Easy to use and navigate with plenty of data to go through, account managers make it easy to simplify data and plan.
Pros: We have been using Lead Forensics for 5 months and have been able to discover new information about our customers, this has led to further outreach to attract customers further up the marketing funnel to make decisions quicker. We have already converted customers we previously would have missed. Their monthly meetings with us help to further develop and get the most out of Lead Forensics with our Account Manager [sensitive content hidden] understanding our requirements.
Cons: It is not the cheapest but for our company, a few conversions each year will pay the yearly subscription.

The support team are really good at answering queries and ensuring that our sales team maintains engagement with the data. They don't sit on their laurels after selling the system, they keep offering suggestions.
Pros: It gives real time data of who is looking at our website and which products they are interested in. It gives our sales team immediate leads to follow up in quieter times.
Cons: No complaints so far. The system has been really simple to engage with and daily reports ensure that we are always kept up-to-date with customer activity.

Overall, our experience with Lead Forensics has been a positive one. We've never had visitor tracking software before, and having Lead Forensics helps identify opportunities that we would never have known prior. The biggest problem we face is the internal buy in from members of the sales team, but this is no fault of the team at Lead Forensics.
Pros: Lead Forensics is a highly useful tool that helps us identify companies visiting our website. Its user friendly setup allows us to analyse the behaviour of specific businesses and understand which products they are most interested in. This is particularly valuable for us, as we work with a vast range of products. Being able to pinpoint customer interest gives our sales team more targeted insights, while also helping marketing efforts in promoting the most relevant products to our existing customer base.
Cons: A issue with the lead forensics software would be not finding out the specific person within a company who visited the website. We understand that due to regulations that this is not possible in our country, but having this exact information would amplify this software a lot for our business.

It is a great platform and crucial for our sales operation here. A very valuable tool that gives us great insight to our customer engagement. It gives us an overview of customer demands and requirments and helps funnel our energy in the right areas. The team are brilliant and always on hand to help no matter how big or small the query is.
Pros: What I liked most about Lead Forensics was how easy it made it to see which companies were engaging with our business online. The site is easy navigate and manage for a small business like ourselves. It’s been really useful for monitoring who has viewed quotes, tracking engagement when we’re directing people to our website, and identifying potential opportunities that we may otherwise have missed. The platform gives us valuable insight into how prospects are interacting with us, which has helped us target our sales efforts more effectively. [sensitive content hidden] have also been brilliant throughout and always checking in regularly, discussing plans and bringing fresh ideas for targeting new sales opportunities and improving engagement. Their proactive support and account and subscription management has helped us get most value from the platform.
Cons: The only small critique would be that, at times, there can be a lot of data to work through, so filtering and prioritising the most relevant leads can take a bit of time initially. However, once you get familiar with the platform and refine your targeting, it becomes much easier to manage and we are working through these with our account managers to iron out the details to get the best out of the data we input and are given

Excellent. We’ve been assigned a dedicated onboarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden] , who ensured everything was set up to align with how we need the product to work for us. He also schedules a monthly call to check in, making sure we’re getting the most value from our setup.
Pros: Lead Forensics is very easy to use. It allows us to find customers with buying intent by setting up the product to show prospects on key buying pages such as pricing. It helps to find the needle in the haystack by pointing to which haystack the needle is in.
Cons: It doesn't identify every single visitor that comes to the site which is a pity but understandable as more people work from home.
Emma A. · Head of Marketing · Computer Software · April 27, 2026
The experience has been excellent. The support from our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been more than impressive.
Pros: The platform is easy to use and the support has been excellent. Information is laid out clearly and is easy to find.
Cons: You can't see the person that was on the site, but I completely understand why this is. It can take a few seconds for the visitor list to load when the date range is adjusted.
Curtis M. · Head of Sales · Computer Software · April 23, 2026
Use Lead Forensics frequently, the daily report alerts are amazing in a my busy day, saves me time each day allowing me to see who have visited, source they came from, what they're viewing and how long they stay on the website.
Pros: Easy to use, outstanding Account Management support, regular meetings, ideas as to how to use the data available. Provides good information for marketing team to see who is visiting the site and what pages are visitors reading. Having access to potential contacts by job title within the visiting companies is a powerful tool for marketing. Love the reports that can come direct to my email, I read these every day and know at an instant who is visiting the site.
Cons: Building the reports is good, but finding the tools on the navigation bar can be confusing. On the whole though its straightforward to use. Least like about Lead Forensics - nothing a good tool to use.
Hayley Y. · Marketing Manager - Oil and Gas · Oil & Energy · April 23, 2026
I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service. You only truly realize what great customer service looks like once you actually experience it—and this has been exactly that. The team responds quickly, provides helpful and practical tips, and really understands what matters in a busy workday. For me, it’s important that things stay simple and efficient, and this tool genuinely supports that. It makes everyday tasks easier instead of more complicated, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Pros: Very good overview tool. with quick reports very good Markting Tool. Easy tool to get the Information you need.
Cons: to much information for beginners. It is hard to get to know the portal a quick way. i had to watch videos

