My overall experience with BlueFolder has been positive. It is a reliable and efficient platform for managing service operations, scheduling, maintenance tasks, and tracking work progress. Its benifitial to me by keeping my daily activties in line and enabling me to track all work, active or completed without having to manually keep track.
Pros: I use BlueFolder to track customers requests for service, schedule jobs and keep a record of customer Work in one place so I don't have to juggle emails, notes and spreadsheets throughout the day. I primarily rely on it to assign Work orders and get updates from technicians without having to call them constantly or message them continually.
Cons: There are times when I also feel like certain settings and reporting information is harder to find than it should be and end up clicking around for longer than necessary. The interface can be a bit of an old thing in some respects which slows me down when I am busy. I also wish I could customize reports and work flows a bit more freely because I like to keep an eye on development.

I was new to the medical industry, but BlueFolder made it easy to settle right in and know the right things to ask.
Pros: It's very user friendly and I'm able to intuitively figure most stuff out. BlueFolder is perfect for our small company, but I can imagine it's great for any size.
Cons: Only thing I dislike is that the app is not the best - I just use the website. Considering that the site isn't really made for phone viewing, it's not the best option.

Pros: It is extremely flexible and easy to jump around to different sections. The Smart List are a great tool to have dynamic list that are custom and restricted views.
Cons: The system is limited on alerts and notifications when reviewing a customer. In addition, you can only select contacts from the customer. It would be nice to be able to select contacts from other customers (ie the contractor who installed it).

For basic ticketing system needs, it does exceptionally well, and I could see service shops and small IT departments benefiting from it; however, without investments into some basic updates, it's hard to recommend to anybody looking for a ticketing system.
Pros: Bluefolder is easy to setup and use, and the overall time to learn the product is very short. As a basic ticketing system, it performs very well.
Cons: The lack of features, integrations and basic security improvements you would expect in this day and age. The product lacks integration with most identity providers and lacks basic security options such as MFA.

Overall, we've been happy with BlueFolder. It is a great tool for small and medium businesses to build out a field service platform. As organizations scale, like ours, it tends to give way towards a more comprehensive option.
Pros: For medium-sized businesses, it's a perfect solution - it has the core features that larger service management platforms have at a fraction of the price. The ability to manage equipment, contracts, and service tickets all in one place, across multiple customers, is exactly what we need. I also appreciate the ability for customization.
Cons: The reporting capabilities aren't as robust (and timely) as a larger service management platform, which I suppose is to be expected.

My experience has been ok with BlueFolder. It is good for start but no so perfect for advance work also align with features it offers the price is not justifiable. The mobile app also is not smooth so working during traveling is difficult.
Pros: I love how easy it is to customize it as per specific needs also the support is way more quicker than any other software in same category. It is very helpful and solve issues in no time.
Cons: I least like the interface of it which looks so outdate with no modernity in it also the features are as basic as interface with no advance reporting.

Work order management works both at the office and remotely. Automating repeated work orders can help keep preemptive maintenance well organized. The history for work is easily found too, adding attachments is fairly straight forward. Customer support is very good, and they are prompt if needed.
Pros: Over all it works well for our use. The price point is a little higher than some competition, but it may be worth it.
Cons: BlueFolder is a good tool, but a bit pricey

Pros: BlueFolder holds a crucial role in tracking and managing all of our company assets. Not only equipment but vehicle tracking also. It provides reporting capabilities based on our needs to track and stay on top of inventory maintenance needs.
Cons: BlueFolder takes some time to implement within an organization and for the software capabilities to be fully apparent for users. It is important to have someone technically sound to incorporate the software within the company for maximum benefit.

Blue Folder is an excellent company that is dedicated to providing software that meets your specific needs. They are attentive and supportive throughout the process. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It allows for easy addition of special fields, tracking of work orders, and generation of reports. Pros: The Blue Folder Team, consisting of Matt and Paulina, listened and worked hard to provide me with everything I needed to make my HVAC service calls software great. I had tried multiple companies, but each one was lacking in some area. Whenever I asked for help, they would say it was a special request and would increase our monthly cost. However, Blue Folder never hesitated to make it work and fulfilled my requests without any additional charges. They are truly awesome.
Cons: The only thing lacking is the Map function.

Bluefolder makes my job easier everyday. It allows for project tracking & invoicing & billing. place It easily provides a way for clients to request service and keep all the projects and notes in one place. This is much easier than having multiple emails/text messages/phone calls to keep track of.
Pros: It makes it easy to track each maintenance project. I also like that i can communicate directly through Bluefolder with the client and have the communication saved in the log for the work order
Cons: this is silly but I wish it would allow google to save the password. I really h ate typing it in every day

I enjoy every aspect of this system. I am able to allow access to the customers when we get the system built and they will be able to see their information and also to make service calls.
Pros: The set up of Blue folder took minutes. I sent the information to them and they loaded it up. Everything is easy to figure out and easy to find.
Cons: When you delete something I have not been able to see if it is gone gone or if it is retrievable. There could be a person that accidently deletes information by clicking incorrectly and it may need to be brough back.
