I have been a client since 2023. I use it essentially for Quality Assurance work. Even though I only use it occasionally, the service is dependable. The best part was the customer support; they resolved my billing ticket quickly so I could get back to work.
Pros: The platform is very clean and easy to navigate. I can buy US phone numbers instantly whenever I need to test a new application. The SMS delivery and voice calls are always clear and work without bugs.
Cons: The payment system was a little confusing when I returned after a long pause. I had an error with my debit card and PayPal, so I had to contact the help desk to fix it.

It is too hard to buy a phone number. I am still trying and have not succeed. I am waiting an answer and it takes time. This is a little bit disappointing. I want to configure a Voice Agent. I guess for big companies that will not be an issue.
Pros: They offer phone numbers of my country what is crucial to make business in my country, to create a AI Voice Agent with a local number. Other provider offers, usually, phone numbers in USA and Canada for AI Voice Agent
Cons: It is too hard to buy a phone number. I am still trying and have not suceeed. I am waiting an answer and it takes time. This is a little bit disappointing.

Pros: After using other VoIP application providers, Telnyx impresses me as they are more affordable, offer good call quality, and provide excellent SIP debugging tools. I was struggling with integrating an external SIP server, and their SIP debugging tools directly from the dashboard helped me see the step-by-step of the call flow.
Cons: Their account onboarding time does take a while, which is kinda of understandable as they need a human to review, but after that, things work smoothly.

Pros: It has a lot of mature features and abilities that make using product very powerful. Customer support is also good.
Cons: Some features require you to host code to use them, but overall no real issues with the product or service.

Great provider, I don't see any reason why I would use any other platform. They have the best price mixed with the best support.
Pros: A2P support is awesome, they are the only provider that replied to my emails regarding campaign rejection. Helped for two weeks until my campaign got approved.
Cons: The naming of things in the dashboard can be a bit confusing, it takes few hours to get used to, but once you do it's pretty straightforward.

Very good experience overall despite some teething issues with customer service, so some improvements can be made. Very impressed with the range of services although I am just using SIP trunking at the moment.
Pros: I decided to go with Telnyx as there is a configuration profile set up in Unifi Talk for the service so the set up was really easy. They were very responsive when requesting new inbound numbers for my region (as they weren't available initially) and I got really good, memorable numbers. The value is really good and I'll save money compared to my previous provider.
Cons: I had an issue with one of the inbound numbers which took a while to resolve. Customer service were initially slow but once the problem was identified I got daily updates until it was resolved.

Great overall experience, the onboarding has been smooth and switch our operations from Twilio has been a plus. The team is always there to help with issues, regarding either features or Compliance.
Pros: Telnyx was very easy to setup, offered a competitive pricing for SMS, a very responsive customer support, great dashboard and a comprehensive API access with proper documentation
Cons: The analytics can sometimes be a little hard to get around at first, but there is no missing features.

Cannot implement the features I need without Level 2 verification, which failed for no apparent reason. If I request it, I get a message that says ""User": You have already requested L2 verification. Please contact Telnyx support with any questions." I have attempted to contact support using the form on their website, which gets no response, and I have tried calling the support number 4 times so far. Each time, I wait for 10-15 minutes, listening to hold music while being told that "we have a higher than normal call volume" and "your call is very important to us", before eventually being dumped into a voicemail box. After being dumped into the voicemail box, you can leave a voicemail if you would like to, but just know that Telnyx will neither act upon your voicemail nor will they return your call.
Pros: The IOT SIM card and SIP signalling works well, and the API documentation seems good. It would be nice to be able to use the features of the API
Cons: Telnyx has no support capabillities. They do not respond to the "contact us" form on their website and they do not answer the phone when you call the customer support line. Eventually, you can leave a voicemail, which they will neither act upon nor will they return your call.

It's a very comprehensive platform. Technical support helps you, and it's a better option than Twilio, from before you sign up until you're already using the service. It's a radical difference. I was also able to migrate my Skype number very easily; they always help you.
Pros: In Telnyx there's always someone to answer you in the chat, not a bot. The ease of use and the number of options make it superior to Twilio. I was able to migrate my Skype number with them super easily, which is the best for me.
Cons: I haven't found anything I don't like so far. It's easy to use, and the technical support people are very patient and always helpful.

We were implementing their WebRTC JS SDK for in-browser calling, and their team was instrumental in getting us past a major roadblock. My business problem is the high cost of a real human agent to handle phone calls. Telnyx provides AI Assistant assistance, which is much cheaper.
Pros: The first time I registered with Telnyx, I immediately tried the AI Assistant. I didn't expect Telnyx's AI Assistant to produce agent assistance that closely resembled a real human. Moreover, there are many models to choose from, ranging from those directly connected to Telnyx to those connected via API. They also include connections to other voice providers like elevenlabs, although I'm still trying out the voices provided by Telnyx.
Cons: At first, I had difficulty accessing the usage history for each AI Assistant call I tried. It was a bit tricky to find. It required more effort for a beginner like me. However, the assistance provided by agent Aatif in the chat box was very helpful.
