So far I am happy with GlassHive and I intend to continue using it for a while.
Pros: GlassHive has made it easy and engaging to setup and run marketing campaigns. Their focus in the IT and MSP channel makes it great as they provides great templated material and guides that help industry professional setup their marketing campaigns and track engagement and sales. They also are developing partnerships with industry companies that help add content, like Microsoft.
Cons: It has a bit of a learning curve and without help it takes time to get going.

I’m happy so far with Glass Hive and it has made my job easier especially when I had never had a central location to work with leads and opportunities.
Pros: I like glass hive, because it is robust and gives me a perfect place to work from before we migrate opportunities to our main system. I like the ease of use and the excellent support from Glass Hive.
Cons: I have only used glass hive for six months, and I am still learning how to best utilize its features. However, there are a few functions, I’d like to see improved to adapt further with how I use it personally for my particular role.

Very Intuitive and easy to use. Combining CRM with Marketing is a great faeture.
Pros: Combining CRM with Sales Management and Marketing
Cons: Integration with Autotask is not great. It doesn't have an auto feed. Reporting is not very good. Ability to export date is no good
Chris M. · Operations Manager · Information Technology and Services · February 27, 2024
Pros: Ease of use Ease of setup Ease of addition of new user Reporting ability
Cons: Heavy focus on marketing and less on sales stages. Improvement needs to be made with task management and auto-generation of tasks.

Really really good. We had it partially included previously with a vendor relationship but opted to just start paying for it for the entire marketing team.
Pros: This service we receive is excellent, and visually it is so much easier to use than so many other options out there
Cons: So much functionality that it’s hard to sometimes remember what we can do with the platform.

Pros: So much to say great things about - user friendly, amazing content, integrations, branding, tracking, client information, dashboards, amazing customer service, intuitive and cost effective.
Cons: Nothing - looking forward to new integrations as they come available and updated.

Overall things have been pretty great. Support is quick and [sensitive content hidden] is amazing
Pros: Price point. Magic Branding. Templates.
Cons: Lead scoring is broken as it sees someone with a Spam filter as the IDEAL lead. There is no dialing I glassHive
Megan K. · Chief Consultant · Marketing and Advertising · February 15, 2024
Pros: Aesthetically pleasing UI! It looks very pretty and relatively easy to use.
Cons: Difficult to prioritize leads and keep in front me. It's like an additional tool that I have not really seen the value in yet. I have only been using it 5 months. It's hard to comb through leads and capitalize on them. I have not yet been able to turn any of these leads into a sales opportunity.

Great experience overall. we used MindMatrix before, and a few other branded solutions over the years. GlassHive is our favorite and most intuitive so far.
Pros: It's a one-stop shop for my MSP. we use it for social media marketing campaigns, email drip campaigns, CRM, and integration with Autotask/ DATTO PSA. works great and great service!
Cons: Only issue we found that I wish we didn't, was that you can't associate 2 email addresses under one contact.

