Experience for was good but some time calls were not connecting or delayed and when we want to lession call recording some time it took time
Pros: Value for money when call connect it smooth to have convisetion with customer which help to convert more people for a sale

Pros: Kylas Software I'm using in first time... but I used very friendly... Little bit need some more improvements...
Cons: After completing work on a lead, we cannot easily move to the next lead without going back to the previous screen... same as meetings also in Mobile Application...

Good to begin with and recommended. i want a feature if you could integrate ai to followup processs if you able to do. in feature wen ever i add notes that i have to call back the ai will automatical add to taks and remind me 5 mintue before call ✅ Your Idea (Converted into System) You want: 👉 When you write notes like: “Call Rahul tomorrow at 4 PM” “Follow up client after 2 days” “Call back in evening” AI should automatically: Detect follow-up intent Create a task automatically Add reminder Notify you 5 minutes before call Maintain follow-up database
Pros: easy to manage leads. api works well, phone direct call feature is good. i like the simple ui and colour.
Cons: task reminder is not wroking i have to do manual followup, i have regularly searching for follouwup and its wastes time.

Overall, the CRM experience has been very positive. It centralizes all customer and deal data, which makes tracking interactions, follow‑ups, and pipeline stages much easier. Automation, reminders, and reports help improve productivity and decision‑making for both sales reps and managers. There is still some complexity, but when the CRM is fast and aligned with real sales workflows, it meaningfully boosts efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Pros: The Best CRM i have ever used in my entire career . Made the sales easy. Advantages The sales pipeline and deal tracking features help us structure our lead flow and monitor movement from lead to closure more systematically.
Cons: In peak hours the system sometimes feels slow (loading pages, switching between modules, dashboards not refreshing in real time), which affects productivity for active sales users

Overly complicated, very difficult to make sense of why the platform is designed. This is not a CRM, it is only a reporting tool, with a beautiful display for the status and stage of projects. But this tool cannot be called CRM, not designed for the people to work and maintain the records and plan on how to improve the customer.
Pros: You can display what the deals are and what the leads are. also on one place the deals can be managed once made. I works with a little lag but you can work on the position of the deals by just dragging.
Cons: There is no calendar. This is the worst planning tool for planning. it is good for the management to see the progress, but a havoc for the sales team to work on it as it doesn’t work for as a planning tool. This tool does not have a calendar, you cannot do your daily, weekly monthly planning, (the most basic tools for planning). KYLAS is very complicated for people who have anytime worked on any other professional CRM platform. I still can t understand why this system is designed. The objective of a CRM tool should be to maintain customer details and the tool should be designed for planning and as the result of good planning and execution, the reporting part is the result. Although the reporting also does not have much functionality, but the whole tool out here is designed for how to report and absolutely no brains have been used to design the tool to be made user friendly for the sales team who could use this tool for planning.

Pros: kylas crm sales is very user friendly with a minimal learning curve.it offers good value for money for small and medium sized teams.

Kylas sales CRM is a better option for data management I am using it from last 6 month kylas need to improve its interface
Pros: Data management and notes section and also different sections of lead management I mostly like the section of leads won

I have worked in lot of CRM'S but this one is Best till now Surprisingly smooth experience. The automation and reminders have improved our workflow a lot.
Pros: For Sales management - Kylas boosted our productivity and helped us stay on top of leads, features are good.
Cons: Sometimes it took time to process in minor things but it quickly get fixed up so its not a big issue.

My overall experience with Kylas has been very satisfactory. We use it extensively for our operations team, and it has proven to be quite useful in managing daily activities efficiently. Pros: One of the best things I appreciate about Kylas is its highly flexible user access control. Unlike many other CRMs that come with fixed user profiles, Kylas allows you to fully customise access based on each team member’s role. You can decide exactly what permissions to give, what modules they can view, and what actions they can perform.
Cons: One limitation I’ve noticed is in the Deals module is the customization options here are quite restricted especially when it comes to the deal status fields like Won and Lost. These fields are fixed and cannot be modified or renamed based on specific business requirements.

My overall experience with Kylas has been really good. It basically gives us everything we need in one system — from WhatsApp integration that makes communication super easy to features that help with scheduling and follow-ups the customization options are great too which makes it flexible and easy to tailor the system to our needs overall it really helps reduce our workload and keeps things organized
Pros: I like most about Kylas is the default dashboard. It’s super clean and gives short and precise reports for all branches, so I can get an overall view at a glance I also love how everything is nicely laid out you can easily click through to see more details right from the same dashboard. Its really convenient and makes checking insights quick and easy.
Cons: least about Kylas is that theres no default auto-refresh The data doesn’t update on its own, so if you don’t manually refresh it, you keep seeing old information sometimes it even says things like “Last refreshed: 18 hours ago.” It would be much better if the dashboard refreshed automatically so we could always see the latest updates without having to trigger it ourselves

It’s a good app. I can track and see every thing under one roof. Sales Manager also can track their team.
Pros: I can track all of my team member’s business’s. Also can track daily visit of Ro, Sr Ro, Rm & Sm’s..
Cons: App is ok, but app should reflate date on real time basis. Date and all entries can be seen after 5 min of upation.
