My experience with this software has been good. It makes staff scheduling, attendance tracking and daily operations much easier.
Pros: The most I liked is how it manages everything in one system instead of using different tools for scheduling, attendance and housekeeping.
Cons: This software can feel complicated during the setup and training, espically for new users. Some features will take more time to learn properly.

My overall experience with Unifocus has been tremendous and I will definitely recommend it to others.
Pros: What I like most about Unifocus is that it provides employee scheduling, time tracking and labor forecasting.
Cons: What I like least about Unifocus is that there may be some sort of confusion online with other similar company names.

Pros: The setup was very simple; it provided nice customization for the survey and the guest-facing content. Also the recap of the surveys on the company side was easy to understand.
Cons: Not great when comparing results with other similar companies. The dashboard for management wasn't friendly.

Overall my experience with using Unifocus is a positive one. It is easy to navigate and its very user friendly anyone can learn how to use it. I like to keep my records organized and this has been a big plus in my everyday routine.
Pros: I liked how manageable the time tracking could be . It keeps tracking organized and easy to find what I'm looking for on a day to day basis.
Cons: Not very often but once in a while there would be a slight glitch and the information that I entered would not save and id have to enter it again.

Unifocus helped us better manage shifts and hours. It made compliance easier but has a learning curve for new staff.

My overall experience with Unifocus has been a mix of strengths and challenges. On the positive side, it’s a powerful tool for workforce management, especially in industries like hospitality and retail where scheduling and labor forecasting are complex. The mobile app is convenient for employees, and managers get strong reporting and insights that help keep labor costs under control.
Pros: Unifocus uses historical data, occupancy, events, etc., to predict what staffing needs will be. That helps ensure you're not understaffed or overstaffed. It takes a lot of guesswork out of scheduling.
Cons: Time-off approvals sometimes conflict with schedule rules, especially if not carefully checked. So thats bad.

Pros: I really love the employee self service its extremely simple and easy to understand and provides an sufficient way to organize employee relations and scheduling
Cons: It could use an easier way to master the software but overall its pretty good but easier translation could always be useful

Pros: It has made our team's scheduling and time tracking so much more efficient. Everything is in one place, which really helps keep everyone organized and on the same page.

It's been a good experience using Unifocus, and I'd say that, especially for a smaller team, it is essential to save time. The user interface was easy to use and the company clearly knows what it's doing.
Pros: Unifocus really does cut down on the time needed to do most of our important and mundane tasks throughout the day. The price was pretty reasonable and definitely worth the cost if everyone is using it correctly. With everyone operating at 100% the scheduling, information gathering and content created is exactly what we set out to do.
Cons: It really did all it promised to do. The only thing I'd say against it is that sometimes our systems would be sluggish when doing certain tasks, but that may be because we need to update our equipment.

Trabajo en el área de operaciones de un hotel y usamos Unifocus para la programación del personal. En general, ha sido una herramienta útil para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo, evitar sobrecargas y organizar mejor las jornadas. La implementación inicial fue compleja, pero con el tiempo se vuelve más manejable. Recomendado para empresas con mucho personal rotativo.
Pros: Lo que más me ha gustado de Unifocus es su capacidad para gestionar turnos y programación del personal de forma dinámica. La interfaz es relativamente intuitiva, y permite a los supervisores hacer cambios de último minuto con facilidad. También me gusta que se puede acceder desde el celular.
Cons: A veces las notificaciones no llegan en tiempo real, y puede haber pequeños retrasos en la sincronización con otras plataformas de recursos humanos. La curva de aprendizaje inicial también es un poco alta para quienes no están familiarizados con tecnología.

Mich hat Unifocus, insbesondere im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz, sehr überzeugt. Insbesondere die Vielfalt an Funktionen, Möglichkeiten, und Feinheiten stechen heraus!
Pros: Sehr angenehme Benutzeroberfläche, zudem auch guter Kundensupport und alle Funktionen, die man braucht. Einfach klasse!
Cons: Ab und zu gibt es einen kleinen Fehler auf iPads, dass Buttons nicht gedrückt werden können und die ganze Seite neugeladen werden muss. Mehr gibt es jedoch wahrhaftig nicht zu bemängeln .

my overall experience is great with Unifocus. There is definitely room for improvement but the features and tools it has right now works well
Pros: What I liked most about Unifocus is how easy it makes scheduling. It takes into account how busy the hotel will be and helps build the schedule around that, so we’re not over or understaffed. The mobile app is also super handy staff can check their shifts, request time off, or swap shifts right from their phones. It just makes managing everything a lot smoother.
Cons: it can be a bit slow, especially when too many people are using it at the same time. Also, it takes a bit of time to learn how to use everything properly. it’s not the most beginner-friendly at first. But once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.

So far, I find it the best when it comes to time tracking and scheduling and of course, it is users friendly.
Pros: The ease in scheduling and changing of my weekly activities and of course, being able to swap shifts at my comfort, I can give a five star for that...Kudos
Cons: I wish I don't have to navigate in and out of the tabs when ever I need to fix an error. plus lately, I've been experiencing a few crashes...can't tell if it's from my own end.

Pros: I was able to address the issue of compliance for multiple states with the help of Unifocus. I did not have to calculate various break laws or the hour limits, it’s all designed with the scheduler. It made hours every week of work and ensured me that schedules are stringently legal.
Cons: It means that response to the shift swaps must be fast and mutually agreed, otherwise it cannot be done and there are no overrides.

Pros: I have found it to be useful that my employees can swap, drop, or pick up shifts using the application on their mobile phones at Unifocus. It reduces the conflicts regarding schedules and the change over of shifts is made properly. It has reduced the number of shift gaps that I have had to cover while improving employee satisfaction.
Cons: During certain instances, it appears that the changes made recently do not show on the databases for a while; thus, making real-time analysis a little challenging during busy hours. As such, I’ve had to manually reconcile the figures at such times, which is time-consuming when making decisions.
