We are very happy to work with moin.ai - we also very much appreciate the quick responses and individual consulting by the customer success service team. Any occuring problems are usually resolved within the same working day. Overall, it's a very user friendly tool.
Pros: With the moin.ai software, we can easily manage our AI chatbot, as the hub provides detailed information and insights with just a few clicks. The statistic panel provides an instant overview of how the different topics are performing and where adaptation might be needed. We especially appreciate the self-explanatory themes tool, where we can easily adapt the answers of our chatbot individually and test them out before publishing. Even the inclusion of pictures and links is very easy. This enables a very speedy reaction to changing conditions and to optimize the question and answer flows accordingly.
Cons: There are rarely any cons as the hub is really very comfortable to work with. Regarding room for improvement, we would suggest to better mark/highlight the individual conversations that needed a human takeover to allow for a better analysis.

Steigerung des Kundenerlebnis, Sehr intuitiv für Mitarbeiter als auch für den Kunden.
Pros: Die Kollegen arbeiten äußerst schnell und zuvorkommend. So wünscht man sich die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Dienstleister.
Cons: Eine Export und Import Funktion (z.B. CSV) wäre wünschenswert.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit moin ist hervoragend. Ein sehr kompetentes, herzliches und unkompliziertes Projektteam, auf das man sich verlassen kann! Eine besondere Stärke des Unternehmens ist das Bewusstsein für Weiterentwicklung. Moin ruht sich nicht auf dem sehr guten Produkt und Kundenservice aus, sondern wird immer besser. Mit diesem Anbieter befinden Sie sich auch in vielen Jahren noch am Puls der neuesten technischen Entwicklungen.
Pros: Die große Stärke des moin-Chatbot liegt in der Intent-Erkennung (d.h. automatisierte Zuordnung der Kundenfrage zu einem Thema / "verstehen" der Kunden-Frage). Die User-Experience im Bot ist sehr gut, da natürliche Sprache interpretiert wird. Wir haben eine automatisierte Beantwortung von 65% aller Anfragen erreicht!
Cons: Es gibt ein paar Einschränkungen im Backend bei der Bearbeitung der Antworten und bei bestimmten Auswertungen. Hervorzuheben ist aber die enorme Entwicklung, welche das moin Backend in nur einem Jahr gemacht hat. Bei dem Innovationsgrad von moin vertraue ich darauf, dass auch die letzten fehlenden Funktionen bald zur Verfügung stehen.

From the beginning of our partnership till now - we couldn´t be more happy! Quick replies of questions, fast implementation of new intents and at least a very uncomplicated team members!
Pros: Very quick and self-learning software. After the login you have a good view overall and can decide which thread you like to go deeper.
Cons: I am very happy with our chatbot, maybe for future implementation there could be a suggestion tool for new intents to learn and then easily drag and drop
