's a good product.
Pros: Easy to use and set up. The generated link to the installer is probably my favorite thing.
Cons: No file transfer abilities. No ability to access via the web.

Severed as our main remote software for many years and never had issues with it. Anytime I needed assistance the support team is absolutely golden.
Pros: Extremely simple to use, I could teach anyone how to use it very quickly in 10 mins or so. Press connect and you was straight on!
Cons: Being so simple means it didn't have loads of features, one of the biggest wishes I had was Mac OS support.

FixMe.IT has been a great addition to the company I work at, as installing it is just a matter of running the executable, and accessing a computer is just a matter of clicking "Connect." I have never really had an issue with this software, but, it would be great if it had a free tier for user to try the software before buying it. It would also be great if it had mobile support.
Pros: FixMe.IT Makes it extremely easy to set up an use, cost-effective, it has great unattended access, and it has great security.
Cons: FixMe.IT lacks a free tier, unlike some alternatives, and it has no mobile support.

Excellent, I didn't know there was still a straighforward and easy-to-use remote assistance software on the market before knowing FixMe.
Pros: Light-weight, easy-to-use interface, the users dont normally struggle when setting up the remote session.
Cons: The user management, although this has been resolved in their successor product.

Do you know these tools that can be immediately integrated into everyday life and never cause any trouble? Unobtrusive but really good. The software can do exactly what it's supposed to do.

In my years as an accountant in Public Practice and now using it to support family and friends in retirement FixMe.IT has never failed to deliver seamless and secure remote control access of a Windows computer. I had used many "remote access" products before FixMe.IT and none of them lived up to the ease and reliability of FixMe.IT .
Pros: FixMe.IT is intuitive and very simple to use for both the the consultant and the client. Connecting to a remote machine is as simple as having the remote user log into a website and advise the consultant of a numeric code. Another great feature is the "unattended access" feature which allows the consultant (with one time permission from the remote user) to access the remote device without requiring the presence of the remote user. In my years of experience with FixMe.IT I have never run into an occasion where it failed to load or run with any Windows machine user.
Cons: From time to time I need to support Mac machines and FixMe.IT only supports Windows devices.

During the Pandemic, we needed a solution to correct computer issues without risking safety. FixMe.IT was the perfect solution for us to implement during a time of need. Even now, after going back to normal function, we use this application to save us time. The implementation was easy, and our customers are thrilled that we can log in immediately and solve their issues.
Pros: This application has been a huge cost saving in our company as we used to drive to site to fix simple issues that we can now access remotely and resolve.
Cons: I can't really think of anything that I am not happy with.

Pros: FixMe.it allows us to quickly and easily support our customers. The ability to enhance permissions or install an unattended client is also extreamly helpful, with colour coded status for each of these machines giving us a simple visual to what is online and active.
Cons: Fix me ticks all the boxes, the only way I feel it could be improved is with a mobile app, allowing for on the go access.

Been using the product for a long time. Pricing could be better, or else kept the same with more support users.
Pros: FixMe first impression is Easy to use and customization.
Cons: Would be great to have a copy and past function similar to Microsoft Remote Desktop. Looks like no advancements are being done on this version.

Pretty solid experience. It is one of the best remote software.
Pros: Its EASY. The end user installs the unattended exe or uses a secure code to connect. Then they are in the system and we can access any time we need.
Cons: It does not support Mac or Android at this time. Also, you cannot send remote command to the PC other than reboots.

Pros: Ease of use. I train groups of 4+ programming mainly. Been using it for 3 or so ? years The way each student can interact with my (instructor's) screen sometimes makes me smile - its quite magical. In my opinion training thus is better than one-one face-face (but you try telling that to potential customers that :-( ) since with this remote software we BOTH have dual keyboard/mouses control of a (mine) screen.
Cons: The name! Embarrasing to be honest when teaching a financial house or other. Ill also be honest in saying that I often peruse for sotware that can have many simultaneous/concurrent CLIENTS and if it were cheaper Id go for it. So far not :-)

Pros: This tool is rather simple to use and has a very user friendly interface. It is simple to keep things organized. It is very efficient.
Cons: I don't like how long it takes sometimes to get the MFA email. It would be nice to have an SMS or authenticator app option.

Very useful. I've been using since the pandemic and this has changed the way I support our offices completely.
Pros: It's simple to use and direct my users to. Allows me to be way more flexible with my scheduling and driving.
Cons: The biggest issue I have is getting users to see my chats at the beginning of a support session. But, it's simple to just hop over to their screen and pull up the chat window.
