Pros: tHERE'S NOT MUCH TO LIKE SO FAR WHILE USING THE APP

Cons: THE APP IS VERY SLOW AND CRASHES QUITE FREQUENTLY

Pros: Gocanvas makes it easy for our field technicians to share job information from the field to the office easily. This app is user friendly and we use it daily.

Cons: There is nothing we dislike at this time with the app.

Pros: It is a great, handy, and quick tool for on the go, anywhere!

Cons: I love that they have great customization options and the way the layout of the app is, is cool!!

Pros: Easily modify and imagine your designs for app and multiple others usage

Cons: Too much simplistic options for personalized canvas

Pros: What I like most regarding the software is how easy project management is.

Cons: There is currently nothing I dislike about GoCanvas.

Pros: The team at GoCanvas were on top of the problem, resolving the problems quickly!

Cons: None, everything was handled quite well.

Pros: Easy and fast functionally to change and update checklists as needed

Cons: Completely self managed, but of a learning curve on how to build and manage.

Pros: It's ok at what it does. Paperwork functionality is ok.

Cons: Integrations suck. Their cancellation process is a joke!! They don't give you a place to reduce seats or to cancel. Then, I got assigned to a retention specialist who reduced our seats from 15 to 3. But come to find out they didn't so I kept getting billed for 15. On top of that, I emailed for 11 days trying to cancel out the remaining 3 and geting a refund for the difference. No response from my two account managers. Completeley ghosted. Honestly, the worst experience possible!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Pros: Canvas at the time was one of the only players but today there are many cheaper, better and user friendly options

Cons: They will not reduce your seats or cancel your subscription. you have to close basically cancel your credit card. They think because they have your data they own you

Cons: A word of warning!!! These people are thieves!! I cancelled a subscription as it was no longer required and they continue to deduct charges from our acct and refuse to cancel our subscription! My advice, find another provider!!

Pros: It works for what we needed on all lines.

Cons: When we needed to reduce some seats they would not give us what we needed

Pros: Well I thought they were loyal to their customers but instead they just want to soak you for every dollar without regards to you as a customer.

Cons: Don't ever try and lower the number of seats or you are SOL because everytime you add a seat they up your contract and they will not let you lower anything you are stuck until the contract ends. Not even Microsoft soaks you like that.

Pros: For the most part it is efficient to use.

Cons: Some questions are repetitive. Some pictures are as well.

Pros: I like where for GoCanvas has the ability to make and create your own documents and manage through each of them. Mostly for me, I use for document purposes but hey, nice thing to have.

Cons: For me, there's not much to dislike or hate GoCanvas but feelings are good and neutral with GoCanvas.

Pros: Nothing I like about this product or company or service or the people.

Cons: The tech & team (sales) tells you that they can make the way you want, and make the form in time, but they did not.

Pros: Ease of using the system, anyone on shift has no issue following direction and completing the reports.

Cons: Sometimes slow to get into, but that is not the Canvas system causing this issue.

Pros: GoCanvas is an amazing tool, easy to use, and and very easy to customise, our integration was smooth.

Cons: It is not necessary but maybe there could be more fonts to use.

Cons: Dishonest. Will take your money by any means necessary. App usually crashes when opened. Terrible customer support.
