We use ReputationStacker to get reviews for our different offices and see how they are comparing to each other not just in review ratings and volume but also in client experience. This helps us keep a very high bar and offer exceptional service, which really helps with word of mouth and getting new clients.
Pros: I like how it helps us to get more reviews, but to me the real value is in how it gives us real time insights to improve our client experience.
Cons: Nothing. There's nothing I don't like about it. If you have a question, their support team is right there to help you, and I've never had any issues.

We started using ReputationStacker a few years back when we realized that the review game was switching over almost entirely to Google. You can use ReputationStacker to get Google reviews (or Facebook or Angi or whatever other reviews you want) and then you can also respond to Google reviews in ReputationStacker. So we can do it all in one platform, which I like a lot especially as we continue to grow and add more locations.
Pros: I like how it automatically gets Google reviews for our locations. It's so easy to use. We connected it to our job management platform so it runs by itself and sends out review request every time our technicians finish a job.

We are a chain of gyms/fitness centers in the Chicago area that is rapidly expanding to other territories. When we were just a few locations we could handle reviews and reputation management on a per-location basis. Once we hit more than 10 locations we needed a system to manage it. I am really impressed with how ReputationStacker gets new reviews and pulls all of our reviews into the dashboard so we can respond to them and follow up with our clients. A big added bonus that I didn't expect is how it also collects client feedback in addition to getting new reviews, and then it applies sentiment analysis so we can objectively compare locations to each other and use it to improve the client experience incrementally.
Pros: What I like best about ReputationStacker is how it works on its own and how easy it was to get going with it. Less than 10 minutes to set up. The setup wizard was key. It made setup so intuitive and easy. We had everything set up for our first location in less than five minutes, and adding our additional locations and integrating it with our CRM took even less time. After that the reviews come in like clockwork. We use it every day to make sure we're constantly getting new reviews and keeping our clients happy.
Cons: I like everything about it. Can't imagine doing our reputation management any other way. There are no negatives.

As a law firm in Philadelphia, we have literally hundreds of competitors and everyone wants the top spot in Google maps. ReputationStacker gets us ongoing reviews from our clients and that helps keep us at the top of Google. That alone is worth tens of thousands of dollars every month for us. I can't think of any other marketing tactic or software that has that kind of return.
Pros: Our law firm operates in a very competitive market, and ReputationStacker helps us collect more reviews than our competitors. As a result, we’re able to rank at the top of Google search results and strengthen our online presence.
Cons: I don’t have anything negative to say about it. It was simple to set up, and it has been easy to use ever since.

It was easy to set up and once their support people showed me how to use the integrations it works completely on its own. It is crazy just how many Google reviews we get now that we use ReputationStacker.
Pros: What I like most about ReputationStacker is how many Google reviews it gets us. The amount of Google reviews we get using ReputationStacker vs. manually asking our clients to write reviews still blows me away.
Cons: It used to be a little annoying to manually enter our clients into ReputationStacker but then the support people showed me how to use the integrations to do it automatically.

I've had a very positive experience with ReputationStacker. I like how automated everything is for review collection and also for seeing the reviews for all locations in one place and having reports so we can see how we're doing at each location.
Pros: I like how it automatically gets reviews from our customers. We don't have to ask for reviews anymore and it alerts us when customers leave bad feedback so we can follow up with them. I like out easy it makes it to respond to our customers too.
Cons: I was confused on how to add additional locations of our business to the dashboard but their support team showed me how to do it and then ended up doing it for me!

Extremely positive. Like I said, in property management you tend to only get cranky residents writing reviews. RS gets the happy majority who wouldn't otherwise think to write reviews on their own to share their experience.
Pros: As a property management company, getting positive reviews can be difficult. Unhappy residents tend to use reviews to vent, but happy residents don't think to write reviews on their own. ReputationStacker makes it easy for us to get our happy residents to write reviews. I love how it sends automatic follow ups because a lot of people don't respond to the first (or even second) review request. RS keeps following up to make sure we get as many reviews as possible.
Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about ReputationStacker. Whenever I have a question or need help, their support team is very responsive and takes care of things quickly.

