Overall, our experience with Tripleseat has been very positive. It streamlines the entire event process from booking to execution, and keeps everything organized in one place, which saves time and reduces back-and-forth. Once you get past the initial learning curve, it becomes a really efficient tool that helps manage multiple events and improves overall workflow and communication.
Pros: We really like how Tripleseat keeps everything organized around each event proposals, menus, contracts, and communication all in one place. It’s especially helpful for fully custom catering since it allows flexibility without losing structure. Setup can take some time, but once it’s running, it streamlines the entire booking and planning process.

10/10! I have enjoyed the most wonderful experience with TripleSeat and can't imagine ever going back to another platform!
Pros: I have become the BIGGEST fan of Tripleseat! I use it daily for my event management and it is truly the most user friendly platform I have had the pleasure of using! It keeps my completely on task, provides quick and user friendly proposals to clients and allows me to keep up with contracts and invoicing easily! I truly could not be happier to have implemented this platform at my small company!

Tripleseat combined with Opera PMS has completely transformed our workflow. It bridges the gap between our sales team and the operations team, ensuring everyone is looking at the same numbers. The ability to manage events and room blocks in one cohesive flow makes the investment incredibly worthwhile. It allows us to focus on selling and servicing our guests rather than getting bogged down in administrative data entry. It is an essential tool for any modern hotel looking to maximize efficiency.
Pros: The absolute standout feature for us is the integration with Opera PMS. It is a massive time saver because we no longer have to manually duplicate data between our sales system and the front desk software. When we build a room block in Tripleseat, it pushes to Opera seamlessly, which eliminates human error and keeps our inventory accurate in real time. The Ease of Use is fantastic compared to legacy systems. The interface is modern and intuitive, so new sales managers pick it up very quickly. Customer Support has been stellar, especially when we were initially configuring the mapping between the two systems to ensure revenue codes matched up perfectly. Outstanding value for the money involved!
Cons: While the integration is powerful, the setup phase requires a lot of attention to detail to get right. If you do not map your room types correctly from the start, you can run into syncing errors that take time to troubleshoot. The Value for Money is there, but it is definitely a premium price point, so smaller independent hotels might find the cost a bit high. Also, the data sync usually happens on a schedule rather than being instantly live every single second, so you have to be patient if you make a last minute change.

The experience was smooth and easy. The team is always super helpful and ready to assist you if you have doubts/questions.
Pros: Once you understand how to use it and you implement all the necessary t&c, is super easy to use and helpful.
Cons: The reporting section is slightly complicated. Had to watch training video couple of times before I got the right way.

The system is great. The team behind them in the UK and support is fantastic. Easy to use. Looks good. Great reporting.
Pros: The ease of use is 100% the reason i have Triplseat. Having a sysrem that is quick to respond to my guests, that can be personalised and keeps all the data in one place has only increased my sales. Its a sysrem that keeps me ahead of the competition. My team love it too.
Cons: I would like to be able to add more event status in that suits my business. But its a minor bug bear

Pros: Fantastic for prospecting and client management, really helping me developing business with key contacts but also to save new leads
Cons: If I have to say, just that everything i need to click, nothing is automated for example payments when a client paid, needs to be changed automatically.

My experience with Tripleseat was great it was super easy and helpful for our catering team to use and work together.
Pros: Tripleseat allows ease of managing a calendar, events, invoicing clients and building a menu throughout the system
Cons: Sometimes it was slow, but that was primarily based on when they were doing updates onto the system but overall I had no issues.

Overall the platform is good if you need all that it offers. The customer support is good and the account managers are very helpful when you need higher level help.
Pros: Overall Tripleseat is great and works well if your venue has the need for a customizable event management platform. It helps with the whole event process from lead generation, managing the event itself, and the whole financial side from taking payments to reporting information.
Cons: The built in discussion (email) platform is a little clunky and can be difficult especially from a client perspective. It has improved over the years and more updates are planned to make it more like a traditional email platform.

I started my position as Private Event Coordinator 6 months ago and was intimidated at first but Triple Seat helped me settle into my role seamlessly and effectively.
Pros: It's easy to use and understand. It helps me connect and communicate efficient efficiently & quickly
Cons: I'd like to be able to request and receive payment via Triple Seat rather than using a third party payment system

Our overall experience with Tripleseat has been overwhelmingly positive. It has helped us grow our event business by keeping us organized and streamlining communication and document creation.
Pros: The number one feature of Tripleseat is the ability to see all of our events and their progress in status in a calendar. It is useful not only to keep track of what’s coming up, but also to spot trends.
Cons: Though improvements have recently been made to the ‘Discussions’ feature, many potential clients report our initial emails are flagged as spam. This is frustrating for the client and the business. If the client has to reach out to us via other means it is difficult to get them to keep their communications within the platform.

Pros: What I like most about Tripleseat is the easy to use and functionality of the system. Tripleseat navigation is quick to understand.
Cons: What I like least about the use of is the integration of Production related items and the use accounting those.

Tripleseat is typically great and very helpful in planning and organizing our events. The task functions also help us stay ahead of the game and to not miss important guest needs.
Pros: I like that tripleseat helps us to organize and plan our events for our venue (a members club) and that it is highly customizable and allows us to create new fields and drop downs almost on the daily. The reporting function is also incredibly helpful for explaining event trends to the higher ups.
Cons: I don’t like that messaging through tripleseat typically gets lost in our clients inboxes because it is often directed to spam. I also think accounts and associated contacts can be a bit simpler and smoother process for creating contacts.

Top rated tech for our restaurant. The opportunity to be posted alongside of much larger restaurant groups through EventUp has led to our offstrip location being competitive.
Pros: The CRM feature allows us to continue relationships past the guests events with ease. Additionally, the speed of response keeps us as the clients first choice!
Cons: The reporting can be a bit much to filter, but once understood, the reports are incredibly valuable. Personalization keeps them relevant and actionable.

Cons: I do not have an issue with Triple seat. I do wish that we could select multiple leads at a time to turn down for ease with generic turn down reasons. But otherwise great!

I feel it’s been a breeze to learn and the online modules have helped overall with the learning process.
Pros: I like the ease of being able to send payments and contracts for signatures when booking reservations.
Cons: I don’t think there’s much that I don’t like about the program, since I’m always working with their team to improve my UX.

excellent, very easy to use, great with communication with guests, the portals are very handy, emails and conversation's are the best!
Pros: i can keep all my contacts and parties organized in one place, putting contracts together is so easy, you can customize emails add pictures and more
Cons: maybe auto correct would be a good upgrade, over all I think it very much on point. maybe have a system were is does not ho in to spam for guests

Pros: The ease of use and customer interaction and retention. The messaging system is great! Highly recommend
Cons: I don’t like how my messages end up in spam folders and that if I respond from my personal email, it doesn’t show up in the messages in the TS system.

Pros: It helps make sure multiple departments can have the same information. The cloud based is invaluable.
Cons: Recurring event information would make my life so much easier. Multiple events happen weekly or other requirements and doing it manually or copying takes time.

The staff is super helpful with problem solving. Once you get familiar with Tripleseat it is super user friendly.
Pros: I love that all my event communication is in one place. The filtering is super beneficial as I manage many venues.
Cons: I have constant issues with formatting documents. It's inconsistent. Sometimes I'm forced into using double spacing. Fonts don't match. Regardless of whether I paste to match destination formatting.

Pros: The flow of the presentation, split into 3 segments, different speakers, it was pretty entertaining not boring at all!
Cons: The reports were a little confusing and super fast explained but I have nothing negative to say about it