I use Lead Forensics on a daily basis as part of my marketing role. Its easy to find whose been on website, for how long, what they've looked at and so much more, to help me create targeted emails. [sensitive content hidden] is always available to help, and helps us make the most out of the platform for our business, which has shown in the last year.
Pros: I like that the platform is easy to use and navigate, it focuses on the customer experience. It helps our small business see leads in real time while on the platform and allows us to reach out to them quickly. Tagging is really useful too.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind other than sometimes when you search for contacts within the business whose been on your website, it can't find anyone.
Sureyya V. · Social Media and Marketing Executive · Financial Services · April 21, 2026
Overall, it’s been a great system for capturing data and creating opportunities to engage with prospective clients. When used consistently, it’s a valuable tool for generating conversations and supporting business development.
Pros: Lead Forensics has been a really useful tool for identifying potential clients and starting conversations that wouldn’t have happened otherwise. It’s helped me build relationships with prospects and, ultimately, convert some of those into completed deals. Having visibility on who is visiting the site gives a strong starting point for outreach.
Cons: The main downside is the small delay in data coming through - it can sometimes take over an hour to appear, which reduces the opportunity to act on it in real time. Faster notifications or more immediate alerts would make a big difference. However, it’s still an extremely useful system overall.
Dan N. · Relationship Manager · Financial Services · April 21, 2026
I haven't been using Lead Forensics for very long as I'm still quite new to my current job role. On my first Teams call with [sensitive content hidden] she was so friendly and helpful and took the time to show me around the website. I have since also made my first sale via Lead Forensics which is very exciting!
Pros: I find Lead Forensics user friendly with a clear layout. Being able to categorise websites to filter out any non-relevant companies is very helpful. The contacts list tool enables you to reach out to potential new customers with ease and efficiency.
Cons: I find the calendar can be a little intermittent at times, it can tend to sit on only one date and doesn't always seem very quick to rectify.

Lead Forensics is a massive upgrade for our marketing and sales alignment. It turns anonymous web traffic into actionable data, letting us clearly see which marketing channels work best and what our prospects actually care about. Even with the occasional wrong company match or missing contact name, the behavioural insights and PPC tracking alone make it a totally solid tool for our team.
Pros: What I love most is how it completely unmasks our website traffic. We use it to see exactly which companies are visiting our site and gauge their intent based on the specific pages and links they click. It's an absolute lifesaver for tracking how they found us. Whether it was organic, a referral link, or a PPC campaign, right down to the exact search phrase they typed in. It makes analysing user behaviour clearer and shows us exactly which of our marketing campaigns are actually pulling their weight.
Cons: It's not totally flawless. Sometimes it gets its wires crossed and displays the wrong company name. Also, while knowing the company, you still can't tell exactly who within that organization was browsing, but thanks to intent, our BD gets to the right person quickly
Maciek P. · Operations Manager · Real Estate · April 8, 2026
Paid for itself within approximately 2 months. Whilst prospects are intrigued with how they knew they were in the market we didnt get any difficult questions
Pros: Able to capture leads that are viewing our capital equipment which has given ROI in a much shorter time than expected
Cons: In national companies, the address shown is often HQ address and not the depot that was viewing. This renders the lead useless
Tom B. · Head of sales · Machinery · April 2, 2026
Overall very pleased with the service and tangible results now there to be seen. After an initial slow start, the work has been put in by my team and LF [sensitive content hidden] , to make it work for us.
Pros: Lead forensics dashboard is easy to navigate, [sensitive content hidden] our account manager is always on hand to help with issues. Management of the system is intuitive once initial setup is completed.
Cons: Some of the reports can look a little clumsy, the content is there but the layout can sometimes be lacking.
Andy C. · Sales Manager · Civil Engineering · March 31, 2026
It takes a minute to tailor it to your needs but once you have it set up, how you like it. It's great!
Pros: Lead Forensics allows us to see opportunities that might be missed. Whether it's seeing lapsed customers stalking our website or web leads that might have been missed from our website to our CRM.
Cons: The reports export too much information, that might not be necessary. It contains meta data that is not necessary would be useful if you could pick and choose what info from your pre-selected filters could be exported.
Anonymous User · Sales Account Executive · Construction · March 31, 2026
Overall, the process of using the system has been enjoyably simple. The excellent data and information it generates provide me with a fantastic sales resource to connect with businesses that are already engaging with us. The team is brilliant; if there is something specific you want from the system, they are more than happy to get it set up for you in a swift and responsive manner."
Pros: By isolating our most important traffic sources, we gain a clearer understanding of what drives user behaviour. This insight directly informs our internal thinking on how to make our content more engaging and impactful.
Cons: Personally, I cannot fault the system or the service provided. Our account manager, [sensitive content hidden] , is consistently engaging and always ready to help with any issues we encounter. The data and workflows are excellent. The only minor drawback is not knowing exactly who is viewing our content; however, we recognise this isn't a limitation of the system, but rather an impossible metric to track in the first place so can’t stand this against the system.

fantastic, i use it every monday morning and get email notifcations every monday from the past week.
Pros: how it shows leads and products that customers have clicked on. also great crm and they way you can navigate round the system.

