Pros: I loved the Reputation management of reviews and reputation, it proved to be very effective. I loved how Reputation provides us with innovative and customized options to follow all reviews in one space, to help us improve engagement with the audience. I liked the success of Reputation in collecting and classifying reviews from all platforms, it simplifies for us to focus on knowing customer trends on each platform independently and formulating appropriate responses efficiently. The excellent artificial intelligence support made the automated response to reviews appropriate to their content and in real time.
Cons: I did not face any complications, Reputation always collects reviews in real time.

Pros: You have your own account manager who is very attentive to any needs.
Cons: I think they are best for a smaller company than we have. We have a lot of issues with our information syncing.

The customer service team is amazing but there are so many issues with the tool itself

Cons: All the Nuvi products are faulty - we faced multiple issues with post scheduling and now we're starting to completely move off of reputation due to the number of problems we've encountered over the last few months

It's changed the way I oversee the whole review-side of the organization.
Pros: I am happy to be able to compare and contrast our various properties on the basis of their number and quality of reviews.
Cons: Sometimes, it's tricky to find exactly the feature or setting that I am looking for in order to generate a specific report or graph or something like that.

I dont think my day to day operations would flow easily without reputation. The easy to navigate dashboard and time management it allows is wonderful. I consider it a must have tool.
Pros: My biggest take away is that all of my reviews pull in one place. I have cut down so much time by having everything in one place.
Cons: I dont currently have any cons. If anything it would be cool to see if they offered more support on negative reviews. this does not change my experience.

Pros: Reputation has given us the insight to enable our teams to identify pain-points, areas of inefficiency or poor service and remedy them - both improving our customer experiences on-site, but also online. It's been invaluable when managing a vast amount of sites and their listings online, all in one easy-to-use dashboard.
Cons: We've come across a couple of things that haven't worked, but the teams have been quick to fix anything flagged.

I've been using Reputation for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. Reputation is a powerful online reputation management platform with a lot to offer.
Pros: Reputation is easy to use, yet powerful enough to handle even the most complex online reputation challenges. Additionally, Reputation's reporting features give us a clear understanding of our online reputation.
Cons: I wish there was a free version of the software.

Cons: The platform isn't perfect. There are certainly flaws - for example, how some of the numbers are calculated, some of the broader customer support tickets aren't always dealt with properly (it does on occasion feel like the tickets are being rushed due to SLA rather than focusing on resolution of the actual problem), and on occasion, a small number of reviews don't get pulled into the platform - but I do recognise that the company are aware of their own areas for improvement and are actively working to address these - as any good company should be doing. In addition, sometimes issues are a result of connections provided by review platforms themselves.

Pros: The reputation management part of Reputation is an amazing tool for businesses. It gathers a company's reviews from many different review sites and gives you a score. With this score comes tips on how to improve. This product is great for businesses that want to improve or start their online reputation, as well as established businesses wanting to maintain and manage their reputation.
Cons: I wish it was a little bit easier to change what sites are pushed for reviews.

Cons: No nos ha resultado facil usarla de cara a medir y analizar su rendimiento en línea, comprender las tendencias y generar informes personalizados para evaluar la reputación y experiencia del cliente. Quizás deberia ser un poco más intuitiva, de cara a la empresa.

Wonderful tool to allow ease with success.
Pros: The features that are most impactful, is having the ease and ability to be able to text are customer with survey and review links.
Cons: There is really nothing, I don't like about reputation management.

Pros: Having everything in one place helps me to save time and effort. It makes training new hires much easier as well!
Cons: Everything seems to be an add-on. I know not every part is applicable for every company, and that we get to tailor our package however.

Since beginning to use Reputation, we have learned a large amount about how to use the platform to track customer feedback, utilize that for growth in the customer relations, as well as generate increased sales. Very easy to use and informative platform that any business that works with customers should impliment.
Pros: The ease of being able to track our Customer Experience and use that feedback to better assist our homeowners has driven an increase in sales, but also related to increased positive feedback.
Cons: Took a bit of time to understand the metrics and how to improve the scores, but the training modules are very useful in bridging that gap.

Overall, we've found this tool to be a huge time savings when it comes to managing sentiment across platforms and locations. We are able to respond using predictive response text that Reputation provides and it is instantly handled through the platform.
Pros: I love that I can manage the reviews and business listings for my multiple locations through one platform.
Cons: I'm still learning features I didn't even realize I had access to. The addition of the Learning Academy is a huge benefit as I'm now in constant learning mode and gaining ground rapidly in how I use the tools.

We've had a very positive experience with Reputation.com since inception. That is why we continue to open the door to new rooftops using this platform. It's easy to set-up, easy to use and they continue to look for progress with their platform. It's not a stale/static product by any stretch of the imagination.
Pros: Reputation.com has been a part of our portfolio for 6+ years and has expanded across multiple rooftops over those years. It's an easy to use and understand platform that continues to update and evolve its offerings to include the latest relevant information to help you monitor and manage your online listings, customer sentiment and social media pages.
Cons: As they expand the platform, it's become very built out versus what it was just a few years ago. Moving around in the platform isn't as easy as it once was, but that's most likely due to user error and comfortability with new features.