Pros: Very intuitive product. Setup and integration took only about 4 hours and was able to complete with very little help. Adding new companies is an automated process that saves us a lot of time.
Cons: Need more training on marketing automation
Vincent S. · CEO · Information Technology and Services · February 15, 2024
Pros: Ease of use and cost. It also has prebuilt templates for msp
Cons: Not much my overall experience is positive
Scott G. · President · Computer & Network Security · February 15, 2024
Pros: The document tracking capability. Makes it easy to see what clients have signed agreements.
Cons: There are some inconsistencies when emailing documents.
Samantha S. · Director of Marketing · Computer & Network Security · February 6, 2024
Pros: Constant support with the team no matter what time you reach out and it’s fast.
Cons: Too many things to do. Like too many subpages
Rabecca J. · Marketing Coordinator · Information Technology and Services · January 20, 2024
Pros: Robust feature set and capabilities. I like that it can sync to multiple CRM systems.
Cons: Lots of features means it can be a bit intimidating and complex. Fortunately, our Product Experience Manager and support team has been awesome with assisting.
Matthew M. · Sr. Account Executive - Sales · Telecommunications · January 19, 2024
Great product. User friendly. Clear, easy to view dashboards.
Pros: Able to navigate without much training. Easy to navigate, visually clear and the support it top notch!
Cons: Nothing. It's a great product. Looking forward to the development of the call piece.
Kelle W. · VP Sales and Marketing · Information Technology and Services · January 19, 2024
Overall, things have been great. Support has been super helpful with my many questions.
Pros: The contact import syncing with ConnectWise and the ease of use when creating campaigns
Cons: Seem restricted on the ability to create rules on important multiple types of contacts and companies. Would be nice to funnel people into different campaign groups based on their type.
Camden W. · Sales Manager · Information Technology and Services · January 19, 2024
Pros: I like that GlassHive is continually developing at a rapid speed. There are so many features at your fingertips, it is like combining 3-4 marketing platforms into one. Their customer service is also very responsive, and if I ever have a question they are happy to join a call and explain.
Cons: Because GlassHive is new and developments are happening in front of my eyes, easy of use can sometimes decline, and if I am not on the website for a few days I come back to changes that I didn't know about and can have difficulty navigating.
Morgan B. · Director of Marketing · Computer & Network Security · January 19, 2024
Pros: Its a good tool to send out emails to my clients with funnells
Cons: I do wish the tracking didnt end up in spam folders. This prevents clients from viewing the message.
Chad W. · Client advocate and Stratigic partnerships · Computer & Network Security · January 19, 2024
I am happy with the service! The learning curve took a little while but it’s easy to use after not too long using it.
Pros: We use Glasshive for a few different things, but I mostly manage social media and CRM. It’s very useful and easy to use.
Cons: The CRM lists can be a little hard to manage until you get the hang of it.
Lauren B. · Office Manager · Computer & Network Security · January 5, 2024
I like how easy it is to create email marketing material, just don't like that it shows up different when sent out to everyone's email.
Pros: It is easy to use and creates a nice looking product
Cons: The email sent out by glasshive that I create never looks the same as the material I create on the website. Ex: the button feature: Looks good on your website but when email arrives it is a different shape and has the words are put in the button 2 times stacked on top of each other. Doesn't look professional.
Ashley B. · Internal Support · Information Technology and Services · December 7, 2023
Pros: I love that you can customize Glasshive to meet your unique marketing needs. In addition, the staff is always quick to respond and help you out with anything you are needing!
Cons: There are minimal tweaks that would be ideal in Glasshive like adding more social media outlets on the social media scheduler. I also think that the journeys could improve with the functionality of the conditions (adding more specific conditions). I would like to emphasize that the app is great and I love using it! These are just very minor details that could be enhanced.
Stacey F. · Marketing and Office Assistant · Information Technology and Services · December 5, 2023
We love GlassHive so far. We've been using it for our sales and marketing. It's been great to keep everyone on the same page, and to know what we are targeting. I love the lists and tasks features especially when we are running different mailing campaigns.
Pros: Customizable Easy to use Responsive team Open to suggestions Great content Has training videos and webinars Can create journey's
Cons: Still needs some refining Doesn't have the ability to make a pop-up on website
Aubrey R. · Marketing Coordinator · Information Technology and Services · December 5, 2023
Pros: I love how easy it was to get going with Glasshive. The Glasshive team is AMAZING. Any time I have a question or need support, they respond timely!
Cons: There is no HTML capability making some email services unavailable.
Kindsey H. · CMO · Computer Networking · December 5, 2023
Pros: GlassHive has multiple features that allow our company to work on multiple marketing projects at once. It allows us to see from start to finish the journey of a prospect, or even an existing Client, as they interact with marketing materials. Their support is wonderful, and always there to assist with any task.
Cons: The only issue we faced was having an understanding of sourcing/segmenting our data based on different types. We had some issues communicating that fully, but the issue was resolved.
