Pros: I found it really easier to tell workers how to get to the website if they need support from me as the IT person in the office. I also like it that you have changed the timing so it doesn't time out on you after done doing something to let you finish your notes or comments about a problem that you had to work to get resolved. Security is another thing that has changed that I like.

Overall experience with LogMeIn Rescue is good, especially that I have been using the product for more the 10 years. I am personally a big fan of LogMeIn.
Pros: I am using LogMeIn products for over 10 years and I find it a great tool. I like the simplicity of it and the fact that I am already used to the tool. The user accounts are easy to create and we can support he customers quite easy. The remote access function is working flowless, like always.
Cons: I have used LogMeIn for years now, and I have great experience with it. What I like the least right now is the pricing for the enterprise solution. The value for money is not quite there, especially compared to other products on the market.

We decided to use LogMeIn Rescue for our client Help Desk mostly because we were already using other GoTo products. It made sense to add another product to that account rather than go with an untested vendor. We stayed with LogMeIn Rescue because it was quick, easy to navigate, and provided a reliable connection to our client's computers.
Pros: I was really happy with how quickly and easily LogMeIn Rescue allowed my Help Desk technicians to gain access to our client's computers when they were having issues.
Cons: There wasn't much not to like about LogMeIn Rescue. If there was anything, it was that the price was just a bit higher than I would have liked as we operated a very small Help Desk.

I have used LogMeIn Rescue for years as it was the software that one of our suppliers used. It worked well and was always easy to use.
Pros: Lots of remote software features Integration with FreshDesk Unattended Access included

Pros: ogMeIn Rescue is well suited in enterprises that require 24/7 user functionality. It allows end-user support on-site and at remote locations through any type of internet connection (domain authentication not required). It allows instantaneous access to computers that are otherwise difficult to physically get to.
Cons: Sometime Disconnection in the services. Cost is little bit high.

We moved to Rescue a couple of years ago and really changed the way we supported users remotely.We can now support user devices (including mobile phones) via Rescue over an internet connection.It simplifies our support and makes our teams more effective.With the script fuction, our support desk can run "quick fix" scripts on the end pc with a quick click. This makes a quick call even faster.
Pros: The overall Rescue platform works really well with our computers and mobile platforms. With the enhanced security of our company this is one of the few tools that enables us to work on a client pc as if the computer is next to us.The password intake feature and remote process management and script features are awesome.Overall the functionality exceeds a lot of the other software out there.
Cons: I do not really feel that there is much they can improve on, everything we needed was already built-in when we moved to Rescue.

We have not been using Rescue long but are already impressed by the capabilities and how easily our team and our customers took to using it.
Pros: Rescue is easy to use for our team and our customers. I have noticed they feel more comfortable with allowing us to use rescue as opposed to other products like Team Viewer.
Cons: Rescue is a bit cumbersome for Apple (specifically mac) users.

This was a great success! I have problems time to time with my IT and this solves them right away.
Pros: I am able to get real time help with my IT problems and I don't have to continue to pay the service that I was using.
Cons: It is hard to get started with the set up if you are not tech savy but no worries someone can walk you through all of it.

I help employees with computers and software remotely.
Pros: It is possible to get remote help for computers, Macs, and mobile devices. The devices can be accessed quickly without the need to install any software. Reports on user satisfaction, performance, and session statistics can be created. Sessions can be automatically recorded, and earlier sessions can be reviewed.
Cons: It is worth it for the remote connection and its prices, but it is not the cheapest one. Simultaneous connections may be improved. Before starting sessions, there are some user access limitations to be completed in Windows.

If we exclude price then this is the best remote software I have ever used with clients, it provided everything we are looking for.
Pros: Easy to install on clients devices and techs console is easy to be used as desktop app or Web access. The feature that user click the icon on desktop and it appears as waiting session on console is just amazing feature. When waiting session is there, there is sound alert, blinks which is great. It reboots and reconnect automatically and can reboot in safe mode as well. Save notes to session and save previous chat history.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this product but with great and awesome features it is just expensive solution compared to others.

Used to be amazing, then GoTo stepped in - I'm shopping for an alternative as we speak - after 13 years with LMI.
Pros: Reliable - unattended access - ease of use with client
Cons: Recent update week broke the product - three weeks in and their dev still has yet to undo the damage they did with the update. Support is incredibly non-responsive. Likely in that they have no answers.

Pros: From a technical support engineer perspective, Rescue is the easiest tool in comparison to Teamviewer and Anydesk. Connecting to your customer is easy by just sending a link or providing them a pin code by accessing 123rescue.com
Cons: Once your session has ended there's no way to save your transcript so you have to ensure that you are all done before closing it.