We are in a highly competitive business (plumbing, heating, and cooling) in a crowded market. So we need a lot of reviews coming in all the time in order to rank in Google local and to make our business the obvious choice over our competitors. Reputationstacker handles this for all of our locations. It keeps the Google reviews coming in every day. We easily get 5 or 6 times the amount of reviews we used to get before using Reputationstacker. Our client management system has a review request feature to it, but we stopped using it because it didn't perform nearly as well as Reputationstacker does because it doesn't follow up with our clients automatically and make it as easy for them to write a review as Reputationstacker does. So I am very happy with Reputationstacker.
Pros: Reputationstacker helps us get more Google reviews for all of our locations, which makes it much easier to manage feedback across the board and rank better when people search in Google.
Cons: Nothing much to add. It does a good job for what we need it to do, and it meets our needs and then some.

Before using this system requesting reviews and tracking them wasn't handled consistently. Some of our locations asked for reviews and replied to reviews quickly, others didn't at all. Reputation Stacker brought order to that chaos. Review requests go out automatically so we're collecting reviews more steadily. That's helped our locations appear higher in local search and patients often mention reading recent reviews before coming in. Also, our response habits are stronger, and managers and execs have visibility into what's happening across all locations.
Pros: We get new reviews for all of our locations and we can keep track of them in one place. I don't have to chase managers or login to different review platforms to keep track of it all. It cut down a tone of back and forth and keeps our locations looking engaged online.
Cons: There's not much to complain about, but I'll say the first time I dug into the analytics section I need a few minutes to understand where everything lived. Once I got my bearings, it stopped being an issue.

I have gained more than 100% number of reviews with it than when I didnt have it.
Pros: Reputation Stacker makes collecting reviews simple and efficient—but what really impressed me was their customer support. Any time I had a question or needed help, their team responded quickly and went out of their way to assist. It's rare to find a company that’s this committed to both product quality and customer experience. Couldn’t be happier!
Cons: The interface could be a bit more user friendly, even though it was easy to use.

Pros: Easy Setup & easy to use! Just like any business owner, you have limited time. The best programs are the ones you can "Set it & forget it"
Cons: Had some issues when our account was transitioned to the updated software. I do not think all of the bugs were worked out yet. Had some issues, but they were eventually resolved

Great customer service, very responsive to my questions.
Pros: As a small business, you can't afford to get one negative review while growing the business. Two years ago, The House Whisperer had zero reviews. Today we have over 100 5-star reviews... thanks to Reputation Stacker. We highly recommend RS to anyone who wants to take charge of their online reviews.
Cons: Initially, found the software a little difficult to navigate as a first time user.

We definitely got quite a few five star reviews that we would have never gotten without ReputationStacker and hope to learn the program better to make it more advantageous to us.
Pros: The setup is fairly easy, even if you aren't a techie. In a short time we have gotten quite a few five star reviews that we would have never gotten without ReputationStacker! We love the fact that the reviews that are unfavorable don't get published publicly. It's nice to have an opportunity to work it out with the customer before it gets ugly.
Cons: The non existent phone support. I am not good at trying to explain what I don't understand in writing. I also don't like that customers feel like all they have to do it click the first five stars and then they are done. I have many unpublished reviews.

Reviews are crucial to for business validation. ReputationStacker does a good job at requesting and posting customer reviews.
Pros: The program allows you to send an email with a rating scale (1 to 5 stars) and request for comments to new customers and have it directed to different review sites such as Google Reviews. Reviews with less than 4 stars are not automatically posted which gives you the opportunity to vet unreasonable bad reviews.
Cons: It is difficult to determine if the reviews are are going to the selected sites. Also reviewers cannot figure out how to correct error such as accidentally entering the wrong number of stars. It is also somewhat pricey.

We have had better return on requesting reviews using this opposed to two other paid request sites we have used in the past with our SEO.

I am very happy with the performance of Reputation Stacker. We have seen an increase in online reviews because we use their system of automatically requesting reviews from our customers. Their customized report generation system is also top-notch.
Pros: The pricing at $69/month is very reasonable. I also like the fact that the tool goes out and collects reviews from the actual platform allowing us to track our performance.
Cons: The one thing that has been a little cumbersome is their billing system. If I want to see or print an invoice for a prior mont's billing, I can't do that by myself. I must request that from the company by email. They are quick to respond and send me the billing info I am requesting but it would be much better if I could do that by myself, as is the case with just about any other software subscription.