Overall I have to say that my experience in using this has been excellent and i find it a very very useful tool.
Pros: There are a few things that i liked about lead forensic these include , the customization options on the dashboard which make it more personal to your business and easier to use , The staff - [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful in getting everything setup and working how i needed it and if I had a problem was always willing to help and point me in the right direction to rectify this.
Cons: The thing I disliked the most was the excel download report having to my columns on but tis is something were working to rectify.
Andrew W. · Sales Manager · Environmental Services · March 12, 2026
Positive - looking forward to maximising opportunities once my new website is live. Will be interesting to see how visitors in particular industries/sectors are getting to my website once I have done the website upgrade.
Pros: Excellent account manager, easy to understand dashboard, plenty of configuration options. As my website isn't optimised currently, we aren't utilising LF to it's potential, but this will come in time.
Cons: Not found anything massive issues - who to contact is always a problem once we have a lead but that's the case with anything.
Hayleigh A. · Marketing Manager · Civil Engineering · March 11, 2026
Positive and it has added value to our business. We are continuing to push and have had some success. We are looking to throwing more time at it going through 2026
Pros: It allows for myself and other members of the organisation to curate leads that are purposeful and targeted. It has allowed us to understand the market better alongside curating better leads for the business.
Cons: Some of the contacts do have a tendency to bounce back or show no contacts at all. I have found a really good business but the lead immediately dies due to email bounce backs or no contacts available at all. I have also had feedback from an international sales rep requesting to see if there were just databases for any companies and using it to scrape completely cold data from other companies.
Tom M. · Sales and marketing coordinator · Machinery · March 10, 2026
We’ve been using the platform for nearly a year now and it has genuinely changed the way we approach website lead generation. Being able to see which businesses are engaging with our site has opened up some valuable opportunities that we would otherwise have missed.
Pros: The ability to quickly identify companies visiting our website has been seriously valuable. The lead generation is very straightforward with the RocketReach credits, the extensive filtering options make it easy to segment and prioritise prospects, and the customer support team have been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.
Cons: Occasionally some visitor data can be limited depending on how the company is browsing and if the company has a large headcount or global presence, but that’s more a limitation of the wider tracking environment and GDPR limitations rather than the platform itself.
Holly W. · Marketing Executive · Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · March 10, 2026
Very positive. We had more traffic coming to our site than we even realized. It helps us monitor our e-Store as well.
Pros: Customer service response time is awesome. 5/5. Needed help updating a few items on the portal and had the option to submit to our Customer Support Rep or just send a quick message within the portal.
Cons: There is a learning curve to the product but it can be a very useful business tool! Would advise companies to take advantage of their monthly 1 on 1's to maximize the tool.
nick j. · coordinator · Wholesale · March 9, 2026
Its been fab, [sensitive content hidden] has helped us through every step from setting up our account, teaching us to get the most out of the interface and always gives us great ideas to improve our conversions. We have managed to contact leads we would have never know hit our website.
Pros: Its been amazing when trying to track down who has been on our website via PPC. It has meant that we have been able to reach leads that have clicked via an add but not filled in a form. This has helped with our ROI.
Cons: There isn't much to say here, the functionality, the reports, the account management is all great. We are really happy with how its performing.
Charlotte S. · Marketing Manager · Real Estate · February 26, 2026
Our overall experience with Lead Forensics has been very positive. From a marketing perspective, it has given us clearer visibility into which organisations are engaging with our website and what content is driving interest. That insight supports more focused outreach and better alignment between marketing and business development. The onboarding, customer service, and continuous training have been consistent and supportive. The team takes time to ensure we understand how to use the platform properly rather than just leaving us to work it out ourselves. Used strategically, it strengthens proactive B2B lead generation and helps turn anonymous website activity into meaningful opportunity.
Pros: the visibility it gives us into which companies are actively researching our products. It moves us beyond anonymous traffic and allows us to prioritise outreach based on real engagement. The customer service and continuous training stand out. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the best from the platform. The regular training sessions have improved how we qualify leads and align marketing with sales.
Cons: At present, we are unable to integrate it directly with our CRM, which means some manual handling of data is required. That said, the platform still provides valuable intelligence that supports proactive outreach.
Tammy S. · Marketing Manager · Import and Export · February 25, 2026
Helpful tool with a specilaist team and dedicated manager that help you get the most out of the platform.
Pros: Once set up the platform is easy to use and is very customisable to the specific data you want to prioritise. You get a lot of help from the team on this and they spend the time understanding your business to set this up for you in the right way. We now have access to a lot more visitor data than we have ever had which helps inform marketing and wider business decisions. The reports are also great snapshots for long-term trends. They have also been very quick to implement AI / chatpt referals etc.
Cons: The limitations of LF is more to do with office VPN vs working-from homes and cookies, which determines whether the visitors can be tracked/identified. Therefore the data shown on visitors is the only a fraction of all website visits. Unfortunately this isn't something they can get around. Also it would be nice to streamline visits from the same business into one, as different office locations get treated as separate businesses just because its a different VPN location.
